Dozens of Architects, Building Professionals See and Hear the Explosive Evidence

AE911Truth hosts third convention booth at Virginia convention

The 2009 AIA "Architecture Exchange" (ArchEX) East convention held in Richmond, VA, November 5-6 had more than 110 exhibitors, most representing building products and services. AE911Truth's 950 A/E petition signers were quite well represented in our booth by the volunteer team I assembled for the event. We were doing what we do best: disseminating scientific information and facts about the destruction of the three World Trade Center skyscrapers on 9/11.

The booth's volunteers came from all over the East Coast to make possible this critical outreach/educational opportunity, graciously donating their valuable time and money. In addition to the banners and handouts, we had two video loops playing continuously with the destruction of the Twin Towers on one screen and the free-fall of WTC 7 on the other. The large screen showing the demolition of WTC 7 grabbed the attention of most all convention participants passing by — making our booth one of the most popular ones.

As at past conventions, most of the people we spoke with had no idea about the amazing "collapse" of WTC 7, and were perplexed as to why they had not heard of it. After watching the fall of WTC 7, most understood that there is something very wrong with the "official story" put forth by the official 9/11 Commission and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

AE911Truth volunteers were polite, armed with facts, and very personable to the people who stopped by the booth. There were only a few guests with closed minds who would not look or listen, or made a disparaging remark and walked away.

In our conversations with scores of architects, suppliers, and others, we outlined why the official story fails to explain key evidence and conflicts with fundamental laws of physics. NIST failed to even address the implications of the acceleration rate of the three building's descents, the energy necessary for the pulverization of concrete and the high-speed horizontal ejections of steel, the heat needed to create the iron spheroids, and of course failed to explain the nanothermite found in the dust — having refused to even look for it or any other explosive residues.

One architect said the outer walls of WTC 1 and WTC 2 peeled away like a banana and the "collapse" looked "normal" to him. Most who stayed, watched, and spoke with us, either signed our petition or left with a clearly new outlook on the event. One fellow who I spoke to took two pages of notes as I responded to his questions. Volunteer Jeffrey Orling, architect, commented on how little the typical architect must know about 9/11 and all the odd circumstances surrounding it. Most seemed to live in a fog of propaganda about it, having been fed a narrative which they simply accepted as fact.

Well over a hundred 9/11:Blueprint for Truth DVDs were handed out, as well as other informational items. Most visitors wanted to study the information further before signing the petition, as some were stunned and overwhelmed with all the "new" evidence presented. However, 25 saw enough evidence to sign the petition right then and there, including five degreed and licensed architects.

"Looks like a controlled demo – investigation is needed."

"I believe the 9/11 collapse was rigged."

"I believe there is reasonable doubt, and as long as that exists, we deserve to look at this again."

"I still want to know what really happened.

"Mysterious."

Indeed.

One of the architects who signed the petition was very familiar with the Twin Towers, having "worked on original drawings for towers as a student in the 60's."

In addition, AE911Truth hosted a classroom where 9/11: Blueprint for Truth was shown every hour all day on Friday, with a Q&A after each half-hour showing. Most attendees were convinced that there is something wrong. They asked good questions, which were fielded by the AE911Truth volunteers.
