C2C Debate: Architect vs. Physicist – 3 Million Radio Listeners Must Decide

The debate over what caused the destruction of the World Trade Center skyscrapers on September 11, 2001, has been held in many forums, but for the first time, the explosive conversation made its way onto one of America’s most popular radio shows. On the August 21 broadcast of Coast to Coast AM, host Ian Punnett moderated what can be best described as a “tag team” debate, which pitted architect Richard Gage, AIA, founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, and chemist Dr. Niels Harrit, against physicist Dave Thomas, president of New Mexicans for Science and Reason, and industrial physicist Kim Johnson. By the end of this grueling 4-hour duel, each of the three million listeners received enough information and resources to decide for themselves. The feedback we received here at HQ is that they really understood the argument for explosive controlled demolition. We also heard that our online follow-along videos at AE911Truth.org were quite helpful. This debate clearly demonstrated that you have to “see” the evidence for yourself.

Gross Negligence: DeNISTifying the Destruction of the WTC Skyscrapers

 NIST’ 3-year, $20 million, 10,000-page Cover-up of the Crime of the Century
A review of the U.S. government reports on the September 11, 2001, destruction of the WTC twin towers in New York City will reveal that even though NIST (National Institute for Standards and Technology) was tasked by the U.S. Congress to provide a complete explanation for the unprecedented collapses of these buildings, the authors admittedly stopped their analysis at the “initiation of collapse” where they say “the building was poised to collapse”. Only half of one page of this 10,000-page report is spent on the actual collapse; And it merely speculates that “the structure below the level of collapse initiation offered minimal resistance to the falling building mass” and that it “came down essentially in free fall as seen in the videos”. NIST’s response to a formal Request for Correction filed by this author and five other concerned citizens stated “we are unable to provide a full explanation of the total collapse.”

Truth and Conspiracy in the Catskills

Ed: This article by Stanley Fish was published in New York Times on August 23, 2010, in “Exclusive Online Commentary, ‘Opinionator.’ ” Fish attended the 9/11 Truth event in the Catskills, although anonymously. His article characterized the “Truthers” he observed there by saying, “ …in most other respects just like you and your friends.” He singled out Richard Gage as the star of the conference, “who laid out the basic thesis from which everything else grew.” Readers are encouraged to visit the NY Times webpage where more than 300 comments have been posted to the article.

A small gathering of 50 or 60 people; roughly 95 percent white, 90 percent male, a few blond-haired kids, average age 45, all nodding in assent as a series of speakers explains that our government is conspiring against us and fabricating massive lies in order to hide its own crimes and frighten us into giving up our constitutional rights and liberties.
The Tea Party? Minutemen? Birthers? No, “Truthers,” left-wing conspiracy theorists who believe (among other things) that 9/11 was an inside job, that no plane hit the Pentagon, that Ted Olson did not receive a call from his wife, Barbara, shortly before she perished in the crash of Flight 77, that the anthrax scare was also a government hoax (although the anthrax was real and deadly), and that hurricane Katrina was the result of weather manipulation by racists or profiteers or both.

Burning Question: Should the History of High-Rise Fires Be Ignored?

Noted author David McCulloch once wrote, “History is a guide to navigation in perilous times.” Indeed, if history is a guide, one can look at high-rise building fires that have occurred in the past to address the issue of building safety. This review includes the fires that the 9/11 Commission concluded caused the collapse of the WTC Twin Towers, and WTC 7, for which officials declared the collapse was due to fires. Two high-rise fires listed below occurred after 9/11 and are especially noteworthy.
The history of high-rise, steel-framed buildings spans only about 100 years. Still, there are a number of very hot, large, and long lasting fires to review. One in particular, the Empire State Building, suffered a severe fire when it was struck by a B-25 bomber. The fire was fueled by high-octane gasoline, when the plane hit the 78th and 79th floors. It’s clear from primary sources of evidence that quite a few people believed Building 7 was going to collapse. Such perceptive anticipation might be easy to understand if it was common for modern steel-frame skyscrapers to collapse from fires. But since this had never happened prior to September 11, 2001, we have to ask ourselves why the collapse was so easy to predict. The Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth suspect foul play. Ubiquitous evidence of foreknowledge adds support to the hypothesis that explosives were used to demolish Building 7.
Witnesses on the scene included construction workers, firefighters, and police. One witness, a first-year New York University medical student named Daryl, was interviewed for WINS NYC News Radio live on the evening of September 11, 2001:

Still Seeking the Truth – Support Bob McIlvaine by Sending a Letter

Please submit the following letter to your local newspaper on behalf of Bob McIlvaine and other family members who demand 9/11 truth and justice. Select one of the two versions below depending on the word limit requirements of your paper’s public forum. (If 300 words, use the first letter — if 200 words, use the second letter). Just copy it, and mail to your local paper’s LTE address, along with your contact information or submit online at your newspaper’s website. Let’s set a goal of 100 submissions. This letter is written in honor of those who died on September 11, 2001, and in support of their families who are still seeking the truth about that day, including Bob McIlvaine, who lost his 26-year old son, Bobby.
On March 1, 2010, Mr. McIlvaine delivered a petition to each of the 50 members of the New York City Council on behalf of 1,000 architects and engineers. The petition called upon the City Council to open an investigation into the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that was not hit by a plane, which nevertheless fell into its own footprint at 5:20 in the afternoon of September 11th. The federal government says that fire brought down Building 7, however, 1,250 architects and engineers provide us with overwhelming evidence that Building 7 was brought down with explosives, and that the government deliberately lied to us.
The government’s report on Building 7 included collapse models that in no way resemble the actual collapse. Even today, the government refuses to provide the public with detailed information on these models, saying releasing the information “may jeopardize public safety.” The government’s models show deformations, walls folding inwards and an asymmetrical collapse, instead of the smooth, symmetrical free fall drop that Building 7 actually underwent.
