Now up For Consideration by Justices
An important deliberation is now in motion which will affect the very future of our country.
Earlier this year, AE911Truth’s attorneys submitted a petition to the United States Supreme Court. Among the challenges included within it is a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in our case against NIST which claimed that, provided federal agency reports meet statutory requirements, the federal government is allowed to issue false reports, even when solid evidence proves their conclusions to be wrong!
Today, AE911Truth is happy to announce that our petition challenging this startling ruling is moving forward and has been distributed to the nine Justices of the Supreme Court for consideration at their upcoming conference on April 26.
Our case is now in their hands!
Though every bit of news we have received about our case so far has been positive, we haven’t achieved victory yet. We’ve gone this far, but there’s still further to go.
Our case not only affects the WTC issue but all issues in which the scientific proclamations of the federal government are challenged.
AE911Truth finds itself at the forefront of not only the scientific debate about what destroyed the WTC towers on September 11, 2001 but also the constitutional battle to determine whether the United States government is accountable to its citizens or not.
No matter what the Justices decide on April 26, we’re carrying our fight forward!
Whether the Justices decide to publicize our important case or not, we need your help! If they don’t, we will seek different avenues to tackle this injustice!
This will allow us to take up the next leg of our fight, and to do everything we can to safeguard the rights of citizens in our democratic republic so that the deceptions of our government are not simply allowed to stand for generations to come.
