The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled that AE911Truth doesn’t have standing in our case against NIST and has claimed that federal agency reports are not required to be accurate or scientifically sound, as long as they meet statutory requirements.
AE911Truth has now filed a Petition for Rehearing En Banc seeking to have the entire set of active eligible judges who sit on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to review the three-judge appellate panel’s decision in our case.

Titled, “Implanting the Official Narrative,” this chapter takes the reader back to the infamous day itself, September 11, 2001, and lays out how the “official story” was formed through the public statements of government officials and media pundits. The chapter also highlights the early observations made about what would become known as the smoking gun of 9/11 — World Trade Center 7— and how its “collapse” exhibited all the characteristics of a controlled demolition.
Recently RFK Jr. expressed his doubts about the 9/11 official story while a guest on Peter Bergen’s podcast. Bergen tried to stifle the discussion as WTC 7 was cited but was the one who introduced the subject to the outspoken candidate to begin with, by asking him what his views on 9/11 were.

Cites WTC 7 in interview with Peter Bergen
While a guest on “In the Room,” hosted by Peter Bergen, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is currently challenging President Joe Biden in the Democratic national primary, was asked what he thought about 9/11.
First qualifying that he hadn’t researched the issue deeply, Kennedy didn’t hesitate to acknowledge the problem surrounding World Trade Center 7, which fell at 5:20 PM in the afternoon of September 11, 2001, without having been hit by an airplane.
Bergen — who is also a national security analyst for CNN — immediately attempted to challenge Kennedy’s opinion, yet the candidate stood his ground.
