Growing censorship threatens the legacy of truth unearthed since 9/11
The 9/11 Truth Movement is the greatest investigative journalism project in history – Barrie Zwicker (author of Towers of Deception: The Media Cover-Up of 9/11)
Throughout human history there have been great repositories of knowledge that have disappeared for one reason or another.
Some vanish because of natural disasters, some are destroyed in wars or at the command of some shortsighted ruler. And some are lost over long periods of time because of neglect. Still others, like the Vatican archive, continue to contain untold historical treasures that are accessible only to a select few.
Today, our modern, digital, version of the great ancient Library of Alexandria is the internet. It contains a staggering amount of information on all subjects. But what kinds of information are readily available, and what is being buried or purged without most of us even noticing?
At one time, it seemed that the internet had become the most accessible and “democratic” bank of human knowledge ever collected. Its existence promoted so much optimism and hope. But that is changing fast. The internet of 20 years ago is gone.
Today, we have the illusion of accessible knowledge, but that bank of information is much more controlled than it was. Quietly, information is disappearing. Videos, images, and articles that we took for granted are slipping away, one by one. Even archive sites are removing records of web pages from years past.
This is particularly true where research into 9/11 is concerned. Evidence concerning this massive false flag event that once was easily accessible is now becoming harder to find – if it can be found at all.
AE911Truth has recognized this alarming trend and is embarking on a bold project – called Rebuilding the Evidence – to protect essential 9/11 evidence, research, and analysis from slipping down the memory hole. Over the next three months, AE will be raising funds to create a digital archive of 9/11-related material that will be accessible to all.
AE board member Kelly David, who conceived the project, says it addresses a critical and growing threat: the censorship and deletion of 9/11 truth materials from the internet.
“As tech platforms tighten control over content, the very evidence we’ve spent two decades gathering – engineering reports, expert testimonies, and forensic analysis – risks being hidden, delisted, or permanently removed,” she says.
David explains that the goal of the project is to:
- Digitally preserve every critical document, blueprint, analysis, and interview that has been collected by the 9/11 Truth community, starting with material assembled by AE911Truth.
- Create a censorship-resistant archive that’s independently hosted, searchable, and available to students, engineers, journalists, and the public.
- Ensure the 9/11 truth legacy survives for future generations – beyond the reach of algorithms, takedowns, or suppression.
As we begin this process, we ask for the help of everyone in the 9/11 Truth Movement. Not only do we need funding for the project, but we need your help to locate and catalogue vital 9/11 material now, before it is lost.
We’re looking for articles, whether they are scientific in nature or whether they provide other types of analysis. We also want to locate photographs directly related to the events of September 11, 2001 – particularly photos of the three major crimes scenes from that day. And, of course, we want to preserve any video footage of the 9/11 events. This could also include videos of lectures and conferences on the subject.
If you would like to point us in the direction of any material currently available on the internet that you think should be archived, you can do so by writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Keep in mind that we’re not asking for people to send in their own opinions about different aspects of 9/11, just material that can be preserved.
As we continue the fight for a new investigation of 9/11, we must at the same time preserve the legacy that so many of us have contributed to and benefited from. We must ensure that researchers and truth seekers of all kinds – present and future – will never allow the truth about what really happened on 9/11 to be wiped from history.
