New claims come amid increasing challenges to 9/11 official story
When the mainstream media and U.S. government insiders start warning us of a potentially imminent threat of a new, massive 9/11-style attack, it’s time to ask some serious questions.
What is the real motive behind the “warnings”? Is it to prepare us to accept something else that is about to happen? Is it to distract us from other things the establishment wants to keep off our radar?
We’ve seen alarms raised in recent days about Iran building a nuclear weapon. We’ve been hearing this one for years. Now it is being given as the justification for U.S. air strikes. It all sounds rather familiar. Iran getting weapons of mass destruction. Just change one letter…
In the weeks after 9/11, the media gave repeated warnings of a biological attack being right around the corner. But why? Why would some kind of chemical attack be expected immediately after the largest “terror attack” ever on U.S. soil?
Even more significant was that the warnings came true. And this all occurred against the backdrop of the effort to pass The Patriot Act. In fact, two politicians who were targeted with anthrax were considered to be obstacles to the quick passage of the law (Tom Daschle and Patrick Leahy).
And isn’t it interesting that we’re now being urged to fear another 9/11 just as violence is breaking out between Israel (backed by the U.S.) and Iran? And isn’t it also “coincidental” that new 9/11 alarms are being sounded just as more and more journalists, commentators, and even politicians are now openly questioning the official narrative of the real 9/11?
In recent weeks, U.S. border czar Tom Homan has cited the danger of a new, mass terror event. But what does he base this on? Apparently, it’s the open-border policies of the Biden administration.
Appearing recently on The Sean Hannity Show on Fox News (as reported in The Express), Homan pointed to the previous administration’s lax border policies as creating the danger of a new 9/11 “attack.” But it was Hannity who introduced the topic with a question that linked the supposed risk to an “antisemitic terror attack” allegedly carried out by an Egyptian national in Boulder, Colorado (The Express article states that the suspect, whose U.S. visa had expired, “allegedly injured 12 people by using a makeshift flamethrower and Molotov cocktails.”):
“I’m worried about the big terror attack,” Hannity said. “Do you not agree that unless we find these people soon, we are at risk of a 9/11 or worse?”
To which Homan responded, “It’s coming. These two million known ‘gotaways’ scare the hell out of me.” (According to the U.S. government, a “gotaway” is someone who has crossed the border illegally and has not been apprehended or turned back.)
“I’m convinced something’s coming unless we can find them.”
Another official who is sounding alarms about a new 9/11 is former acting CIA chief Michael Morrell. In fact, he has been claiming such a danger for a few years.
In the summer of 2024, he was interviewed on the Elevated Thoughts podcast, which did a three-part series called “Could 9/11 Happen Again?”
Morrell said there were two main things that led to the invasion of Iraq in 2003: the belief that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction and the fear that he could give those weapons to a terrorist group.
“You can’t have a nuclear weapon going off in New York City.”
The reference to nuclear weapons, which Iraq never had, is interesting in the context of the current Middle East conflict.
‘First responder’ issues dire warning
A June 2024 Daily Mail article quotes two “counterterrorism experts” as saying that a new 9/11 is a virtual certainty and that it will be worse than the original. Bryan Stern is identified as a veteran, 9/11 first responder, and founder of the Grey Bull Foundation. This is a nonprofit that uses “a team of elite U.S. Special Operations and Intelligence Community veterans” to rescue Americans from conflict situations.
Stern said: “Right now we look at 9/11 as the seminal terrorist event in American history. With 9/11 2.0, I submit to you, we will look back on 9/11 and say, ‘Wow, that wasn't that bad.’ That's how big it will be.”
Chris Swecker, former FBI assistant director of the Criminal Investigation Division, said much the same thing in an interview from the same Daily Mail piece:
“I don't fear the 9/11 style of attack. I think that's sort of how that's old fashioned, if you will.”
He said the attack would instead likely come from “small cells” that would be “low-tech” and that could occur in “cities, through subways, transportation centers [and] marching events' that have “a lot of attendees.”
“If they get in the country with a three or four band cell shooting and or with explosives, in a subway, in a complex environment, it'll destroy the psyche of this country in terms of striking fear, which is what terrorists want to do,” Swecker added.
And on June 5 of this year, he repeated much the same thing, suggesting that the flood of people crossing the southern U.S. border during the Biden administration could have been sleeper agents of al-Qaeda or ISIS.
And it’s not just politicians or intelligence officials who are stoking the fear about a new 9/11. It’s also “journalists.” The Hill website published an opinion piece by Kelly McKinney under the title, “America’s drone 9/11 is coming — and just like on 9/11, we aren’t ready.”
Yes, we don’t want another failure of imagination …
McKinney writes: “My new 9/11 nightmare begins on another crisp autumn morning in some not-too-distant September, when New York (or Washington, Los Angeles, Houston or Seattle) awakens to the menacing hum of unmanned aerial vehicles hovering in a clear blue sky.
“Each is remotely controlled and carries a devastating payload intended for dozens, if not hundreds, of soft targets across the city. The attack is silent, remote and everywhere at once.”
Glenn Beck is pushing new 9/11 propaganda in a recent interview with “former CIA analyst and targeter” Sarah Adams. This is posted on Beck’s website under the headline: “The Next 9/11? WAKE UP! 8,000 Al Qaeda and ISIS members LURKING in America!”
In the interview, Adams states: “And that has been the thing that has really terrified me. The idea that actors could be here, and then go after our small cities and schools, and just cause terror in several small cities, unlike America has ever seen before.
“Well, the way I look at it is, obviously, we don't exactly know when these attacks are going to happen. But we know what different things the terrorists trained on. So they train on attacking hospitals. They train on attacking shopping centers. They train on schools. They trained on nightclubs, right?”
It is predictable that these “warnings” will keep coming as long as creating fear continues to be an effective tactic for controlling perception. What is much more in doubt is whether people are still willing to be conned in this way.
Most of us didn’t see 9/11 coming, and the forces behind it took advantage of the psychological trauma that resulted to manipulate us. They used our fear to push their agenda forward. But a lot has happened since September 11, 2001, and people are more aware of these propaganda tactics.
They are more likely to hear these “warnings” and wonder, what are they really up to?
