PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

There are too many gaps and flaws in the official story of 911. The twin towers did not have sufficient potential energy to crush the amount of material into micron sized dust as witnessed. WTC7 is a clear case of controlled demolition. The rate of collapse for all three towers is in and of itself enough to dismiss the so called pile-driver theory (gravity driven collapse). The official explanation is hence obviously wrong and a new proper investigation is needed.

As the evidence accumulates that is inconsistent with the official version of what happened on 9/11, I find I can no longer believe it. In particular there is incontrovertible video evidence that the news media was fed information that Building 7, which was not hit, had fallen and this was being reported while Building 7 continued to stand in the background behind the reporter reporting that it had fallen, which it then proceeded to do a few minutes later. The absence of any information related to 9/11 in the FBI's wanted poster for Osama Bin Laden, reportedly due to lack of evidence, the building owner's reported acquisition of greater insurance coverage a few weeks before the attacks, the absence of plane debris at the Pentagon and Pennsylvania sites, and the physical facts about the melting point of steel and the heat generated by airplane fuel, all added together continue to contribute to my skepticism about the 9/11 official version.

Recently Pilots For 9/11 Truth have analyzed the speeds reported for the aircraft utilized on 9/11. Numerous aviation experts have voiced their concerns regarding the extremely excessive speeds reported above Maximum Operating for the 757 and 767, particularly, United and American Airlines 757/767. These experts are captains who have actual flight time in all 4 aircraft reportedly used on 9/11. These experts state the speeds are impossible to achieve near sea level in thick air if the aircraft were a standard 757/767 as reported. Combined with the fact the airplane which was reported to strike the south tower of the World Trade Center was also producing high G Loading while turning and pulling out from a dive. The whole issue becomes incomprehensible to fathom how a standard 767 can perform such maneuvers at such intense speeds exceeding Maximum Operating limits of the aircraft. This is so especially for those who research the topic thoroughly and have expertise in aviation.

I can accept that the fires in building 7 went unchecked given that the fire department took such a tremendous 'hit' earlier in the day. I could even accept that the frame could be weakened and the structure might lean in a crazy and dangerous manner. But I cannot accept that it would collapse with perfect symmetry in a matter of seconds. It has long been my opinion that the collapse of building 7 is the 'smoking gun' which will eventually unravel the official narrative.

All one has to do is watch movies like the latest Superman, Pacific Rim, or The Avengers to see how a building would collapse if catestrophically damaged on one side. It topples over, it does not fall straight down at free fall rate.

On Tuesday morning September 11, 2001, my wife and I watched WTC 1 and WTC 2 collapse from the rooftop of our Brooklyn, Clinton Hill home. We lived quite close to the East River. In the 1990s I was commissioned by Scientific American Magazine to produce a series of illustrations for an article on controlled demolition of steel frame buildings. I was a GS-13 Acquisition Program Manager at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. working for the U.S. Air Force and am now retired after a 30 year career, 5 years blue suit and 25 years Civil Service. I was the Logistics Director for Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade to upgrade the NORAD Command Center equipment in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. As director I was responsible for the acquisition and sustainment of the upgraded NORAD equipment. This required a knowledge of the specifications and operational requirements and the testing to insure the equipment meets the required operational objectives. I worked many types of acquisition purchases and fielding of equipment. Minuteman III Reentry systems, Radar Systems, Intel Systems, and Nuclear Survivable Communications Systems. I also had TS clearances with many other intel, nuclear, and other clearances.
My relevant connection to understanding part of what happened is that In the 1990's, I was the Director of Logistics for the Cheyenne Mountain Upgrade program to upgrade the NORAD Command Center in Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs, Colorado. I have an understanding of the operations of the entire system as the Logistics Director. I know our equipment tracked exactly where the planes were after the aircraft transponders were turned off, I am aware of the response times the military must intercept potential dangerous aircraft. I am aware of our strategic and tactical operations for protecting our country. I am aware that a squadron of intercept aircraft would not be taken off alert unless another squadron was assigned to cover for the coverage area. I am aware that if a training operation takes our aircraft away from their assigned coverage areas, other backup aircraft would be assigned to provide coverage. Someone was ordering our intercept aircraft away from the towers and the Pentagon to allow the commercial aircraft to hit their targets. I've heard VP Cheney was giving the maintenance stand down orders to block operational coverage while other aircraft were sent out to sea on a training mission... It would have had to be someone very high in the chain of command to pull that off (like VP Cheney).

My ex-wife and I were watching the event unfold on Sept 11, 2001 (I was off work from a job site injury managing a West Coast marine construction project, my wife came home to be with me because of her shock at the event), and I watched the airplane impact of the 2nd tower live, then she joined me. She confirms to everyone that I immediately called into question multiple elements, including the swiftly assumed narrative about the WTC collapses in the coming days. The whole thing felt wrong immediately to me (absence of plane debris at the Pentagon and Shanksville, WTC1&2/WT7 footage). It was obvious controlled demolition was utilized. You could see it in the news replays of the 'collapse' as more footage from varying angles was shared. The initial responses and reports from reporters and eye witnesses incl. First Responders of all stripes was also very compelling. All that, and the MSM's response and assumption of the collapse narrative, was when the veil came off for me on the massive unrestrained evil and corruption operating above our known world. I'm also a member of Pilots911.org as a former Purchasing and Logistics manager in the aviation industry. Military veteran pilots now in the commercial field have described to me in private the impossibility that the alleged 'terrorists' that could barely land Cessnas, could execute the maneuvers required. In hindsight, the entire event was sloppy, and too complex for even the professional jackals that planned and executed it. If the Mainstream Media and US DOJ was not complicit in the cover-up, the whole world would have witnessed 9/11 easily exposed for what it was: a simultaneous sham and crime of spontaneous murder, unprecedented in human history. I applaud the efforts of this and other affiliated professional Truth groups, and consider the press conference in DC on Sept 11, 2019, with Fire Comm. Gioia, Mr. Mcillvaine, Mr. Gage, and Mr. Meiswinkle, to be the most important, compelling, professional, courageous, moving, revealing and shocking press conference I've ever seen both in current times and on record since the advent of television. The crickets heard from the MSM on it: an inexcusable abomination that amounts to, in my view, criminal complicity.

To be quite honest, after learning the truth of 9/11/01, I chose to drop out of high school. I never appreciated the extremely boring and lethargic days, the constant appeal to authority, the compliance expected through punishment. As someone who has worked with metal their entire adult life, I know to the core of my very being that this was a controlled demolition. I'm a blacksmith, and know quite well the temperature and energy necessary to turn A36 steel into molten pools. The microspheres found are the smoking gun, no one can debate why they're present, no one!

Even before I saw the AE911Truth videos, I believed that WTC 1, 2, and 7 did not collapse as a result of fire, or being struck by airliners. I agreed with Dan Rather, when he said that it looked like a controlled demolition, since I'd seen videos of buildings that were brought down with that method. AE911Truth has convinced me this is the case. We need a timely investigation because there are still many individuals who know exactly what happened and how. At the age of 11, I watched in horror, as my country transformed forever in real time right before my eyes. That morning I woke up to a shifting dusk morning air, as the birds chirped seemingly louder than usual next to my open bedroom window. That hot Colorado summer was quickly giving way to the coming fall season, and the new school year was setting its pace, as I began 6th grade just after a months long family visit in Europe with my grandparents. When I went downstairs for our routine morning cereal and homework check, a look of horror on my mother's face that I hope to never witness on anyone ever again, engulfed the living room as she gleamed in disbelief at the news reports on the television. Living smack dab in between Ft Carson and Peterson Air Force base, in my home town of Widefield Colorado, the city of Colorado Springs that morning was clenched in the security of the armed forces, on standby, ready to deploy by the command of NORAD, which was just 10 miles west of our home. I would never forget the military response to the attacks on our nation. Tanks, armored vehicles, and fully suited soldiers lined the streets. At that young age, the sight of responding heroes and patriots inspired me, and I was awestruck at what seemed at the time, the most honorable and brave men and women I'd ever seen, as my mother slowly drove my little sister and I to a terrified and frozen school district, which in the hours following would soon dismiss all classes until further notice. Things would never be the same again. Still impacted and full of revenge, 7 years later, at the age of 18 I joined the United States Army airborne infantry. It seems I was plagued with a thirst to do my part in fighting back those who brought so much pain and change to my nation. During my service I started hearing claims of an inside job. After years of rebuke, and denial, I wasn't hearing these claim any more, but began LISTENING to them. Unfathomable accounts. Unbelievable statements. Eventually I began to do my own research. In saddened disbelief, sitting in the middle of a war torn Middle Eastern village, I stared at videos, and reports on my lap top. It was an unquestionable conclusion. My own government, the leaders of this nation and others who I am sworn to and vowed to protect, played its own hand in the very attack I now deplore and fight to avenge. I felt furious. I felt betrayed beyond words. I wanted out of the military right then and there. The things we've done, the waste of life, the blood shed, all in the name of self inflicted victimization. Today I stand proud as a combat veteran, who now realizes who we were truly fighting for. It wasn't for those empty suits in smoke filled rooms. We were fighting for you. The citizens of this nation. The people. Those who knew the whole time what our government was doing to itself. We were fighting for the victims of that day and the citizens who on the days before and after 9/11, couldn't fight for themselves. Our government, a corrupt bureaucracy, who evidently is willing to kill its own people for power and control, will go beyond its means to silence those who speak against it. But I stand before you today, 20 years later, to say thank you to all the experts, the survivors and victims of that attack. Thank You for speaking out and fighting for truth. Today I am currently enrolled in college, studying to become an electrical engineer. I hope to one day utilize my education to back up what we know and continue this fight for truth with expertise and wisdom. My sincere condolences go out to the families, and my deepest respect go to the TRUE experts who have worked endlessly to expose the truth. You have inspired me to join this fight. After examining a mountain of evidence and videos, I've concluded that Mr. Gage of AE911Truth and other experts in the Truth Movement have made an objective, compelling and scientific case that the government's official version of 9/11 is false, does not match the data, has more holes than Swiss cheese, and that a new independent proper investigation of 9/11 must be launched, in order to find the true perpetrators behind the attacks. It is clear that there is a cover up of what happened on 9/11. Key points: - Fire cannot cause the free fall collapse of three skyscrapers, let alone one. That is absolutely impossible. The fire was not hot enough to melt or weaken steel, and even if it was, there is no way that a small chunk of the towers at the top could plummet through the main portion below it at near free fall speed, as though 80,000 tons of steel were merely thin air. That is 100 percent impossible. Never before or after 9/11 have steel high rises been destroyed by fire. That is a fact that completely demolishes and disproves the official 9/11 story. - Basic logic and common sense also tell you that if office fires could destroy an entire skyscraper, then the demolition industry would be out of business, because why would they need to spend months setting up explosive charges to destroy a building, when a match and kerosene would be all that was needed to do the job? - There is also no precedent for a 757 airline to crash on land and disintegrate, leaving no debris, as two of them did on 9/11 - the Pentagon crash and the Shanksville crash. Moreover, the alleged maneuvers of AA77 were not possible for a 757, especially for an amateur pilot flying it for the first time, and it is also aerodynamically impossible for a plane to move at 400 knots close to the ground. No pilot in the world could accomplish that. And the feat has NEVER been replicated in a flight simulator under the same conditions. - It is also not possible for NORAD to fail to intercept four airlines on the same day. Even former NORAD tactical directors have stated this (See PatriotsQuestion911.com). At most, they may fail to intercept one airliner, but not four. No way. Someone must have ordered NORAD to stand down, or prevented them from reacting to standard protocol. Besides Mr. Gage's compelling film 9/11 Blueprint for Truth I also urge everyone out there to also watch the film Zero: An Investigation into 9/11 on YouTube for free. It contains many irrefutable points and credible experts, including Nobel Prize Winners, that completely debunk the official 9/11 story. Any fence sitter who watches it will have no doubt in their mind that they were not told the truth. We should not let such lies and cover ups get away. It is an insult to the victims and their families if we do nothing about this. I applaud Mr. Gage and his volunteers for their passion, courage and efforts. May all our efforts culminate in an unstoppable momentum that will unveil the truth behind 9/11 and bring justice to the true perpetrators. It's time that the good guys come together to root out the bad guys until they have nowhere to run. These criminals, whoever they are, must learn that they are not above the law, and that their actions will have due consequences. There are serious problems with the official 911 commission's findings regarding the modes of collapse of the three WTC buildings and collection and interpretation of forensic evidence and eyewiteness testimony. Where do you start? If a plane hit the pentagon, why wont they release a video which shows this. There certainly should have been more plane parts in shanksville and the pentagon. Even if the fire was hot enough to melt the metal of the plane, where are the tons of molten metal? Building 7 is obvious demolition. The biggest inconsistency with building 7 and the towers is that stress would have been concentrated where the planes hit or where the fires were buring, however fracture does not occur at this stress concentration but rather at the base of the structures.

Buildings do not spontaneously pulverize from fires, otherwise we would never need demolition experts to carefully bring down buildings -- why should that profession exist if a simple match will do the job to bring down steel framed skyscrapers? That's a tongue-in-cheek question, but it highlights a serious point: Those buildings had assistance to fall on 9/11. What can I say? One has only to look at the collapse of Building 7 to dispel all doubt that the official story is a lie. Futhermore, it is impossible that 3 buildings should collapse at free fall into their own footprint within brief hours of each other where no high rise has ever come down in this manner before and where other fires burned much hotter and much longer.

I watched everything that happened, including the bringing down of World Trade Center 7. This matter could be settled by simply reshowing that event as it happened with either of news anchors Peter Jennings, Dan Rather or Tom Brokaw. They reported beginning around 2:00 PM that the building was unstable and in danger of collapsing. They then reported that a decision might have to be made as to whether the building would have to be brought down for reasons of safety. Finally, at 5:00 PM, they announced the decision to bring the building had been made and twenty minutes later the cameras focused on the building as it was brought down uneventfully and without any surprise. Just show the old video tapes beginning at 2:00 PM and watch the event as it unfolded!

Concern that the construction met code, especially in concrete and structural steel erection. Concern that there was not an acceptable oblative fire protection coating on the structural steel (such as Albi Durospray). Concerned about a purported CIA emergency diesel fuel tank in the building that did not meet code and may have been a contributory factor. Concerned that the building fire protection systems met code, were operable, and had been tested. Concern about actual fire loading of the building (allowable and actual combustible materials, when this was verified and how it was controlled).

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE 'AND' A steel column falling through space with no resistance other than air should reach the ground before the building it came from does. A CONTRADICTION thus is developed by the NIST/FEMA/ 911 Commission 'story': In order for the steel member to be ejected laterally sufficient that it does not reach the ground before the falling building the forces at play result in a very large factor for the modality of elasticity possessed by the structure being compressed by the above 'collapsing' structure... This expresses itself with a large conversion of potential energy into kinetic energy that can result in such 'explosive' lateral projections... Unfortunately that would require magnitudes of RESISTANCE that simply DID NOT EXIST since the building reached the ground approximately 14-15 seconds from initial collapse (free fall + 5-6 seconds), Thus we have a glaring contradiction watching the building reach the ground before the steel column. Their IS only one resolution for this contradiction: One explanation accounts for the 'explosive' lateral projections AND AT THE SAME TIME THE RAPID COLLAPSE OF THE BUILDING: A CONTROL DETONATION... The number of people who know this IS increasing every year...I pray that in my lifetime I will live to see the man who tortured me IN MY INNOCENCE receive the SAME mercy he gave me- in his guilt...
