PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Times and several other papers around the country, warning against a knee-jerk flight into fascism to keep us safe.
Nothing about the official story makes sense when you think about it. But the three key elements that should convince anyone with an open mind are: (1) Building 7 collapses straight into its own footprint, falling as a single mass as though in quicksand -- i.e., with the failure at the bottom all the way down. Can't happen with a few pitiful fires restricted to a few upper floors, mostly on one side of the building. (2) Molten iron (not steel) running in rivulets under the debris of all three towers; residual heat higher than the temperature of standard building fires or jet fuel persisting for more than a week. If the official story were true, only a miracle could have caused that. (3) Multiple samples of dust from the collapses, taken at varied locations, all contained two damning things. First, microspheres of iron (again, not steel), which can only arise when molten iron solidifies in mid-air. That means that least some of he steel superstructure had to be converted into iron, for that's the only possible source. Second, the dust contained unexploded particles of military-grade nanothermite -- stuff you can paint onto a surface (like steel beams) and then ignite at will. There is no conceivable reason for that to be in any of the three buildings -- yet there it was. There are countless other very obvious indicators that the official story is bogus, starting with televised predictions that WTC7 either had fallen (BBC video with WTC7 prominently in the background) or was about to fall (Giuliani was only one of many who took action based on knowledge of WTC7's collapse. When has the timing of ANY burning building's collapse been so predictable? Why was the official investigation held up for so long by the Bush Administration, and then funded with a pittance compared to the Challenger Dister investigation in which fewer than 10 people died? If a teensy bit of fire brought down all three buildings, shouldn't there be huge funding to find out if all the high-rise buildings in the world are suddenly at risk of collapsing as they burn, even though the first three steel-framed high-rise structures in history to collapse from fire happened on the same day and same place?

If there is a hint of impropriety in the official story, then it is likely to only be the tip of the iceberg. I hope to god it is wrong, but in my profession, hope doesn't cut it. I need to see evidence that makes sense. The NIST backtracking and weak arguments don't reassure me; as an engineer, I understand the issues raised. Also, in my industry, an objective third party review is always used. I would expect the same from our government.

As a Reliability and Quality Engineer for over 30 years, I was required to consider all of the facts associated with any engineering failure. Disciplines that required my constant awareness are design integrity, manufacturing defects, environmental exposure, life limiting factors, etc.
I was acutely aware of Engineering Cost Analysis and Life Cycle Cost Analysis, with many post graduate courses in these disciplines. My career was heavily biased toward statistical analysis and Warranty Cost Forecasting, requiring me to consider all possibilities, emphasizing the likelihood that the less likely events should be considered less heavily. Perhaps, this is why I was extremely reluctant to even consider the possibility that 9/11 could have been a staged event. What is the chance that our own government could pull that off and get away with it? I pondered. When I was confronted with the facts, and I considered the reality that the temperatures of jet fuel combustion do not support the suggested failure modes posed by the government's official report, I was forced into a paradigm shift. This reality has changed my entire perspective on the groups that I had previously dismissed as emotional, uneducated fools. I was wrong and I am grateful to the 9/11 Truthers for holding me accountable for the Truth! Now, I too am a 9/11 Truther. The facts about the collapse of three WTC buildings on 9/11/2001 just do not support the theory posed by the PBS Report, or the US Government's publication. There must be further explanation to satisfy my hunger for the truth about the horrible realities of the WTC and Pentagon murders. As an engineer, as a patriot, as citizen of the United States of America, I demand that the government which is accountable to its citizens appoint an independent commission to investigate and report on the Truth of 9/11/2001.

The pile driver effect is gone at that point. The top third of the building is no longer pressing down on the bottom two thirds. No load = no buckling. Imagine a tree in the woods being struck by lightning two thirds of the way up. The top third breaks off and falls over. Then, starting at the top of the remaining ""stump"" which is two thirds the height of the original tree, a wave of destruction starts and goes down at near freefall, spewing out wood chips and sawdust. Where did all this this energy come from?"

(IF) at very least probability or probabilities should be established. Based on highest probabilities, why did it occur? Find out first, and then investigate all probabilities to the fullest extent. Any hindrance or rebuttal to a positive investigation can only be counter constructive and detrimental to safety and regrowth from such a catastrophe.

Even a novice can read enough to understand that only three concrete and steel buildings have ever collapsed in history and all three of them on one day. A very low level of understanding might have one thinking that the two towers that fell might be explainable without resorting to conspiracy but building seven having not been hit or otherwise severely damaged is a smoking gun. If something can't happen as alleged, then it didn't. 49 years old, freethinker & skeptic, self-employed commercial real estate appraiser with five contract employees, based in Williamsburg, Virginia. I have 24 years of experience in the appraisal of commercial real estate, to include low- to mid-rise office and other commercial and residential buildings, one to four stories in height. I have been self-employed since 2000.Originally from Wisconsin, I have lived in Virginia since 1992. I am divorced and have a 21 year old daughter, who recently graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Biology. She will be attending the Medical University of South Carolina in the Fall of 2014, in training in the Pharmacy D program.
The A&E for 9-11 Truth, along with trusted friends, were instrumental in my awareness of the full scope of the false flag operation known as 9/11. Your efforts, along with others, paint a clear picture in my mind of what really happened. The whole operation was clearly an inside job, and in the end we have lost more freedoms in this country and stand to lose more if we fail to get the message out to more people and persist in our efforts to do the same and get more folks energized and angry about it all.
