PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Questions and concerns immediately following destruction of Twin Towers, particularly after hearing details and seeing images later that same evening. My education led me to believe that most and certainly these particular buildings would withstand airplane impacts and fires. WTC 7 collapse and my familiarity with Meridian Tower in Philadelphia and several witnessed controlled demolitions while in Philadelphia convince me of controlled demolitions of the three WTC buildings on September 11th. Implications of this are extremely disquieting for myself as a citizen of this country and of enormous concern for notion of integrity in process of building design, planning, construction as well as quasi public process of zoning, funding facilitation large scale urban and or public projects.

I remember seeing the planes fly into the buildings on the news when it happened and then the buildings falling and I had so many questions as I knew it was not possible for planes alone to have caused the buildings to collapse like the media represented. At the time I thought they would investigate it and later reveal explosives were found in the building but instead the focus changed to the 'weapons of mass destruction' and the need for a war in Afghanistan and Iraq. I've followed this story since it happened and I'm committed to the victims, their families and mankind to have the truth of what happened on 911 to be told so that such an atrocity will not be repeated ever again.

I have studied all of the available evidence on the internet and read various books on the subject. I have been particularly impressed by the calibre of people who have been brave enough to speak out against the official story. I can only come to the conclusion that some kind of controlled demolition was used to destroy all three skyscrapers on 9/11. Therefore there needs to be a new investigation, as the absence of controlled demolition as a serious hypothesis in the original one indicates a coverup on grand scale.

It took me less than a minute to make my first opinion of what happened. I worked in a car body shop to pay my undergraduate education. For about a year I perform enough oxyacetylene soldering to know that you need more that this oxygen starved fuel fire to weaken the massive steel structure of those buildings. Then it happened: a perfectly symmetric collapse of the first tower. I still remember my first worlds: 'No way, they won't make me believe this.' I am amazed that this monumental deception has gone so far without any serious questioning from any important media institution. We need a serious investigation no only on behalf of the thousands who were killed that day in the Towers but also the hundreds of thousands who have been killed, jailed, tortured, handicapped all over the world, especially in the Middle East, every single day since 9-11 in the name of this 'War on Terrorism'. We want to know who the terrorists were.
