PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I'm presently a Senior Principal Design Engineer/Manager with over 24 years of broad industry experience in Product and Design Engineering. My initial year at engineering school exposed me to mechanical as well as civil engineering, although my concentration has been on electronic engineering. I've received over 10 US patents which relate to IC design.
It's my understanding that when a building has been destroyed by fire in the course of a crime, then forensic analysis must legally test for the use of accelerants. I believe NIST did not comply with this requirement and the only rigorous xray analysis of the steel ejected from this crime scene found strong evidence which supported the possibility that thermate was present. NIST's final conspiracy theory that thermal expansion was responsible for the collapse of WTC 7 - a new phenomenon. I also found out today that one of the eyewitnesses to explosive forces emanating from the basement of the Twin Towers, Kenny Johannemann, committed suicide - such testimony I feel was never fully considered by the 9/11 Commission and this evidence is rapidly disappearing, or worse, being swept under the carpet. I would like to see an independent inquiry into the unanswered questions regarding what really happened on 9/11 and full accountability of those who were complicit in the events of that day. I consider diversion of our nation's military to a bogus war in Iraq at the height of our nation's response to this attack with extreme suspicion.

I hold Masters degrees in Engineering and Architecture - I have worked as a consultant on dozens of high-performance buildings and I am currently the lead design engineer for utility-scale PV projects. I was a University professor for six years and taught in the School of Architecture and Construction Management at WSU.
I well remember the day that the towers were hit. When I first saw the footage, I trusted that everything would be okay - the twin towers were poster children for redundant structural design. The collapses really surprised me, and when I saw the collapse videos, I immediately called my fellow structure nerds. The fires looked manageable, and I fully expected the combination of fire response and building suppression systems to take care of it. When they fell, I couldn't believe it. Not dramatically, but practically. I was bewildered until I saw the footage of Building 7. Once that went, then I knew something was very, very wrong.

People think jet fuel must be hot if it can lift airplanes into the air, but in reality, it must burn inside a metallic engine without damaging it, so it doesn't burn hot enough to even melt structural steel. Most of the jet fuel hitting the twin towers flashed off on impact, leaving little left to finish off the towers. And what exactly was supposed to have caused world trade 7 to come down? There have been a few intense fires in steel frame buildings, and they all leave the frame standing when they're over. Fire cannot explain the near-instant collapse of world trade 7.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Lehigh University in 1981. In the intervening years I worked at a variety of jobs, the most applicable being the 12 years when I did instrumentation & controls and then mechanical design engineering for a variety of industries. I have a typical plodding but thorough and mechanistic and engineering approach to any subject I approach.
I felt indignation when I first heard that people were questioning the official version of 9-11 events. It took several years for it to filter through to me that building 7 fell at free fall speeds 7+ hours after the towers. I've perused the NIST report dated 2008. I do understand the elaborate chain of events described therein and they sound very unlikely. I've heard some expert testimony questioning many of the premises and details NIST used to construct their report. I'm convinced the NIST report is unsatisfactory and that we owe it to the victims, their families and to ourselves to continue investigating. The bad guys are still out there. Their monumental arrogance and sociopathic mentality will continue to surface if we don't.

Ive got to admit l'd forgotten about 9/11. Mainly because of all the silly conspiracy theories. The PBS documentary definitely moved me and got my attention. Laws of physics don't lie. Then I learn NIST never tested for explosives. WHAT?!?! Our government needs to do a real scientific investigation. Because the more I read these reports the more ridiculous they look. All we can do is spread the word about these facts. I have surprised a lot of people with the things they didn't know about steel structured buildings. WTC 7 drops in 6.6 seconds? I bet there is demolition company's that couldn't drop it that fast. Who needs demolition crews away, NIST claims all you need is a match.

Having read Prof. Neils Herrit et al.'s paper and studied video footage taken on the day, followed Mr. Chandler's mathematically founded reasoning and having seen NIST not finding evidence of explosives for which they did not look, I consider that an independent open minded investigation of the cause of the collapses is the minimum that the citizens of the non-US world are due - particularly so given that U.S.A. foreign policy after 911 was based on the 'War on Terror'!!!

Plumber/Construction worker - first hand experience with builders, owners, contractors trying to ignore costs and health issues with removing asbestos. If they can get away with not paying for asbestos removal they will attempt it. Workers risking their health is irrelevant - workers are their to be used and abused and disposed of like cattle for the evil greedy rich.
When I learned that the owner of the Towers and Building 7 was avoiding removing asbestos and collecting on insurance, my question as to why would the buildings come down if the planes didn't cause it. Why? Insurance fraud, asbestos. Now it made sense why they would come down - now there is a reason, no mystery - it's clear, it's crime. It's greed profit. Insurance fraud and fake war on terror to mask Cheney/Bush family private pirate raids for oil in other countries.
