To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I worked at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory on the MAGELLAN Venus Probe in Navigation Systems. I ran computer simulations of deep-space trajectories for orbit accuracy analysis studies. Additionally, I worked at Rockwell International Space Systems for two years on the Space Shuttle, in Ground Support Systems. I worked for five years at Ford Motor Company, Transmissions and Chassis Division in product engineering for the E4OD, the transmission that went into F-series and E-series trucks. While at Harvard, I worked at the Boston Heart Foundation, testing a prototype computerized blood pressure monitor. I created an educational 3D animation of the embryologic heart for Harvard Medical School's Center for Education Technology as well. I am currently working as a teacher while I blog at Powers and Morrison, develop an educational system I began research on while at Harvard, and am a writer.

The video evidence clearly and forthrightly shows explosive ejections far below the zone of visible collapse on all three buildings. This, for me, is sufficient to investigate in excruciating detail, the actual causes of the collapse. Steel does not fail in this manner. The evidence collected thus far is conclusive in my mind that the towers, which were designed to withstand the impact of a jetliner, did not fail from the impact of the airplanes or the subsequent fire.

Collapse of WTC-7 is prima facie controlled demolition. I have seen no alternative explanation, including that of NIST, that is even remotely plausible, given the visual evidence. NIST's continuing refusal even to examine the possibility of the obvious casts the gravest doubt upon the integrity of that institution, (or at least its management) and certainly upon the scientific probity of the NIST study participants. As to WTC 1 & 2, my military experience, coupled with some modest hands-on experience with high explosives, has given me a sense of how things behave when energetically disassembled. I find that the use of high-energy thermitic materials as suggested by Harrit, Jones et al., possibly accompanied by use of more conventional substances such as RDX, C-4, etc. provides a far more persuasive explanation of the observations, including molten iron/steel, powdered concrete etc. etc., than any plausible gravitational-collapse scenario. (Total-energy requirements alone eliminate gravity as more than a secondary input to the buildings' destruction).

Right from the outset I could not believe that the Towers could be so flimsy that they would collapse like a house of cards with such minor damage. When I watched the initial footage of firemen going into the lobby of the North Tower I was confused as to why all the windows had been blown out and massive marble panels had been blown off the walls. Later when I watched WTC 7 come down I jumped out of my seat and screamed at the TV that this was a controlled demolition.

The original fire ball frm the crash impact would have burned off the majority of the fuel. I declare that the official investigation is rotten to the core. Thousands of families want to know the truth, and therefore deserve TOTAL transparency. In fact, just the fact that both Towers collapsed at free fall speed and that this fact was not even mentioned in the formal investigation leaves me perplexed. Additionally, the slow motion replays of the collapses clearly show the presence of explosives. It would certainly have made sense. Secondly, the fact that another high rise (which was not hit by a plane) collapsed as well ... due to explosives ... makes me think that this 'formal investigation' is more of a collaboration with those who actually carried out the attacks on September 11. An independent investigation must and should be performed so that justice and truth can finally be revealed! I am not an architect and do not have a PHD or any other kind of degree or education beyond a high school diploma. I have spent the last six years working as a Test & Balance Technician in the field of commercial and industrial Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). I plan to attend school in the very near future to further my skills and education. But more specifically to pursue an Associate of Science in Computer Information Technologies most likely from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as an HVAC course at a different institute in order to obtain my EPA Section 608 Certification and then possibly my Indoor Air Quality cert.
Once presented with all the facts and evidence from so many credible professionals such as the architects and engineers involved with your organization, its pretty hard to look away and not feel an overwhelming burning from within to help expose the truth of 911 and finally get some kind of justice for the families of all those lost that day. It is clear as day to see that all three of those buildings were brought down as a result of controlled demolitions.
