PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I'm just a small town architect involved primarily in the design of wood frame residential structures with nearly fifty years of experience in architecture, thirty-two as a registered architect with the last twenty-eight in a private practice I share with my partner. Because of my years of experience I was granted permission to take the professional exam on the condition I passed all of the required pre-qualifying exams, of which there were five if I recall correctly. I did so in 1980 and passed the architectural licensing exam in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1981. I have no experience with high rise structures but I do believe that logic trumps the nonsense written between the front and back covers of The 9/11 Commission Report. In my view the report is more fiction than fact.
The manner in which the towers fell could only have been through controlled demolition. I've witnessed enough of them through videos and even in person to know this. Initially I presumed the attack, blamed on radical Muslims, was blowback for the horrific foreign policy of the US government. My belief that the attack was blowback has not diminished in the light of new evidence which suggests factions in the US government had prior knowledge of the attacks and not only did nothing to prevent them but complemented them to stage the catastrophe that would ensure the nation's sympathy for a Middle east confrontation. I stand by my belief today that the correct response to this criminal act would have been to find and prosecute the culprits, foreign and domestic, responsible for those acts of terrorism. The actual path chosen only reinforces my belief that the US government played a significant role.

Simple observation of the falling of the towers shows typical characteristics of controlled explosive demolition. Even if it had been possible to melt the structural steel on the upper floors from fuel burning, which is doubtful, it is highly likely, virtually certain, that the upper sections of the towers would have toppled intact, leaving the lower sections standing.

I studied as all we do in Spain lots of structural analysis. My final project with and A score was about a tower in the desert involved in with the experts in the field. In my career in Yaeger and Jordan and in other construction companies such as CEC and OCISA (old ACS). I have collaborated in many projects mainly in the field of construction and restoration.
A friend of mine and I elaborated a model that could replicate the official version of the events in the computer, and there is no way that a commercial airplane could completely destroy into dust these buildings. Many events in the history of US wars have been based on similar events that the official version could never justify until the truth is exposed too late for people to care about. Just an unfortunate event that the mass media accepted as it is and that the people care less and less to solve (so there is a problem with the official disclosure of events that must be solved no matter what). Just the truth and nothing else deserve the people.

I don't really have any architectural or engineering experience or education. I am, however, a well-read individual, and I pay attention to the world around me, and to politics specifically. I believe myself to be insightful as well. I have a working knowledge of physics, as I have studied this on my own. Also, I am not easily fooled -- I like to say that 'This ain't my first rodeo'.
I happened to be watching the news report when the second plane flew into the second tower. As I watched the Towers come down, it so resembled footage I have seen of buildings being imploded, that I wondered then, as I have since, who where they trying to fool? It just didn't seem possible to me that those buildings could possibly have collapsed the way that they did by being hit by planes. And what about Building 7? Seriously, what is happening here? I also found it suspicious how quickly the alleged attackers were identified. It seemed to me that someone had a file that they were just waiting to release to the public to back up their cover story. It all seemed strange to me then, and nothing that I've heard or read or seen since then has changed my mind about that. To the contrary, evidence seems to me to point to our own government having set the whole thing up, as an excuse to invade Iraq. What I cannot understand is the public, and Congress falling in so easily with the story. Are Americans so gullible? Sad to think so.

I believe the video, and private scientific evidence (referring to the few scientist that where lucky enough to test debris for thermite) is quite overwhelming. After looking through hours of video, and reading through countless articles, the evidence is quite frankly overwhelming. I do believe that Building 7 is the 'smoking gun' during 9/11 since steel reinforced skyscrapers around the world have caught fire for nearly days and have not collapsed, yet WTC 7 burns for just a few hours and comes down in less then 10 seconds.

9/11 was an inside job. The general public needs to made aware of this even if no one is punished for their involvement in this massive crime. It is clear that the forces that orchestrated 9/11 persist within our government, thus explaining the inexplicable difficulties, confusion, and consternation that is our government today. There is, and has been, an organized effort to change the nation and world into a forced one world system. 9/11 was but only one step, among numerous steps, to accomplish this hidden and publicly unspoken goal that apparently recognizes no moral constraints in the accomplishment of that goal. Kill 3000 people to enable the passage of laws that gut the Constitution of its protections? No problem for those who involved themselves in the 9/11 crime; persons, corporations and organizations foreign and domestic including media organizations. Recent revelations about the DOJ and FBI as well as IRS point to how close we are now to being ruled by a police state where even the POTUS is not safe from the tactics of an out of control bureaucracy at all levels of government. 9/11 was an inside job. It must be publicly investigated and utilized for its one redeeming characteristic, that being, it has revealed the hidden project that persists to this day to destroy from within the United States of America as founded. I left secondary education at intermediate level to train as an electrician and attended electrical college for a further 4 years. I worked for several years with an electrical contractor but subsequently moved into the oil sector and was involved with heavy crane lift engineering procedures, rigging and scaffolding. I eventually built my own company and currently employ 25 people in a successful business venture. Along the way I gained further education qualifications in safety management and in other fields. Also, I have wide experience in engineering industries and in management of large and small companies.
I believe that the 'official' story regarding the destruction of the 3 buildings in the 9/11 event is a package of obvious lies and that the people propagating those lies are the guilty parties in this criminal enterprise. The various wars and military interventions in dozens of countries across the world are a direct result of this criminal event and that the motive behind the 9/11 atrocity was to create a pretext for those wars. The perpetrators are the power brokers in the shadow governments that control our currently elected politicians in the 'democratic' West. These psychopaths will bring us all to destruction unless we stop them. It is imperative that the 9/11truth movement succeeds in its goals to ensure that these people are brought to justice.
