PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

If it were high temperature and weight alone, the twin towers sections above the plane impact would most likely have toppled to the side and not straight down on their footprint. And then for both to follow in exactly the same way, it had to be controlled. Then there was 7 WTC, it was not impacted and yet it also collapsed into its own footprint, that had to be a controlled demolition. There needs to be an independent investigation to find the Truth and prosecute those responsible.

As an architect, I have seen demolition of buildings and am somewhat familiar with the process involved to execute a controlled demolition. From my experience and knowledge, the way Building 7 collapsed looks very much like a controlled demolition. The building obviously falls in 3 equidistant sections with the middle section falling just ahead of the 2 ends. This allows for an imploding collapse rather than an exploding collapse.

Upon seeing the video of the WTC 7 collapse, I could see immediately that this was a classic case of controlled demolition. Clearly the core columns were cut first -- as shown by the center of the roof beginning collapse before the rest of the building -- and then the rest comes down at free-fall. Classic and unmistakable. If the WTC 7 was demolished, why not WTC 1 & 2? If there were any demolitions, then clearly 9/11 was an inside job. Period. We must find out who did this crime before they strike again in America -- perhaps with an even greater crime.

It wasn't until December 2006 that I came across Professor Steven Jones' paper and realised that there had to be a major issue here. I read further articles and books, discussed issues at meetings and contributed in forum discussions. My attention turned to the question of how it is possible to keep something like this quiet for so long, since that would mean that normal scientific processes were being interfered with in a big way. The fact that this petition is even necessary means that there has to be something hugely wrong.

I am a British citizen who has had a wide range of life experiences. I became interested in the truth movement after witnessing the shocking events of September 11th on TV. I remember thinking 'how strange' when the BBC reported about the collapse of WTC 7. So many questions remain unanswered and certain answers that have been given are unsatisfactory and unconvincing. There are too many holes in the official story. I joined a 9/11 Truth discussion group in 2006 but left as there was some elements within the group who saw everything as a conspiracy. I resolved to only look at information and evidence that could be scientifically examined. People can speculate all they want about who the perpetrators are or the reason why this atrocity happened. But they cannot argue with scientific facts about the collapse of WTC 7.

I'm puzzled as to why only the buildings with the WTC prefix were destroyed. It would appear to be exact and deliberate where as surrounding buildings were virtually unscathed. Other puzzling points are the little amount of debris produced by the collapse of the two towers and why the paper survived the destruction and wasn't burnt when seen near burning cars etc. Why were hundreds of motor vehicles partially or totally destroyed when they were blocks away from the towers? Why were flags and trees not burned when the dust cloud rolled through the streets? There are so many unanswered questions and it's plainly obvious the perpetrators don't want the truth revealed to the citizens of the world.

Any skyscraper or building under any condition can't be literally pulverized as a consequence of sheer gravitational force. Even less it can do it at free fall speed. The weakening point of steel is so high that it doesn't make sense that a simple airplane fire, as well as some office fire, could have been enough for such a vast structure to reach it. A structural failure can't happen at the same moment on 80 different columns such to explain the perfectly straight collapsing of the 3 Towers.

The Twin Towers have shown, no doubt, to have been built in an excellent manner, because the impact of the planes showed no structural failure, let alone swing worrying. On Tuesday September 11, 2001 -- I watched the destruction of the World Trade Center on TV. As things were unfolding, I wondered about how many people had died, and I also wondered how they would repair the damage. Never in my wildest imagination did I believe those buildings would collapse. When I watched WTC 1 & 2 collapse, I knew there was something very wrong with that. When I saw WTC 7 collapse, I knew without a doubt that the buildings were demolished. Since that time I have spent countless hours doing research, such as listening to expert statements and watching home videos by eyewitnesses. I am extremely disturbed that my government could murder so many people and cause so much property damage without blinking an eye. A REAL investigation is needed, and those accountable for the events of 9/11 need to be tried in a court of law for what they did. If we can not do that, our freedoms and our democracy will keep being eroded away, and we face a very grim future as a nation.

Like most citizens, I didn't begin to question the 9/11 official report until I heard about the collapse of Building 7. The fact that Building 7 fell, as if it was a controlled demolition, opened my eyes and I started to question all the events of that day.

Too many issues were dealt with insufficiently, or not dealt with at all in the official report. The evidence was destroyed very quickly. I believe I saw a statistic that far more was spent to impeach President Clinton, an event in which no one died, than to investigate 9/11. Two wars have been started using 9/11 as a pretext, and without a thorough understanding of what happened and why, which still may be possible to ferret out, the initiation of these destructive processes was premature and possibly criminal. An honest, thorough investigation of 9/11 should have been conducted, was not, and those who were derelict in their duty need to be held to account.

Buildings do not fall down that quickly because of a fire.
