PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

But I had a few questions, why didn't the plane get crumpled upon hitting the tower? Why did the towers collapse? Must have been tons of jet fuel to melt steel. For the rest of the year, I followed the crowd- hate the Muslims. And I went on to my boring life for another dozen of years not paying much attention to 9/11. But two years ago, my partner showed me pictures at ground zero. He asked me 'What do you think of this? That rekindled a fire I long strayed away from. If it collapsed because of weight of debris as they say, there would be no straight line. Like a can of soda smashed from the top. And oh, what happened to the resistance of the bottom floors so that it collapsed at free fall? So it began. My 'obsession' as I call it. Breadcrumbs after breadcrumbs. Now armed with engineering knowledge and after the dust of emotion settled, I see things clearly now.

I happened to be at home on 9/11 and saw it live on TV. My mother said that she thought the towers would collapse, but I was sure that this would not happen, or only after a rather long time. And if it happened, then only the top floors above the impact zone would fall down. But then the towers were pulverized and I was sitting on the couch with my chin on the floor. All the evidence that has been found, as in the paper by Niels Harrit about thermite in the dust, confirms my initial doubt about the collapses.

As a commercial aircraft mechanic, I'm aware of how fragile an aluminum & composite structure is. I always thought it would be a great to see an aluminum aircraft try to fly though a steel girder structure. Just the frame so you can clearly witness steel box frames cut the aircraft to ribbons w/ little significant damage. Of course the engines may seem like bowling balls, but how likely are they to cause damage to more than a very small part of a large structure? Keep the faith guys!

Being from NYC and witnessing this event live, and after watching countless hours of video of the 3 towers implosion, the theory of a pancake global collapse caused by plane impact and office fires is not plausible. A) If there was a pancake collapse the debris site/ground zero would look totally different, resembling a crumbled but stacked set of floors. All lateral beams might be crushed but would have to be intact to keep the implosion of the building uniform. However it was difficult to find a steel member more than 10' feet long after the collapse. B) How do the 70' long interior core columns buckle and fail at free fall speed C) A single column no mater how critical, could never cause a uniform, global, free fall acceleration collapse in a skyscraper as was told to be the case in Building 7.

I have worked in the HVAC field as a Sheet Metal fabricator and installer for forty years. All of our work was sealed and tested. If our work didn't pass, we resealed and retested until it passed. All asbestos was removed from all buildings or the building was condemned. I was surprised that the twin towers still had asbestos buy 9/11/2001.
Because of my experience with Heating, Air conditioning, and Ventilation, I know that no fire proofing was compromised by air flow. I thought the guys at NST were smarter than that. Every thing that was put in thoughts buildings were sealed and tested. If our duct was allowed to leak and removed the asbestos, every one would be breathing asbestos! Those planes were just smoke and mirrors.

I have been using the internet to find out information about historical events for over 15 years, in these times of electronic communication and data acquisition it is especially disappointing to find that at the root of the mystery surrounding the events of september 11th 2001 is political and managerial incompetence for which nobody in goverment has been made accountable.
I have not heard or read a satisfactory explaination as to why the towers collapsed as they did, nor the plumes of dust jetting out sideways from the towers before the main debris reached those floors, nor the mysterious burning effects to parked vehicles. I do not believe the 9/11 official report about fire causing the complete collapse of the Twin Towers. More disturbing is the third multistory building of which was not hit by aircraft that collapsed seemingly without reason.In addition, it's not plausible to me that that three aircraft could so easily violate air traffic control in NYC and at the pentagon itself, and for such a length of time, with no attempts to stop them. My best friend's father was a union foreman who built those buildings. My father is a well regarded engineer involved with the fusion project at Princeton Plasma Physics, Hubble telescope with RCA Astro and the design of safety catheters for J&J. I have a background in investigation, discovery and reality. Analytical and leaving no stone unturned. I could not find any evidence to support the story we were presented by the main stream, corporate run media and the corporation itself. Nothing added up.
I knew the day this happened that it was not what it looked like, sounded like, was presented as and then after families of victims demanded it, investigated and presented to be by our corporation (government). Planes of any kind (impacted at the upper floors especially) would never have done what was done to the WTC. If you have never been there you can't possibly understand the massive scale of destruction this really was. Even being there after the fact is not enough.I watched the skyline change as a child. It wasn't there and then years later there they were. We visited often. I got to know her well. Then it happened.After all the research, arguments, being called crazy, losing friends it's come to this.Many people have a gas barbecue grill, the gas burns hotter than jet fuel and usually for longer than the jet fuel would have lasted when the planes hit those buildings. I ask anyone .... How many times has the steel grill you cook on all the time, melted into a molten pool, like a foundry, for over a month, though rain storms etc.? Two planes what about buildings 6 and 7? What about what Rumsfeld said about missing money on Sept. 10th? I watched live on CNN at this sad day but as the twin towers collapsed, instinctively, I couldn't believe it. Somehow in my back brain, something was wrong. It exists a big risk to reopen an independent investigation, another collapse may occur, the end of the democracy we know. From all I read about the construction of the skyscrapers and the impossibility of them ever collapsing, I felt from watching the videos and seeing puffs of white smoke WELL BELOW impact locations to be unsettling to say the least. Another thing that was questionable, is, without HELP, they should never have collapsed as the weight of the upper floors wasn't heavy enough to have caused there to be such an occurance!!! Had the planes hit lower, maybe then, somewhat more believable....but near the top??? NO WAY!

The 9/11 commission report tells it all about the two towers. I believe it says the south tower fell in approximately 9 seconds and the north tower fell in approximately 12. In the case of the north tower, we have over 90 floors of stone cold modern steel framed skyscraper destroying itself at the rate of approximately 10 floors/second. The official story is a pile of garbage. The fact that the demolition of building 7 isn't even mentioned in the 9/11 commission report is unbelievable. The traitors that authored this report should be arrested for treason. Bush, Cheney, Rice, Rumsfield and all the rest should be put on trial for international war crimes. The mainstream press that covered up this treason and promoted the 9/11 lie, should be put out of business. The lies of 9/11 that are still used on a daily basis to make excuses for torture, for our loss of freedom and liberty, for the promotion of the police state, and for the continuation of these illegal wars need to be exposed. We don't deserve to get anywhere as a country until we confront this elephant in the room.
