PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

To me it has been obvious that controlled demolition and not plane crashes & fire were the causes of the WTC collapses since I saw the first TV reports on 9/11, 2001. The blatantly dishonest official story, the cover up and media efforts to hide the obvious are frankly very scary to me. A new and thorough investigation is absolutely needed, but it must be conducted by those outside the influence of the perpetrators. Perhaps this new investigation is a task for a foreign government, possibly Canada, or the UN.

These areas include, but are not limited to, strength of materials, thermodynamics, statics, and column loading. These buildings fell with acceleration (not constant speed), and collapsed inside of their footprint. If we were to apply sound probability theory to this, you would find it easier to find a particular grain of sand on Daytona Beach.

Work as an application scientist in vibrational spectroscopy, specifically spectroscopic determinations of: forensic analysis, chemometrics, pharmaceutical, trace explosive analysis, mixture analysis, fuel property predictions, crystallinity, as well as instrument calibration related to above. Other work I have performed (coincidentally around the time of the9/11 attacks) used Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) in a support role for the US Coast Guard R&D Center in Groton, CT ( a three hour drive from ground zero) in the determination of trace quantities (nanogram) of drugs and explosives. On 9/08/01 I was sent to USMC Camp LeJeune, NC, making any attempt to use our equipment immediately following the collapse impossible.
The video footage of the three WTC buildings, as well as the Pentagon and Flight 93 wreckage, offers clear evidence that does not appear to have factored greatly into the official story, especially WTC building 7. The lack of significant analytical forensic evidence in the 9/11 commission report leads me to believe that it was inadequate, and a new, congressionally appointed committee should be established.

For literally years I resented a friend who introduced me to the idea that 9/11 did not happen the way we were told. I thought he was crazy. Then I watched a video of Building 7 collapsing in what was an obvious demolition. Knowing that the 9/11 report said that it was caused by fire, I knew that something was terribly wrong with the official story. I am not a scientist or even schooled in the sciences, but a five year old could identity Building 7 as a demolition. World Trade Centers One and Two also appear to have been wired with explosives. If this is true, this changes everything about what we were told. If explosives were involved, it had to be a planned event.

I have several questions that I would like answered scientifically by engineers:1. Please explain how the collapse of WTC 1, 2, and 7, as explained by NIST, can occur in approx.12 seconds, and that the resistance of the floor plates below the moment of collapse does not get represented as seconds added to the calculation of free fall.2. Mathematically explain the lateral expulsion of steel members found on top of the Deutsche Bank a few hundred feet away in the absence of explosives. What can generate force directed laterally that can result in the displacement of such weight in a different direction from that of the general collapse? 3. If the steel would have been saved, for what would experts in the field have tested or studied?

The evidence I have accumulated over several years from many credible, verifiable, public sources has led me to the firm hypothesis that WTC 1 and 2 were demolished by highly skilled experts using high explosives and incendiary devices not readily available even to professional demolition companies, let alone those who have been identified as the perpetrators of this crime. The official explanation of the entire scenario of events now known as '9/11' and as described in the government documents known as the 9/11 Commission Report and the NIST Report on Building 7 is highly implausible, given the facts and evidence now available to the general public.
