PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am familiar with explosions and their debris fields, being involved with 2 Titan Missile explosions. From the evidence available regarding the 9/11 twin towers, it is my expert opinion that a fully funded investigation of all the evidence should be opened. There was a total destruction of 3 buildings in an explosive manner, as seen in the videos. We need to determine possible causes other than just the impact of 2 aircraft flying into the buildings. I also believe that a chemical reaction was required to melt steel, and note that traces of explosive chemicals have been found in the debris field.

I have studied the collapses of the Twin Towers and Building 7 for a while now and have come to the conclusion that they were brought down in a controlled demolition. The theory that it collapsed from damage and fire violates several laws of physics. The two most important being the Law of Conservation of Momentum and the law of Angular Momentum. Building 7 was a classic example of a controlled demolition. The fact the Building 7 was never mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report is alarming. We need a new investigation into the events of 9/11.

My 40 some years of structural practice anticipated on 9-11-2001 that each tower would remain erect and, possibly, bend above the impact/fire level. However, to progressively collapse so neatly onto their footprints, from my engineering experiences, could only have been accomplished by professional demo charges; same with WTC7 Building collapse.

Typically, when trying to scientifically investigate the unknown cause of an event... a hypothesis is formed and tested. If it is shown that the hypothesis cannot be disproved it can be considered a possible theory. Some theories are however, better than others. Theories are often scrutinized over and compared against one another. I feel that the evidence that has been presented to me regarding the collapse of building 7 opens the possibility of better theory than the one that is currently accepted. It is my opinion that a re-evaluation of the destruction of the world trade center buildings is needed.

The number of inconsistencies in the official story is staggering. Even if the fire created by the combustion of the plane fuel had the energy to melt or change the molecular structure of the steel, it could only do so on the Thermo affected area, which couldn't be bigger than a few meters long, making the existence of these effects on the base of the structure impossible, and therefore the character of the fall of the WTC impossible. Not to mention WTC 7.

This event changed the world, and affected all humanity, not just the North American people. As one of the affected humans, and having enough technical knowledge to understand the grotesque lie imposed by the official history, I demand a deeper and transparent investigation, made by an independent committee.
