PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was working on the core-and-shell retrofit of the landmark Bank of New York building at 48 Wall Street the morning of 9/11/2001. After being notified that the WTC north tower was on fire, I paused a project meeting for a 15 minute break. We never got back to it. I personally stood at the corner of Liberty Park, which is across from WTC Borders Book Store when the second plane hit. The things that went on over the next few days I have always wondered about and questioned in my mind. On day three, I was called back for the disconnect of 48 Wall St. from the power grid. This was necessary, as the electric company would be attempting to power up downtown and did not want to electrically blow out any buildings on power up. How amazing it was to witness; truly an incredible effort to re-set a temporary power grid above ground over all of the lower downtown area in such a short time. Especially, which I did not know at the time, the main power feeds were completely severed from the collapse. The quantity of heavy cabling required on site so quickly and laid out on the street surfaces - alone an incredibly coordinated task - add to it all the volcanic ash type dusting, vehicles all over the areas and war zone type images. Now in retrospect, the coordinated removal of the debris began immediately. The firm I was with had assigned one or two engineers to assist on dismantling design and sketching. They along with one of the firms huge cranes were removed shortly after. From my first basic structural classes, I was told that the biggest danger to a steel structure that was exposed to high heat was that the affected or exposed steel would eventually lose its integrity and become rubbery - stressed past its modulus of elasticity. In witnessing the second plane hit the south/east corner of the south tower, and assuming that the heat was intense enough - long enough, the tower would have failed at and around impact height. In my opinion, it should have looked like a wrecked car that had been broadsided. The building would have been compromised from that corner and up and diagonally. To the extent that adjacent structural bays away from impact or heat areas would have reacted from the new imposed lateral and vertical stresses, I cannot speculate, I would only say that it would have been slow. That's all for now . . . My prayers to all those firemen (many just boys, it seemed), whose faces I looked at as they got out of their cars and pick-ups and were suiting up in fire equipment. The faces of disbelief as they walked the block or two towards WTC. These are but a few images I will never forget.

Previously I was an investigator with a forensics engineering firm in Kingwood, TX (1993-1997), a research engineer with Amoco in Naperville, IL (1985-1992), and a design engineer with UOP in Des Plaines, IL (1972-1981). I was always more skeptical about the collapse of WTC7, i.e., as compared with WTC1&2 which pancaked down. WTC7 seemed essentially whole in its upper floors, as it fell, indicating failure of support columns lower in the building. However, after reviewing ae911truth films, I'm now no longer so sure about WTC1&2, i.e., thermite/thermate evidence. I certainly would support an unbiased thorough investigation. I would volunteer to be on it, but I have a strong bias after my years in the Middle East, i.e., very much anti-Israel, which could hurt the investigation.

I never believed the things the American Government told the people. There were many situations where the government lied to the people in public, so im going to look at every thing they do with suspicion. To the 9/11 Skyscraper Destruction I've gotta say, I watched the videos of it plenty of times and came to the conclusion it was just looking like some military people destroying an abandoned building controlled with explosives. No building that big can collapse in 14 seconds just because a plane crashes inside it. I, and I think most people, watched the events of 9/11 on TV and had an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach the entire day. All humans get that feeling when they have important questions unanswered or are not satisfied with the answers they are given. As time passed it seemed to me that many in the USA had gotten past that uneasy feeling and I assumed that the Americans must have been better informed as they, as a nation, were quite comfortable with the Official explanation of the events of 9/11. My Canadian stomach has always felt uneasy whenever the events of that day come up. Now that I have learned about, and fully understand the psychology of cognitive dissonance, I no longer believe that the Canadian Education System is light years ahead of the American Education System ... but to anyone on the planet outside of the 50 States unaware of the power of cognitive dissonance who reads through the comments of an online article questioning the Official Explanation of the Events of 9/11 that had an audience of mainly US citizens, Americans completely come across as uneducated knuckle dragging obnoxious boobs. The people of the USA need to unlearn the, 'my country, right or wrong', mentality and learn the, 'right is right and wrong is wrong', mentality before the 99% good people let the 1% despicable people destroy the entire country. There are so many things wrong with the Official Explanation of the only 3 Steel Framed Skyscrapers to collapse due to fire ... all on the same day [9/11/2001], no less ... that only a very patriotic nation of good souls suffering from an epidemic mass state of cognitive dissonance could not see, and feel in their guts, the glaringly obvious lies.

I am not an architect or engineer but one does not have to be to realize the collapses of all 3 towers violated basic physics. For the building to drop at freefall for at least eight stories all of its energy had to go into accelerating there had to be NO RESISTANCE, NIST said that is what freefall would imply when they were still denying freefall of WTC7. You can look up What a gravity-driven demolition looks like on YouTube and if you measure the buildings falls on 911 there is no jolt like there would be in a gravitational collapse. One also does not need to be an expert to discover Paul Bremer's connections to the WTC's and to the Bush Admin., Rumsfeld's actions and inactions that day or the red flags in the aftermath of the attacks, the denial of evidence of molten iron and concrete and of explosions, the denial of freefall, the destruction of evidence, making things like the data on WTC7's collapse secret, Bush Admin. resisting any investigation into 9/11 for over a year then appearingbefore the 9/11 Commission only on the conditions that Bush and Cheney testify together not separate as requested, NOT Under Oath and behind closed doors. Even 6 of 10 9/11 commissioners have said they didn't get the information and that it was a coverup. There is much, much more but you get the idea there is evidence all over the place showing the official story is nothing but lies and omissions.
The videos of all 3 collapses defy the various official explanations 'experts' have put forward and the official explanation of the total collapse doesn't exist they merely state once collapse initiated 'global collapse was inevitable'. Their data showing how the collapse of WTC7 started is secret and been denied when requested under FOIA by a registered engineer. They found evidence of steel that was attacked by oxidation and sulfidation and melted during the FEMA investigation and had plenty of eyewitness testimony and sound evidence of explosions yet NIST did not test for explosives or incendiaries and NIST's John Gross denied there was any evidence of molten steel, he didn't want to look at the evidence either. The oral histories of the firemen that had a lot of references to explosions weren't released until 2005 because of a lawsuit and after the 9/11 Commission was already over they didn't include those references in the Commission.

I am neither an engineer nor an architect. My education is in music and special education. I am, however, a keen observer.
I watched the live footage when the jets hit the two towers. I also noted the explosions from lower in the buildings, as well as the other building. There was no contact between the planes and the other building. Nothing from the twin towers hit that building. Other than demolition, there was no reason for that building to fall down.

Year and a half for an investigation, withheld information. Lying about shooting down Pa flight. Doubts about what hit the Pentagon and confiscation of tapes from surrounding businesses. I am not an Architect or Engineer but with the amount of evidence that is available, the official story for how the 2 WTC towers fell is just laughable and the supposed story for how Building 7 fell is just an insult to the intelligence of everyone on Earth.
There is literally mountains and mountains of evidence on 9/11, too much to list here but for me some of the most damning evidence is: the fact the towers fell at all! Building 7 in free fall for 2.25 seconds, FEMA appendix C, thermate and iron microspheres found in all WTC dust samples, molten metal and extremely high temperatures, the government not wanting to investigate at all and then after stalling for over a year the government impedes the investigation, many witnesses to explosions and video evidence of explosions simply suppressed and denied, NIST REFUSING to test for explosives and sulfidation even after FEMA recommended testing and NIST said they would test all recommendations and then not testing for anything. And then Dick Cheney and President Bush only meeting TOGETHER behind close doors with the 9/11 Commission rather than separately as requested, NOT under oath, NO transcript AND kept secret. Something is seriously wrong here, these are just some of the huge red flags for anyone that looks into what happened on 9/11.
