PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have also developed test procedures, monitored product testing and written numerous test reports including detailed analysis of product reliability issues and failures. Additionally I have prepared design specifications and managed component development projects from concept to production. Though now semi-retired, I work part time as a licensed residential home inspector in the state of North Carolina.
The available video, audio and eye witness evidence abundantly demonstrates that the three primary WTC skyscrapers which collapsed on September 11, 2001, could not have fallen as a result of either aircraft impact or due to the relatively low temperatures generated by hydrocarbon fuel and/or office furniture fires. The free fall nature of these collapses coupled with the very high heat indicated by molten metal observed falling from the buildings and at ground zero is indicative of mechanisms using very high temperature incendiary devices. These must have been carefully pre-installed and then sequentially detonated in order to sever primary structure within these buildings thus enabling precipitous and uniform collapse. Numerous other evidence supports this theory including eye-witness accounts of explosions occurring immediately prior to and during these collapses, the complete and total pulverization of tons of steel, concrete, office furniture and human bodies which occurred during this event and the completely burned out hulks of automobiles and other vehicles parked near these buildings at ground zero. Such sequential explosions, elevated temperatures and total destruction could not be the result of building collapses initiated by impact and very localized fire and then completed by the force of gravity alone. Further the collapse of these three buildings visually models precisely the speed and uniform collapse of steel-framed high rise buildings intentionally destroyed by controlled demolition.

It seems clear from the evidence that the 'official' version contains significantly erroneous information. The fuel load from the jets plus the fuel load from the building interiors was insufficient to result in melting of high strength structural steel. The building we impacted and damaged asymmetrically. The symmetrical collapse of both towers is improbable at the very least. Likewise, there is also no probable scenario for Building 7, given all evidence. The presence of chemical compounds indicating the presence of explosive materials used in demolition remains an unexplainable fact.

The one common thread that connects all the mainstream information that is given out for mass consumption, is that there is an agenda behind it all.
The so called gravitational collapse of the trade center buildings would not result in the spontaneous pulverization of the building materials and the individuals trapped inside. Thick black smoke pouring out of towers one and two, is irrefutable evidence of oxygen starved fires - consequently , how can you have molten metal flowing beneath the rubble pile and extreme heat for weeks afterward.

From the moment I saw the plane 'melt' into the tower, I felt as if I was watching a bad cartoon lampoon where the character runs through solid rock leaving an unbroken outline. No break up of the plane, no flying debris, engines, and even the fragile wing tips melted into the steel facade like butter, leaving a perfect negative impression! The whole crazy incident was surreal in so many ways! How could it have ever even happen? TWICE? No USAF defense in the skies? Nothing? Then all the other anomalies too numerous to mention going on elsewhere, in the most secure airspace in DC...another plane flies into the Pentagon? Oh brother! I was so torn...is this more sad, scary or hilariously pathetic? And this was before all the other unbelievable inconsistencies, too numerous to mention! But those towers blowing into powder and falling into tidy little piles, no bodies, no office debris, just DUST, was too much to bear. (But they found intact 'terrorist' ID's!) My thoughts that day of the buildings collapsing were that terrorists had somehow managed to also get inside the building and had planted bombs. That they came down like controlled explosions that happen here in Las Vegas when they demolish old buildings. But then the media convinced me that it was the planes. I didn't give it another thought for many years until a neighbor showed me some videos on the internet. I am an aircraft maintenance technician with a major airline in the United States. I understand the technical abilities required to pilot Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft and I do not believe that the accused hijackers of 9-11 were capable of the outstanding feats of piloting we are expected to believe. A couple of years later my friend told me they built the towers with the demolition charges already in place. I wrote him off on that statement, but now, I'm not sure. It's irrelevant, really. The towers and 7 are down. I was appalled watching the towers come down in their footprint. My first thought and any research I have done hasn't changed my opinion about it being a demolition IE footprint, liquid metal, beams cut on angles, thermite & nano thermite, unexplained explosions, eye witness accounts, building 7 heaving, then dropping, etc.
