PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

As the evidence accumulates that is inconsistent with the official version of what happened on 9/11, I find I can no longer believe it. In particular there is incontrovertible video evidence that the news media was fed information that Building 7, which was not hit, had fallen and this was being reported while Building 7 continued to stand in the background behind the reporter reporting that it had fallen, which it then proceeded to do a few minutes later. The absence of any information related to 9/11 in the FBI's wanted poster for Osama Bin Laden, reportedly due to lack of evidence, the building owner's reported acquisition of greater insurance coverage a few weeks before the attacks, the absence of plane debris at the Pentagon and Pennsylvania sites, and the physical facts about the melting point of steel and the heat generated by airplane fuel, all added together continue to contribute to my skepticism about the 9/11 official version.

I am a Union Operating Engineer, and work in the field of heavy construction. I have helped build iron framed structures, so am very familiar with what is involved with the integrity of the buildings. I have 20 years experience in the industry.
Heat rises, so why would the buildings' integrity have been compromised below the points of impact and below the fire? This does not compute... As Spock would say, that is not logical. I have watched Ironworkers cut big iron with oxygen/acetylene torches and know that a fire from jet fuel could in no way cause buildings to collapse the way the Twin Towers did on 9/1/11. Not to mention all of the rebar in the concrete floors and the conduit that held all of the electrical wiring... both of with would have caused major resistance in a natural fire. These buildings disintegrated into dust... they did not collapse. They fell in the path of greatest resistance... not possible without the help of explosives. The iron is BIG IRON... as I have heard it called by Union Ironworkers...

Even comparing it to the recent Surfside, FL apartment collapse where the floor layers ended up resting resting successively upon each other, one can see it was not a normal collapse. The non-symmetric damage would not result in a symmetric failure.

The Empire State Building did not fall to the ground when it was hit by a huge propeller driven aircraft. WTC 1 & 2 should not have fallen either. Something helped those buildings collapse on themselves, something other than those jet aircraft.

They were oxygen starved as evidenced by the black smoke. If you dig deeper into the NIST reports they confirm that steel temperatures were low. I presented for continuing education credits at the NFPA World Safety Conference in Boston, MA 6/4/2007 My presentation showed that all three WTC collapses have no resemblance to any previous high rise fire, full scale fire tests in the UK involving much higher steel temperatures, or computer simulations using finite element analysis.

The towers were fully and completely intact from the ground foundations all the way up to the floor below impact. Therefore, even if some gigantic machine had picked up the entire building ABOVE that floor and dropped it down onto the building below, it would NOT have collapsed. That would be physically impossible. It would have damaged it a bunch, yes...and pieces would have broken away and fallen to the sides. The top part might have fallen off to the side, etc. BUT, the building simply would NOT collapse. Building 7 OBVIOUSLY had it's foundational supports at the bottom center blown out, causing the building to collapse within itself. This was clearly a demolition, as stated by the superindtendent when he said It was decided to PULL the building and a news crew reported the building collapse PRIOR to it collapsing!! So, someone told someone it was gonna be pulled prior to it coming down, so that maybe nobody would get hurt.

This changed in early-2012 when I was part of the electrical engineering team working towards approval from Con-Edison for energization of the new WTC2. As I watched the progress being made on the new WTC complex, I felt that I needed to go back and better understand what had really happened on 9/11. The one common thread that connects all the mainstream information that is given out for mass consumption, is that there is an agenda behind it all.
The so called gravitational collapse of the trade center buildings would not result in the spontaneous pulverization of the building materials and the individuals trapped inside. Thick black smoke pouring out of towers one and two, is irrefutable evidence of oxygen starved fires - consequently , how can you have molten metal flowing beneath the rubble pile and extreme heat for weeks afterward.

From the moment I saw the plane 'melt' into the tower, I felt as if I was watching a bad cartoon lampoon where the character runs through solid rock leaving an unbroken outline. No break up of the plane, no flying debris, engines, and even the fragile wing tips melted into the steel facade like butter, leaving a perfect negative impression! The whole crazy incident was surreal in so many ways! How could it have ever even happen? TWICE? No USAF defense in the skies? Nothing? Then all the other anomalies too numerous to mention going on elsewhere, in the most secure airspace in DC...another plane flies into the Pentagon? Oh brother! I was so torn...is this more sad, scary or hilariously pathetic? And this was before all the other unbelievable inconsistencies, too numerous to mention! But those towers blowing into powder and falling into tidy little piles, no bodies, no office debris, just DUST, was too much to bear. (But they found intact 'terrorist' ID's!) I am shocked and scared to see the evidence that has unfolded in front of me. My thoughts that day of the buildings collapsing were that terrorists had somehow managed to also get inside the building and had planted bombs. That they came down like controlled explosions that happen here in Las Vegas when they demolish old buildings. But then the media convinced me that it was the planes. I didn't give it another thought for many years until a neighbor showed me some videos on the internet. I am an aircraft maintenance technician with a major airline in the United States. I understand the technical abilities required to pilot Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft and I do not believe that the accused hijackers of 9-11 were capable of the outstanding feats of piloting we are expected to believe. I am a landscape gardener from London UK. I watched Fahrenheit 911 about three years ago and then went on to watch youtube videos on 911. It did not take long to realise that the media/government version/official narrative was a fiction.

I remember looking forward to the first television broadcast of a building demolition in the 1970's. My best friend and I were so enthusiastic with expectation for a couple of weeks prior. A couple of years later my friend told me they built the towers with the demolition charges already in place. I wrote him off on that statement, but now, I'm not sure. It's irrelevant, really. The towers and 7 are down. I was appalled watching the towers come down in their footprint. My first thought and any research I have done hasn't changed my opinion about it being a demolition IE footprint, liquid metal, beams cut on angles, thermite & nano thermite, unexplained explosions, eye witness accounts, building 7 heaving, then dropping, etc.
