PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The events of 9/11 need to be independently investigated. When objectively looking at the evidence of the initial impact of the planes crashing and the aftermath, the use of explosives seems very plausible. For structures of that magnitude to fall as rapidly as they did, a significantly bigger object would have to strike it much lower without the presence of extreme fire throughout the structure.

The law of equal and opposite reaction made the top floors, which fell onto the lower building, be destroyed after only a small descent thereby making it impossible to say that the top floors' weight kept pushing the rest of the building down. Also, in the videos you can see many huge upwardly explosions blowing massive pieces of structure upwards into the air. Also, on the plane hitting the second tower you can see a pod on the bottom of the plane for remote control. Also, the planes were traveling far faster then is possible for the standard airliner.

I am 72 years old in March 2017. While others were starting to work towards their targets of 'A' levels, at sixteen I started my indentured apprenticeship in mechanical engineering. In 1966 I qualified as a toolmaker at the Royal Ordnance Factory, Blackburn, Lancashire, with a Technicians 2 certificate. Toolmakers are precision engineers who need to know the best way to approach an engineering task, what is practical and what is not. I had years of post-apprenticeship toolmaking experience (14 to be precise). Then I went to university to study International Relations (B.Soc.Sc. International Studies plus honours). My dissertation was called 'Individual Inventors, Less Developed Countries and the World Patent System'. Part of my research involved writing to 100 individual inventors to evaluate what problems they faced in getting their inventions to market, The results were published in a magazine called The Inventor. Then I left shop-floor engineering to concentrate on further education. After my first degree I became a technical author and spent ten years writing high-tech computer manuals for a company eventually taken over by AT&T. This involved extracting state of the art information from those who had it and passing it on (hopefully) to end-users in an easy to absorb way. The end users ranged from novices to corporate executives. I have gone into some detail here because I feel it is unfair on those of us without an engineering or science degree not to be classed as engineers when we have served engineering apprenticeships. A first degree is only three years, but when I served my apprenticeship it was a five year indentureship. I am convinced, I do not just suspect, that the twin towers were demolished because otherwise Sir Isaac Newton's laws of motion no longer hold true. My second degree (MLitt), which I did part-time while working full-time was on the English papermaker and novelist: Robert Bage (d. 1801).
The twin towers and building 7 were brought down, I am convinced, or they could not have fallen as they did. How they were brought down I do not know precisely. If the structure, below where the planes were said to have entered the buildings, were sound they would never have fallen at almost freefall. It defies Newton's Third Law. The analogy I have been using to try and convince those who believe the NIST story is based on practical science as you might expect from a practical engineer. Newton's cradle is sold as an executive toy. http://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-9319529-stock-footage-newton-s-cradle-over-white-background-with-sound-desk-toy-pendulum-being-activated.html - - The end ball-bearing hits the next and all the conservation of momentum energy is transferred through the others so that the ball bearing at the other end, because there is no resistance, takes the impact and swings up before swinging back and repeating the process. Eventually other factors (including the coefficient of friction) slow the process. Now, if a metal plate was placed on the frame at either end, and the ball bearing at the opposite end to the plate was released, there would be resistance (as there would have been in the twin towers). They were so strong, with a very strong base. To have come down in almost freefall is scientifically impossible, or I am not an engineer.

A well-planned placement of explosive charges well in advance. Timed in a way that they would explode in a synchronized fashion one floor at a time, from top to bottom. That is why many people in the building and outside said they heard the explosions on different floors as they were trying to escape. How about building #7 the same one that was not hit by any UFO's, but before the building came down some rescue workers with radio's heard what was described as a countdown. Exactly like one that comes before an explosion. There are many more incidents that were obvious, and so much more questions that need to be answered.

I clearly remember thinking, as the second tower went down, 'how (miraculously) convenient' that they both collapsed into their respective footprints. 3000 dead from the terrorist attacks and the thousands of dead people of the following wars are entitled to justice. The official theory of the 11th of September must become seriously questioned. For anyone not suffering from cognitive dissonance the events of 9/11 are very obviously not what NIST & the government have proposed as fact. Building 7 particularly is a complete fiasco in regard to their summations. NIST itself has shown blatant criminality in not conducting even a mediocre investigation into what happened that day. Despite the fact that live broadcasts on the day show witnesses, police & firemen all talking about experiencing multiple explosions coming from the basements of the buildings. For NIST & its investigators/employees to declare that they didn't bother investigating for the presence of explosives, despite the numerous telecasts of so many professional witnesses AND despite this being Standard Operating Procedure for such an event, is at the least a case of criminal negligence on their part, or, as I believe, a deliberate lie & cover-up which then begs the question WHY ??? Unless the government had some kind of hand in the events of the day. There are too many coincidences, laughable & ridiculous proposals of coincidences, were it not for the tragedy of what occurred. The government & military advisers & officials were quite prepared to sacrifice US citizens lives to further their political agendas with Operation Northwoods, Pearl Harbor & Gulf of Tonkin and have continued to do so with Iraq, Libya, Syria and a multitude of other proxy wars . . . all of which take our sons, daughters and father's lives as well as a much higher toll on the lives of the people living in those nations.

I question how a passport stayed intact after going through a building and a fireball landing in the FBI's lap. I question how a pilot who couldn't handle a single engine Cessna handled a 747 the way he did to strike the exact area of the pentagon where DOD staffers were working on 2.3 trillion dollars that had been stated to have gone missing the day before. I question how the only time in history a skyscraper fell into its own footprint at free-fall from small office fires with no plane hitting it. I question why our government was having a hijacked aircraft simulation at the exact time 9/11 occurred. I question why the 9/11 commission was delayed, underfunded, set up to fail, a conflict of interest and a cover up from start to finish. I question why there are no Arab names on the flight manifest from the hijacked aircraft. I question why there were huge amounts of insider trading going on the day before 9/11. There are a lot more questions I have as well.

Although I am not a architect or engineer, after careful examination of the facts, I feel further investigation is required to ascertain the cause of the destruction of the twin towers, building 7 and the Pentagon. In my humble opinion, in light of my investigation, I can not believe the official story provided by the government/media that two airliners caused three buildings to collapse at or near free-fall speed. The 'official story' is not factually accurate.

My education does not run deep, however a few people have said I probably have a high IQ. I grew up racing professional motocross/Supercross and just have general life experience/street smarts. And I have an abundance of common sense to see what you have presented is the absolute 100% truth. When this event first happened I said wow and went about living. It was not until 2006 that a friend handed me a DVD from A&E. The one thing I took away from it was that this was not a presentation of fly-by-night kooks. Again, I looked at these things in 2010 and became convinced the things being said are valid. But, it was not until the summer of 2015 that my conviction was that there is no doubt explosives were used. Being 100% non-biased, I wanted to look at what the other side said so finally in 2016, on 9/11, somebody made a post on Facebook that said 'never forget'. I did not even know it was 9/11. It was then I took five solid days and studied everything I possibly could about how these Towers collapsed. I have never been known to believe crazy 'conspiracy theories', and there was no way I was going to start proclaiming this unless I was 110% certain. Today I am beyond certain and have an absolute passion revealing this truth to others! I don't like the fact there are just over 21,000 signatures from the General Public. This needs to change!

The 9/11 event took the world by surprise. I was insulating my attic when my wife shouted to me that a plane hit the World Trade Center. To my shock I watched the second plane hit. How could these steel structured buildings so quickly disintegrate and fall so neatly into their own imprint at near free fall speed? It broke all the laws of nature and we are told to believe that Building 7, which was never hit by a plane, fell due to fire? We are told to believe this when all the evidence of the steel was so quickly taken away to China to be melted? Both the 9/11 victims and people of the world deserve a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives. There is sufficient doubt.

Although I am no expert, I have done plenty of research on this topic. I have also completed 2 years at university in the field of mechanical engineering and in my years after school doing my own research I have a more thorough understanding of physics, materials and construction than the majority of the general public.
There isn't anything about this day that makes sense. The collapse of WTC 7 is one. The molten metal pouring out of Tower of WTC2 is another. And Lloyd England's near confession on tape seems like this warrants a peer reviewed investigation.
