On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have also developed test procedures, monitored product testing and written numerous test reports including detailed analysis of product reliability issues and failures. Additionally I have prepared design specifications and managed component development projects from concept to production. Though now semi-retired, I work part time as a licensed residential home inspector in the state of North Carolina.
The available video, audio and eye witness evidence abundantly demonstrates that the three primary WTC skyscrapers which collapsed on September 11, 2001, could not have fallen as a result of either aircraft impact or due to the relatively low temperatures generated by hydrocarbon fuel and/or office furniture fires. The free fall nature of these collapses coupled with the very high heat indicated by molten metal observed falling from the buildings and at ground zero is indicative of mechanisms using very high temperature incendiary devices. These must have been carefully pre-installed and then sequentially detonated in order to sever primary structure within these buildings thus enabling precipitous and uniform collapse. Numerous other evidence supports this theory including eye-witness accounts of explosions occurring immediately prior to and during these collapses, the complete and total pulverization of tons of steel, concrete, office furniture and human bodies which occurred during this event and the completely burned out hulks of automobiles and other vehicles parked near these buildings at ground zero. Such sequential explosions, elevated temperatures and total destruction could not be the result of building collapses initiated by impact and very localized fire and then completed by the force of gravity alone. Further the collapse of these three buildings visually models precisely the speed and uniform collapse of steel-framed high rise buildings intentionally destroyed by controlled demolition.

I was formally trained by the government in aerospace technology: airframe structures, hydraulic and pneumatic power systems and the materials and methods for repairing and replenishing these systems. I was also trained and refreshed annually in aircraft firefighting. I was involved in aircraft accident recovery efforts and reconstruction. I worked as an aircraft corrosion specialist dealing with composition and subsequent treatment of metal alloys and their deterioration properties. This included metals subjected to many different stresses such as heat, vibration, acids, salts, biological attacks, and deterioration due to improper alloying.
Based on my past experience with aircraft fuel fires and their documented effect on metal structures, I simply cannot accept the official version of what happened to the three buildings that fell on 9/11. Given the temperature at which jet fuel burns, and the quantity involved in this particular incident, I believe it is patently impossible for it to heat a steel structure of the kind found in WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7 to the point of catastrophic, free-fall collapse such as was exhibited by all three of these buildings on that day. I have personally witnessed mild-steel structures subjected to repeated applications of burning jet fuel over the course of days and weeks with no significant damage resulting to these much weaker structures. There is simply no logical reason to accept the NIST evaluation of the fuel fires on 9/11.

Even before I saw the AE911Truth videos, I believed that WTC 1, 2, and 7 did not collapse as a result of fire, or being struck by airliners. I agreed with Dan Rather, when he said that it looked like a controlled demolition, since I'd seen videos of buildings that were brought down with that method. AE911Truth has convinced me this is the case. We need a timely investigation because there are still many individuals who know exactly what happened and how. We need to question them under oath as soon as possible, or we will lose the opportunity.

To set this up requires days, months, perhaps years to prepare for, to set the explosives and so forth. This was a controlled demolition. Airplanes couldn't have taken these buildings down. You expect me to believe that at 5:20 PM long after the two towers came down in the morning of that same day by controlled demolition that another building (7) came down by the same method? There is no way by the laws of physics that it occurred the way we have been told. The truth about this issue has been totally ignored and has barely even gotten out. We cannot proceed with the facts of any ""news"" until we go back and get the truth out about this matter. Thanks."

I am an architect who retired in 2010 from the State of California Department of Transportation, Division of Engineering Services, after having worked a combined 29 years in Transportation Architecture and Project Management. Buildings I designed include numerous maintenance stations, an equipment shop, roadside rest areas, a tunnel ventilation building, and light rail transit stations. Many of these buildings were steel frame, all were in California. Before coming to Caltrans, I worked for Liske, Lionakis, Beaumont, & Engberg Architects and Engineers, where I designed the Pacific Telephone Administrative Complex in Rohnert Park, CA, which is also a steel frame building.

It was 47 stories high (571 feet), steel frame, more than 300 feet from the nearest tower (WTC 1), was not hit by an airplane, had no significant fire, and yet it too was completely destroyed coming straight down, symmetrically, at freefall speed as if by controlled demolition. - - ' What materials in the WTC provided the fuel to generate enough heat (2,500 degrees F) to create the pools of molten steel reported by firefighters and cleanup crews, when jet fuel has an open air burning temperature of 600 degrees F and a maximum burning temperature of 1,800 degrees F? - - ' Why did the US Government spend only $600,000 to investigate the collapse of all three WTC skyscrapers, when it spent $40 million to investigate Clinton's sex life?

I was at home painting my house on the day of the event. When the first plane struck I could called an architect friend and got him watching the disaster. After the second plane hit and time passed I mentioned the limit of fireproofing on the steel and reasoned that it may be possible for the tops to lean over. It was also clear to me that no plane hit the Pentagon and no plane went down in Shanksville. The obvious is denied. There can be only one truth and lies are many. That is why we, as humanity, must invest all our mental and material resources to find the one and only historical truth, and redeem the past for the benefit of our future generations. This is not to be constricted to 9/11 only, but we must dig deep into official history and reconstruct it to a truthful history of our civilization. Only then can we admit mistakes and take a lesson to never repeat them again. We owe that with our lives and everything we have to the generations to come. The people involved into worldwide criminal acts must understand the eventual implication behind their names in future historical literature. Ones that have aided them but were not as heavily involved have a chance to become heroes of global history. To be remembered forever. For our elected officials to ignore, downplay or reject the physical evidence and not take action is a slap in the face to the citizens they took and oath to represent.

It is clear beyond any intelligent doubt that Building 7 was pulled. I am confident an objective investigation will also prove the two Towers were pulled. It was a crime beyond anything I was capable of accepting at first and I had to lose innocence to do so. I would very much like to see those responsible be brought to justice and for the world to wake up to what happened.

It is difficult to continue to live in a world in which the '9/11 Commission Report' is treated as indisputable fact. Simply a cursory look at the footage of the WTC buildings falling should raise suspicion towards the official story. I am confident that a jury presented with the evidence would find, beyond a reasonable doubt, that WTC 1, 2, and 7 were brought down with explosives.
