PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Watching the symmetry in which all three three towers collapsed directly into their individual footprint was both momentarily hypnotic and totally unbelievable. During the myriad of replays I viewed, before and during each tower collapse, I saw and heard different events taking place that fully convinced me other forces were at play bringing these buildings down. To name a few: 1) explosions coupled with smoke appearing at the base of the towers moments before the collapse. 2) squibs appearing to shoot out from various floors far below the initial damage area. 3) the manner in which the dust and smoke seemed to be expelled up and out from the building like an explosion as it descended. What also disturbed me was the area was totally void of being treated like a crime scene by police and government officials. Structural material was readily hauled away and shipped to foreign lands without any scientific or engineering analysis being performed. Having spent over 23 years in the military I knew in my gut with the speed at which critical evidence was disappearing and flat out lies being told by government agents, i.e. Like the aircraft black boxes found by fireman and taken by FBI agents, then making statements they weren't found. Mohammad Atta's wallet found in pristine condition a couple blocks away. Well gentleman, I smell the same rat I smelled at various times during my military career. Thats my story and I'm stickin' to it until the truth is known and all involved held fully accountable, regardless of how far up the chain this trail leads us. In the case of Building 7, there is no apparent cause for collapse. Controlled demolition using thermite appears to be a much more likely explanation for the collapse of the WTC buildings.

From the way the Towers fell and the tons of debris, steel beams of several tons, that were ejected hundreds of feet laterally, it seems pretty obvious that there had to be explosives present. This also goes for the way the cooler - normal office temperatures - lower floors were destroyed the same way as the upper ones. You had cool - 20 degree Celsius - steel beams down there, that could not possibly just disappear in near-free fall speed. Falling objects can either gain velocity from gravity acceleration or crush objects in their path - they cannot do both at the same time.

When an expert implodes any building to its footprint it is a result of years of experience and several months of preparation. In 9/11 the planes caused irregular damages to both buildings. It is not reasonable to believe that it caused the whole structure to collapse at the same time and with such symmetry. It is even more difficult to believe that that happened not once that day, but three times - one of them even without the impact of a plane.

I have been questioning the official story almost since 9/11 took place. No modern steel building has ever collapsed in that fashion before (due to fire), and it does not make sense that they should. The official story is so obviously full of holes, that it requires a massive amount of ignoring the evidence to even come close to convincing yourself that it is true.

I accepted the government's conspiracy story as given out by the main stream media and did not give much, if any, thought to it until a neighbor on March 1, 2006 brought me a story from the Desert Morning News in SLC, Utah. It was dated 1-28-06. I contacted the journalist and asked if there were any other stories and she sent me two others. After reading them and finally thinking about it and based on my engineering education and experience, I realized that we have been lied to and that there was a coverup. For instance if the floors pancaked and fell one on the other from the fires, which could not possibly melt and cut the steel, the 47 massive columns over a quarter mile high would still be standing! There was no forensic investigation and the steel fell in lengths that could be loaded and trucked to the west coast and shipped to Asia. Also the R9/11 Commission report did not mention the 47 story WTC 7, which fell the afternoon that the two towers fell in the morning! A sure sign of a false report. My opinion is that the 3 WTC buildings fell as a result of planted cutting charges - an inside job. Regarding the Pentagon, I believe from the size of the hole in the ext. wall and lack of airplane debris, that it must have been a missile. As for the 4th plane that supposedly crashed near Shanksville, PA, there was only a smoking hole in the ground and all the debris was scattered over a very wide area so it must have been shot down.

I will never forget seeing the attacks on the WTC over the internet and later on the UK news. When I saw the film of the towers collapsing I had heard people were saying the buildings had also been bombed, and I believed it. I could not believe that such modern high-rise buildings could fail so catastrophically.
