On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Why are the laws suspended on 9/11 when the WTC towers fell according to the official report signed off by the Department Head of Materials Science at Harvard? If you believe this report, then why are we still allowing people to live and work in skyscrapers constructed with steel and codes prior to 9/11 when the law of physics apparently changed to please the Empire? I would think more engineers would protest this official story as it affects the credibility of their degrees and professional code of ethics.

I am a claims officer and I deal with predominantly personal injury claims. I understand how claims are made as well as having family members who have worked as claims loss adjusters on behalf of insurance companies in the building claims sector here in the UK.
After reviewing countless pieces of evidence and reading the official 9/11 Commission Report, I am not convinced that the Twin Towers and WTC 7 were brought down by jet planes and office fires. There needs to be a full inquiry as to how these buildings collapsed at near free fall speed, even at the risk of finding out that the official version is incorrect and the repercussions which it may entail. I have some experience on building and maintaining a steel structure because I worked on the viaduct of Millau for over three years. After viewing documentaries on internet and comparing the official version with facts, I started having doubts. I don't know much about material behaviors due to explosions and fire, but it is no big deal to understand what is true. A building with steel frame does not fall down because of fire. A building does not fall straight unless it is due to demolition, and does not fall at that speed. And where are the pancakes. How metal melted, and concrete turned to dust? And here are only few doubts I have on how the buildings fell. So many questions, so few true official answers.

In my professional opinion it is impossible that Building #7 collapsed in such an orderly and neat fashion without a controlled demolition. Such relatively small fires on just a couple of floors never in the past have lead to the collapse of a high rise building of this construction type. The official explanations of the 'one column failure' would lead maybe to a partial collapse or at least to a very different collapse pattern. Also we have to question, why was the collapse of Building #7 not part of the official report? If the twin towers collapsed in a sandwich fashion as per the official report, the stair / elevator cores should have been sticking out maybe even many hundreds of feet up into the air. They should have been left standing at least partially, or if the the foundations were damaged at the impact of the falling tower floors, they may have toppled over as a whole or in large sections, taking out surrounding buildings. I find it further suspicious that such enormous amounts of dust were trailing parts falling from the twin towers. Also the strangely burned cars found on the other side of Manhattan Island demand investigation and better explanations. Where are the engines of the aircraft? They are built in a way that at least major parts of them cannot burn up in the heat generated by a fuel fire. Why can one see something which looks clearly like molten glowing iron on many images and video clips? It is my understanding that many firefighters and maintenance staff heard explosions but were not asked to testify for the official report. I further understand that there were witnesses seeing white trucks pulling up in front of the twin towers and staff with equipment entering the building in the late night / early morning hours every night for about 3 weeks prior to the 911 events. I understand these witnesses were not heard. There are many other items which in my opinion need explanation and further investigation, but it will take too long to list all of those herein. I am not a US citizen, but I have many cousins and their families living there. This event impacted all our lives and all our countries. My home country Germany is in the light of the unfolding refugee crisis particularly impacted by the long term results of the US politics triggered by the 911 events. Therefore all citizens of this planet have a right to demand a better explanation and to see a new and much more thorough investigation into the events.

Like most people on 9/11 I was caught up in the events of the day never giving any thought to the way in which things were unfolding. Several years later I watched the movie Loose Change thinking it was just a documentary about 9/11 I had always scoffed at people who said that 9/11 was an inside job. The most telling explanation of all is that no steel high rise has EVER fallen due to fire in the history of the science of multi-story steel structure design. But the 'smoking gun' in my estimation is the total demolition of Building 7, which was touched by no destructive debris from Towers one or two. The video of the reporter giving news of the imminent collapse of World Trade Seven ON LIVE BBC NEWS, is clearly the most damning visual evidence of this fact of all, along with the hundreds of details supplied by NYC first responders, victims, and your important and sorely needed investigation into this critical area.

I've worked heavy construction from hospitals to high rise structures.
Definitely appears to be a controlled demolition. Aluminum skinned, aluminum wings cannot cut through structural I beam columns. At least the final third of each plane should have never entered the buildings and should have fallen to the ground. The jet fuel in the wings in majority should have run down the face of the building. These aircraft do not have jet engines that would supply enough thrust to get them going 550-600 mph at less than 1000 feet of elevation.

I remember exactly where I was when this happened - and when I watched it.....I readily asked myself - how could two buildings like this ( I mean 3 buildings ) come down on their own footprint without this being a very, very precisely controlled demolition ???.....

I left school at 15 and drifted into a number of different jobs I suppose looking for something that interested me and also paid well. I got a job in a paper mill in the laboratory testing lots of different kinds of paper and card etc. I enjoyed that job because it meant I had to go to college to gain my qualifications which sort of slightly promoted me and gave me extra more technical jobs I could carry out alone. I got sick of the shift system so I left and got a job in the building industry, which I loved. I rose through the ranks and eventually broke out on my own. I was lucky enough to secure quite a few good contracts installing cable for Nynex in Warrington and the North West of England. When that finished I was offered some good positions with larger companies still in the industry. I realised that I needed to get some kind of management qualifications to be able to fit in, so I went back to school and studied for a Construction Managers qualification which I was successful in. I worked on various jobs up and down the UK and was enjoying the job, during my time visiting lots of sites I began to be alarmed at some of the work practices and shortcuts the operatives made, which sometimes ended in injury. When I questioned the men about the apparent disregard of any safety systems I was told they had to use what they had which was really unsuitable and dangerous, When I brought it up in a managers meeting I got a roasting off a Director who said Health and Safety was bullshit and would cost the company a fortune to implement. I was disgusted so off I went back to college to study Health Safety and Environmental Issues. First I got a NEBOSH qualification which was recognised throughout the industry as the main qualification to have, I then carried on to achieve the Holy Grail of the HSE world the NEBOSH Diploma I then switched sides and became an ardent supporter and enforcer of safety systems to make the lads doing sometimes very dangerous jobs confident of going home in one piece and as protected from the job and conditions as possible. The accident rates began to tumble there was less time off work so production went through the roof, and the lads were happier coming to work I began lots of regimes which emphasised the need to make sure their vans and equipment was tested and ticketed so if anything failed it could be traced back and investigated. I then set bout the lads appearance considering they represented the company, they looked like gypsies or worse so I submitted a plan to kit them out in company colours in pants boots jumpers or sweatshirts and the only dissenting voice was our demoted ex director who was told to keep his draconian views to himself. I had to retire prematurely through I'll health I miss the job so much if possible I would go back tomorrow, alas I can't I like to think I made our industry a safer place to work through introducing safety systems to benefit all.
It is as plain as the nose on your face that this was a conspiracy of many. Little is said about how the charges were laid against the columns to bring them down so precisely. It was a masterful job, only a few operators have the skills to carry out such a demolition so why aren't we rounding up those companies and finding out where their operatives where 6 months prior the event. If it was a foreign contractor it still wouldn't be very difficult to track their movements. I haven't heard of any such investigations.
