On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After receiving his Bachelor of Architecture Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, Alan worked for a number of private architectural firms in the Los Angeles area before moving to Washington, DC, to serve as a hospital architect for the U.S. Public Health Service. I have twenty years of experience and a solid working knowledge of construction processes and of the materials utilized in most every aspect of construction. My field experience is extensive; it ranges across every aspect of transportation projects such as airports, rail lines, ferry terminals and transit centers, underground utilities and both sanitary and storm water conveyance systems to hazardous waste containment structures, earthen dams and dikes, and concrete dams. And I have extensive experience inspecting and testing all manner of construction related materials.
From the moment I saw the towers collapse on September 11th 2001 I knew something was amiss. Firstly, since there is no horizontal component to gravity, I felt that some unseen force was responsible for driving large sections of the external box columns horizontally outward to land well beyond the expected limits of debris pile spawned by gravity driven collapse. My second observation was the pulverization of the lightweight concrete. Because it takes hundreds of thousands of pounds of pressure per square inch to shatter 6-inch x 12-inch concrete tests cylinders but never is more than a tiny percentage of the concrete (less than 1%) pulverized. I recognized there was most certainly a great deal of available energy within those collapses to crush the concrete, I did not note a slowing in the collapse as the gravitational kinetic energy was sapped away from the falling section. The observation from the morning was that while fire was visible in sections of the towers it was noticeably absent elsewhere. Speaking specifically of the north tower now, I found it incredibly odd that all of the external columns and (apparently) all of the core columns failed simultaneously on the same floor. This seemed odd because the steel frame should have provided multiple alternative load paths so portions of the building should have held fast while other sagged. A simultaneous global collapse could never have occurred due to unilateral damage from the impact, or from uneven heating of the columns. Call my observations that day hunches or whatever. From the minute I saw the collapses I have doubted the official story. From the efforts and offering of A&E for 9/11 Truth I have learned that my hunches were spot-on; I have learned much beyond those hunches as well through the work of your steering committee and from all the experts who have added to your work. And I thank all of you for your efforts and your time. One last thing. In 2007 I learned that a woman I loved dearly was killed in the North Tower that September 2001 morning as she sat at her desk in the offices of Marsh USA. My understanding is that her desk was at ground zero of Ground Zero, meaning she died instantly. I hope and pray this is the case. Denise Crant, may God hold your soul close to his heart. I seem to recall seeing a BBC television reporter announcing that building number 7 'had just collapsed' whule it was still visible, over her shoulder, through the window behind her. Seconds later, it DID collapse.Someone (?) must have told her to 'report' this event, before it happened.- so somebody knew it was going to happen. There are many things that seemed unreal to me logically when I viewed the original scene. I was confused about what was being presented to the public. The fact that an airplane or a bomb could cause any building to collapse on itself just didn't make sense to me. I know that engineering specifications would definitely compensate for earthquakes or other acts of nature during the building process. When I came across others who had similar opinions, it led to other scientific based explanations which explained how a building could collapse like that (in its own footprint). - - There is no doubt in my mind that the explanations given just do not fit the scene and needs to be further investigated. I completely support the architects and engineers working on this project for continued research.

In addition to the issues raised by Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth about the demolition of WTC #7, there is a large amount of evidence about the actual people involved in the plot. For instance, the report of Sergeant Marty Treanor and others in Sarasota, Florida, that Jeb Bush removed all the files on the 9/11 hijackers from Huffman Aviation, where the hijackers had trained; a redacted FBI report of Israeli operatives who were arrested on suspicion of being involved in the 9/11 plot, and were released without explanation; Alvin Krongard's profit from short-selling the stock of the specific airlines involved in 9/11 in the weeks prior; the extensive ties of the Bush family to the Bin Laden family, to the extent that George H. W. Bush was at an investor conference with Shafiq Bin Laden on 9/11; only Saudi nationals, who were not properly investigated for connections to the plot, were allowed to fly in the immediate days after 9/11, and they flew to leave the United States; numerous other facts.

Although our country has long endured difficulties stemming from racism, classism, poverty, homelessness, government corruption, etc., we were making progress; slow and uneven, but progress nonetheless, on many of our social problems over the years. The events of 9/11 were an abrupt turning point for America. I believe 9/11 was the matrix of our present 'war within'. Even the civil unrest of the 60's and 70's did not obliterate hope for our future. The destruction of the WTC led directly to the Patriot Act, as unAmerican and hopeless a piece of legislation as one can imagine in modern times. The passage of the Patriot Act would have been unimaginable under any other conditions. We have been on a permanent war footing since then, declaring terrorism as a war of a new and different sort. One that can never be won and thus, one that can curtail our civil liberties indefinitely with no further justification required. We are involved in endless wars across the globe. Our various differences as American citizens have been exaggerated to the point of open hostility which constantly threatens to break out into mass violence, and mass shootings are now commonplace. We are a house divided and we may well be brought down by foreign enemies without their ever having fired a single shot. We ourselves are undoing our Democracy. None of this would have been possible without an event of the magnitude and horror of 9/11. If our government was in any way complicit in the attacks, we the people of the United States need to know. And we need to know before we fall prey to a totalitarian government, parroting the ideals of Democracy while tearing down the best of American institutions and destroying our society entirely.

From day 1 (9/11/01), as I watched those buildings come down in an obviously controlled and calculated fashion, I was suspicious. Then when WTC 7 collapsed in the same manner later that afternoon without any suggestion that a plane had flown into it caused red flags to go off in my brain until I was dizzy. Now for 18 years I have been studying everything I can get my hands on about 9/11 and am convinced that the 9/11 Commission's report is the biggest, yet worst, attempt to cover up the greatest conspiracy ever foisted upon the world!
