On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I'm a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience. I'm currently licensed in three states: Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. My education and experience relate to the properties of materials used in building port, harbor, and bridge infrastructure. As a licensed civil engineer I have been trained and tested in competency related to civil engineering including structural design and the behavior of building materials. My formal education in engineering and related fields was at the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, and the University of Alaska at Fairbanks. I was trained in arctic engineering in Alaska, where I worked on the Alaska pipeline project for Bechtel. My job included monitoring controlled demolition work to create a cut at the summit of the Brooks Range, in preparation for road and pipeline construction.
Like others who have commented I also have a huge question about how WTC building 7 came down later in the afternoon of September 11th. By visual observation, all three buildings exhibited free fall characteristics very similar to characteristics of a controlled demolition. Reviewing literature that described the structural members I have serious doubts regarding the free fall collapse of the interior columns of WTC 1 and 2 buildings over a distance of close to 100 floors as a result of a limited amount of jet fuel. It seems more likely that the majority of fuel burned quickly near the point of impact, consistent with other aircraft crashes. The huge fireball and black smoke observed shortly after the impact suggests the majority of fuel burned quickly and the fire became oxygen depleted. There was likely not enough fuel reaching the lower floors to cause a complete collapse of either building. There were reports of nanothermite in the dust, of molten steel in the basement, and of local fires burning for a week or more after the event. There were reports of multiple and sequential explosions. Some explosions were even reported prior to the impact of the aircraft. These facts all raise more questions about how the buildings may have actually been brought down.

I graduated from Clarkson University in 1998. I focussed my attention on structures, optimization, and renewable energy. I took a graduate level course in Finite Element Analysis and that gives me some background to critically review the NIST studies on the WTC collapses.
Upon seeing the video of the WTC 7 collapse, I could see immediately that this was a classic case of controlled demolition. Clearly the core columns were cut first -- as shown by the center of the roof beginning collapse before the rest of the building -- and then the rest comes down at free-fall. Classic and unmistakable. If the WTC 7 was demolished, why not WTC 1 & 2? If there were any demolitions, then clearly 9/11 was an inside job. Period. We must find out who did this crime before they strike again in America -- perhaps with an even greater crime.

I truly believe that the buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. You do not have to be an expert to see how perfect they fell. Long ago, an airplane hit the Empire State Building and it never came down. The World Trade Center and Building 7 were designed to withstand such an attack.

There are so many glaring coincidences in the timeline leading up to and following the attacks. And there is so much evidence that contradicts the government's official conspiracy theory about the 9/11 attacks. A full investigation with complete transparency needs to be undertaken - not a Warren-Commission style whitewash. Not another 9/11 'Untruth Commission'. Even the government's senior counsel, John Farmer, who advised the 'Truth Commission,' said the government's story was inaccurate and misleading. How can the report fail to mention WTC Building 7 falling straight down into its own footprint in the manner of a controlled demolition? How is it not suspicious that the BBC reported on Building 7 falling 20 minutes before it actually fell down (and into its own footprint no less)? How is it not suspicious that major government investigatory records were destroyed in Building 7, which was not hit by a plane and fell into its own footprint with its owner recorded live saying 'Pull it!' prior to the building falling?

The physical evidence presented is overwhelming and is among the strongest that could be made against the official story. A re-investigation can be warranted on this piece of evidence alone in my opinion. This is important not only to offer closure to the victims of this disaster, but it is crucial since the event in question started a chain of events which have had and continue to have global ramifications. The political repercussions such as the Patriot Act and Freedom Act significantly eroded civil liberties. The economic ramification was enormous with American military spending significantly surpassing the rest of the world, enriching warmongers and masters of destruction while budget allocations for education and healthcare are dwarfed by comparison. There was also a significant social ramification; the vilification of the Arab or Muslim. It is such a terrible thing to imagine that the horrors of 911 are experienced by other people on a daily basis and many of these bombs carry American flags however our patriotism tends to erode our empathy since patriotism carries with it a form of solipsism which makes your country better for no particular reason other than it is yours. Only sympathy could be felt for the victims of this atrocity yet One cannot help to see the cruel irony in that Americans were so disheveled when the two buildings collapsed the response of which resulted in military action and the destruction and bombing of hundreds of buildings, homes, and shops and schools and temples in other countries. If we are to ever receive justice for the victims of 911, those not only in New York, but those in Iraq and Iran and Afghanistan and Palestine and elsewhere; If we are to ever receive justice for being subjected to increased airport security, increased border patrol, perpetual video surveillance, online surveillance and the eventual monetization of data, then we must reject the rationale laid upon us, one which defies the laws of physics, gravity and thermodynamics. The justice for any and all of these things can only be found by an independent impartial re investigation, taking especially into account the physical absurdities originally offered If 911 can be proven to be a false flag operation its implications and indictments would be far reaching and it would force America to reevaluate her political, legal and moral systems.

The towers didn't fall because of planes hitting them an hour beforehand, and even if they did, then how about building 7, long after the other two fell? It didn't fall because of a fire in the building. There are massive fires in buildings all over Chicago and New York and buildings don't collapse because of that. It wasn't because of jet fuel that may have weakened a section of the building due to the heat. There were (1) bombs placed in the building, (2) thermite all the way down the building to be hot enough to take out the steel, or (3) both.

There is clear evidence that the three buildings destroyed in the 9/11 attack at the WTC had their structures affected by a significant amount of demolition explosives and thermite, to the extent that those buildings collapsed in a controlled demolition with a significant loss of human life. The official report is contradicted by more evidence than it relied upon.

I believe the American citizens and the world have been lied to by the U.S. Govt. and the media, concerning the collapse of the 3 World Trade buildings on Sept. 11, 2001. My engineering math background and experience as a General Contractor says it's not possible for those buildings to collapse at near free fall unless it was a controlled demolition.

I have a Bachelor of Science in geology. The majority of my career has been spent working on oil and gas exploration including seismic interpretation. I have an extreme passion for astrophysics and the laws that govern our universe. Geology has been a fantastic platform for me to make a decent living and use as a foundation to explore my hobby as an astronomer/cosmologist.
I believe the buildings were pulled but am not willing to designate blame at this time. I do believe the U.S. Federal Govt. was involved to some degree; similar to Pearl Harbor. At the very least, it was allowed to happen.
