PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The engineering school at the University of Toronto awards B.A.Sc. degrees and M.A.Sc. degrees. I received the first in 1957 and the second a few years later. I've worked in mining exploration for 40 years. Throughout my active career, I maintained a membership in one or another of the Provincial Engineering Associations. At age 65, I was made a Life Member of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.
In addition to the demolition of the towers, I'm most interested in the apparent non-airline attack on Pentagon. Overlaying the plan of the plane it becomes obvious that the starboard engine and wingtip would strike the wall at the same instant as the nosecone, yet there was no mark on the wall. The engine weighed 12 tons and was more likely than the nosecone to penetrate the outer wall. A diagram with the two superimposed might be the most conclusive to the general public.

I am not an Architect and not a member of your group, but I have been a member of ny9/11truth, ny9/11t-action and nyccan.org for the past 6 years. I have collected many signatures for the 9/11 Ballot Initiative here in NYC for a new independent investigation of 9/11. Unfortunately our hard work and determination were slighted when the 70 000 signatures were eliminated by the NY City Clerk, thus gagging the voices of 70 000 New Yorkers. I am German born but a naturalized US citizen, traveled all over the world as a PAA in flight purser, retired now, but not retired to do everything in my power to get the truth out about 9/11.
My initial response to the collapse of the towers and building 7 into their footprints was that no building would collapse in this fashion having been hit by a plane. Building 7 in particular was strange, as it was not struck by a plane, and the fires that one could see smoldering and not raging were not enough to bring the building down in such a fashion. For a while I was in denial, but then I heard Dr. David Ray Griffin speak here in NY at a 9/11truth meeting and he convinced me that not all of what our government had been telling us was true. After that I continued reading, especially the scientific data and became an active member in ny9/11truth.

There is a staggering amount of irrefutable factual information, that has been derived and collected by professional scientists and engineers, to establish that the collapse of these buildings was premeditated controlled demolition. It would be impossible to accomplish that degree of destruction, and the sequence of events, by the relatively mere impact of jet airplanes and the resulting fires fueled only by jet fuel, which could never soften or melt steel support structures. There is also an unprecedented array of events that indicate a carefully premeditated and executed sequence of events that belie the official conclusions of the original 9/11 commission. Why was there such a rush to remove and destroy physical evidence from the scene, to prevent a proper forensic investigation of such an unprecedented disaster?

What is the melting point of the steel used in the WTCs? What is the maximum burning temperature of the fuel fire that supposedly caused the buildings to fail? How did a fire weaken the structural integrity of 2 steel framed buildings enough to collapse them perfectly into their own footprints in such a controlled and dramatic fashion, especially in such a short period of time? How did a separate building that was not part of the incident catch fire and, after another short period of time, collapse perfectly into its own footprint in such a controlled and dramatic fashion? This is 6th grade physics. 10-15 stories of concrete and steel can not possibly plow its way through 80 stories of healthy steel and concrete. Even if somehow it did, it would not pulverize everything; concrete, people, office equipment, etc. Why did the fire at ground zero burn for 3 months at such high temperatures? The only explanation is thermite which can supply its own oxygen source and burn, even under water. Why was the iron illegally removed and sold to the Chinese before any inspection could be done? Because it would have shown the melting points and demolition cuts. Why did BBC news report the collapse of WTC 7, 20 minutes before it was ''pulled'', according to Larry Silverstein? How did the most protected air space in the country allow a plane to loop around the pentagon, fly along the ground at 100+mph past VMO and strike the only hardened wall with the fewest number of staff who were all working on the $2.3 trillion short fall in the defense department budget, which was never spoken of again? And all without a shot being fired by the secret service or defense batteries. Where are the videos of the Pentagon attack? How does a plane crash into the earth and then cover itself with dirt? Where are the pieces of flight 93? The FBI says 95% was recovered. How did flight data recorders and cockpit voice recorders disappear? And the ones that were recovered never made public. How were cell phone calls made at altitude? We need FOIA requests made. Why is it so difficult for the truth to come out?

My documented education is irrelevant in my quest for truth regarding this topic. It should not require a degree of any sort to realize that buildings like the Towers, or #7, do not collapse from random events in the manner all three buildings did that day. I watched the second impact and both buildings fall in a way that still, to this day stands out as suspect in my mind. I didn't even know of #7 till way later. Seeing how they all fell made me sick to my stomach. Now, years later, we still accept the garbage NIST forced down our collective throats. To raise even the simplest of questions gets one labelled as a ' truther,' tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist and discredited. As if simple logical questions means you've lost your grip on reality. I have several, and I believe all the people that were lost that day are owed our diligence as Americans to demand a real, in depth private investigation.
That day still stands out in my mind like a thorn. For the first time in world history, not just one building fell perfectly with little to no resistance from random events and fires, but three very well constructed buildings collapsed as if their entire core structural support columns weren't even there... Weird.. There are lots of questions that never got addressed and it's far past time to take the idea of a private investigation seriously. NIST absolute incompetence should forever be a reminder of government deficiencies and its inability to reach factual and scientifically based conclusions of such catastrophic events.

My whole world view changed quite radically and I became more or less a recording musician who was interested in producing bands and living on next to nothing. After about 10 years of experience this so called life style had left me dry and my friends help convince me to become involved in construction. Thankfully things really started to improve once I got out of my parents house and working every day. When September 11th 2001 came I was working with my friend and our bosses when the news came over the radio in realtime. I never really looked at the truth about Sept. 11th 2001 till I was recommended to watch ""Loose Change"" by a younger musician friend of mine. That movie made a major impact on my Spiritual side of life since I was already involved with studies related to the Bible and other personal issues. Eventually I've come to discover a very large history that has been suppressed by the current power hungry people that claim to have Dominion over the common people. It's a fantastic place to be finally appreciative of our true past and real suppressed history that I cannon and will not ignore. "The planned destruction of the World Trade Center Complex involved and Ecclesiastical Hierarchy that has suppressed and corrupted the truth for centuries. Some people dare not speak about Secret Societies and The Mother of Harlots, but clearly they have a REAL Identity today. Many people still choose to ignore the Bigger Picture because they cannot see the simplicity of the Gospel of Christ. Rather, they see the way the gospel has been corrupted and manipulated to represent a false god and a corrupt people. Sad to say, I don't think people will see it the way we do because the Bible even tells us in advance of the trouble to come, and certainly it is here right before our very eyes today. Bill Hughes wrote a little book called: The Secret Terrorists. This book does a fine job of describing the Enemy within our gates, but sadly the Truth movement at large does not handle Religious Issues, or at least at this present time it does not. Maybe that day will come soon when people will finally see it for what it really represents, because we have been warned in advance and those in charge will not allow that information to be known to the public. Even at the time a Abraham Lincoln, Charles Chiniquy wrote a book:"" Fifty Years in the Church of Rome"" where he speaks of many problems that the people could not face because it would be too potent a Religious problem to deal with. But I truly think that is the case, as we get older we become more familiar with the details that we all but insisted on ignoring in our youth!"

I have no doubt what so ever that this attack on America and Americans came from within our Government and I believe that part of this treason involves President Bush and Dick Cheney. I attended and graduated from a local high school in Northboro, MA. I immediately entered the workforce upon graduating and have been an Executive Administrative Assistant my entire career. I did attend some college courses while I was a young adult, but never had the means to complete a 4-year degree. I belong to a family of generational Iron Workers (which began with American Bridge) with two brothers and a father all active members of Local 7 in Boston, MA.
On 9.11.01, I watched the horror unfold before my eyes on national television and all main stream media coverage. I have honored and grieved yearly along with my fellow Americans. I was mildly aware that some people believed 9/11 was an 'inside job'and thought these people were 'crazy'. However, I was NOT aware of WTC 7 collapsing exactly the way Towers 1 and 2 did. Upon becoming 'aware', I began to do my own research on the information that was available to me. It was then that I discovered how much factual information was out there, but not delivered to the public, i.e. the research that was happening at the University of Alaska. I now believe that the explanation given to the public by the US Government and its reporting agencies to be false, inaccurate and deliberate. As a result of the happenings on 9/11, my (now ex) husband (who was a fire chief, now retired) was deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was fortunate to make it home alive, but his experience certainly contributed to our divorce. I want the truth. I want the facts about what exactly happened and what DID'NT happen! If we are to remember the victims and honor the hero's, then we MUST have the truth! As American's, it's the ONLY way we can honor the fallen.

I've seen vids of the 'squibs'; I also recall Bldg.7 coming down, also the BBC reporter stating bldg.7 fell down, then turning her head, seeing bldg.7 still standing behind her-Oops!
