PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I felt indignation when I first heard that people were questioning the official version of 9-11 events. It took several years for it to filter through to me that building 7 fell at free fall speeds 7+ hours after the towers. I've perused the NIST report dated 2008. I do understand the elaborate chain of events described therein and they sound very unlikely. I've heard some expert testimony questioning many of the premises and details NIST used to construct their report. I'm convinced the NIST report is unsatisfactory and that we owe it to the victims, their families and to ourselves to continue investigating. The bad guys are still out there. Their monumental arrogance and sociopathic mentality will continue to surface if we don't.

I am a union construction electrician in New York City with Local #3 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. I have worked in several high-rise projects in the New York City area and am familiar with many aspects of construction and fireproofing but I specialize in electrical installations. I belong to a community of workers that has over 50 years of experience building nearly all of New York City's high rise buildings, including the World Trade Center.
I have found that any person with experience in construction, when presented with the facts, is led inexorably to conclude that the official story given on 9/11 is a patchwork collection of reverse scientific method pseudoscience. Architects and Engineers for 9/11 truth promotes a much more rigorous scientific account of the events on that tragic day than our government has offered us, apparently relying on the American people's ignorance of structural engineering and promoting a consensus in the engineering community that doubting the official story will compromise their career.

I worked at Merrill Lynch during 9/11. I personally witnessed molten metal pouring from the buildings prior to their collapse. I also heard explosions before and during the collapse of towers 1 and 2. I can also state that the fires took weeks to put out and were still burning underground. Approximately 1 week after the disaster, I had wanted to go to an office location near the 9/11 site. A colleague of mine said I could not go their because firefighters were still putting the fires out. I was incredulous that the fires were still burning such a long time (1 week or more) after the towers came down. From what I saw, the initial fires looked like they were going out when the initial collapse started. I gave a 47 minute interview to Truth Action Ottawa with the full details of my experience on 9/11. I knew something was wrong with the official story regarding 9/11 from the moment that 9/11 happened. Nothing that was stated by official US government sources could explain the molten metal that I saw. I had been troubled by that clear evidence for many years until I saw the paper written by Steven Jones and heard about his research. As a witness to 9/11, I can state that the evidence of molten metal presented by Steven Jones was visually observed by me. In fact, I was aware of the existence of molten metal at the 9/11 site long before Steven Jones paper was published. I am certain that this fact alone is sufficient reason to re-investigate 9/11. I have not ever been asked to testify or provide my evidence to anyone investigating 9/11. I would be willing to if ever officially requested.

The most obvious argument suggesting the use of explosives is building 7. Although practically no news coverage was given to that building, it happened to collapse on the same day as the twin towers even though nothing hit it. We are supposed to believe that a couple of small fires brought down this steel structure when nothing of the kind has happened either before or since.

Basic schooling started at elementary and then went to middle school where I was involved in Choir and Instrumental music and absolutely LOVED it, then went to High School, and remained in Choir and Instrumental music, and took Spanish classes. The news said they couldn't find the black boxes and yet the Philadelphia Daily printed a shocking story that was not picked up nationally. It said two men who worked extensively in the wreckage of the World Trade Center claimed they helped federal agents find 3 of the black boxes from the jetliners that struck the buildings. Why were American flights grounded and the Osama Bin Laden family were flown out of the country? Why was the Patriot Act, which has 342 pgs., signed into law by Pres. George W. Bush in October 2001, which significantly expanded search and surveillance? They planned it , executed it, as they want America gone.
