To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In total I 'went along' with official story - but always felt that it was strange that the 'top floors' plunged straight down so smoothly and didn't tumble off to side. The Truth in Focus conference was a welcome relief for me. To hear the analyses from others who know that physics does not take a 'day off'.

I believe the official story defies my experience. Based on my years of structural experience, and after my study of videos of the collapse of the twin towers and building 7, I believe the events of September 11, 2001 could not have occurred as stated. From videos of the collapse of building 7, the penthouse drops first prior to the collapse, and it can be noted that windows, in a vertical line, near the location of first interior column line are blown out , and reveal smoke from those explosions. This occurs in a vertical line in symmetrical fashion an equal distance in toward the center of the building from each end. When compared to controlled demolitions, one can see the similarities.

Watching the symmetry in which all three three towers collapsed directly into their individual footprint was both momentarily hypnotic and totally unbelievable. During the myriad of replays I viewed, before and during each tower collapse, I saw and heard different events taking place that fully convinced me other forces were at play bringing these buildings down. To name a few: 1) explosions coupled with smoke appearing at the base of the towers moments before the collapse. 2) squibs appearing to shoot out from various floors far below the initial damage area. 3) the manner in which the dust and smoke seemed to be expelled up and out from the building like an explosion as it descended. What also disturbed me was the area was totally void of being treated like a crime scene by police and government officials. Structural material was readily hauled away and shipped to foreign lands without any scientific or engineering analysis being performed. Having spent over 23 years in the military I knew in my gut with the speed at which critical evidence was disappearing and flat out lies being told by government agents, i.e. Like the aircraft black boxes found by fireman and taken by FBI agents, then making statements they weren't found. Mohammad Atta's wallet found in pristine condition a couple blocks away. Well gentleman, I smell the same rat I smelled at various times during my military career. Thats my story and I'm stickin' to it until the truth is known and all involved held fully accountable, regardless of how far up the chain this trail leads us. There WILL be accountability for 9/11...

There is so much evidence that has yet to be debunked or explained by the official story. - - - - The initial antenna drop in WTC 1 before the perimeter walls drop, accelerating into the path of most resistance, the concrete dust analysis and energy it took to make it, why the corners of the towers did not collapse at the same rate as the floors, the cut up core columns at ground zero, the lack of any photographic evidence whatsoever of any pancaked floors, the time it took to collapse, the energy needed to throw steel hundreds of feet, the squibs well below the collapse wave, and of course the collapse of WTC 7. - - - - Until such time that all this can be clearly explained without the use of explosives, I will throw my lot with fundamental laws of physics rather then the official story which defies those laws.

How is it possible that such a massive structure with steel core, collapses by fire strictly vertically? How is it possible that material gets blasted out of the building so far if fire is the cause of the collapse? Why was there such a high temperature at the base of the building several days after 9/11? Why could comparable buildings resist fire over more time an did not collapse?

Given that the need for a new Pearl Harbor was announced by the crafters & signers of The Project for a New American Century in order to hasten their objectives TWO FULL YEARS before the 9/11 operation took place; I was not completely surprised when it happened. There is a huge old secret government WW2 bunker under Grand Central Terminal in NYC. It so happens has private rail line connecting into the rest of the subway system. Cheney uses this system regularly to this day. (as seen on the Discovery Channel) I believe it is the logical the staging area for the men and materiel needed to place the devices in WTC 1,2 & 7..... in my opinion.

So many things I have heard and seen about the destruction of the twin tower buildings, I did not understand. I thought my material science and building construction lectures set me up pretty well with all the principals if not all the mathematics. So how come the buildings just dropped like a stone? Why didn't they fall sideways? The planes did not hit dead centre! and they hit more columns on one side! Why does the mast on top of the building start collapsing before the top deck? Why does the top of the building just start breaking up straight away? Why does it not move as one piece above where the planes hit? Why was there so much dust, billowing clouds,surely not including asbestos? Then they fall down in less than 3 hours? (approx 80minutes and 120minutes) Whats wrong with the Fireproofing? What sort of fuel burns hotter than diesel or petrol also stored in these buildings? What destroys the fireproofing and melts steel, not just makes it sag. Why Molten Metal in the basements weeks after the collapse? Whelen the Wrecker men with boots too hot to wear? Despite continually flooding the basement the fires continue to burn without oxygen. Then a third 47 Storey WTC building fell, again dropping like a stone, despite only being hit by the main tower only on one side. In the Towering Inferno movie the building stays up, time for people to get out despite chaos. We as architects and engineers need to know how to stop the next terrorist plane knocking down one of our buildings.

I believe that the WTC 7 was a controlled demolition and that we must have a real investigation of all three high-rise collapses on September 11, 2001. I was particularly swayed by the evidence presented in the video showing uniform free fall collapse of WTC 7. This visual information is in stark contrast to the non-uniform fire and debris damage resulting from the north tower collapse.

I have practiced small-scale commercial and residential building and/or architecture for thirty five years. More recently, I have taught Architectural Design at our local Community College.
Everyone who has completed an accredited Architectural program has studied physics, properties of materials, and statics as minimum conditions of receiving a baccalaureate degree. Engineering students receive an even more rigorous education and training. As a licensed Architect or engineer we have received practical experience and relatively rigorous testing. If we can suspend our belief systems, and look at this event as a set of physical causes and effects, we will find much evidence to hypothesize causes other than those expressed by the Official reports of what occurred on September 11, 2001. For my part, I am expecting information at the level at which I was trained and tested in order to have the right and privilege to practice Architecture California.

I was trained for one year at the Rhode Island School of Design and then five years at the School of Architecture of the Cooper Union in New York City. We studied physics and structural engineering in addition to conceptual design.
My statement regarding the building collapses of 9/11 would be Why was the cover up allowed? The families of the victims were paid off in legal settlements without ever having the satisfaction of a full investigation of the events of 9/11...Why??? This investigation should include the fall of the buildings and all of the events of that day.

I think the main reason many people don't want to even consider the possibility (some say certainty) that the reasons for the WTC collapse is that it makes you consider the implications--the who/what/whys...and forces you to consider some ideas so horrible and evil that no one would want to face it. But reluctance is not a valid reason for not seeking the answer.

After viewing the information on AE9/11 Truth website, there should be no question, for anyone with the slightest knowledge of construction, that WTC 1, 2 and 7 were all controlled-demolitions. That fact alone indicates an inside job that unquestionably implicates many in our own government. Who else could orchestra such terrorism as all that happened on 9/11 and then so quickly mask it all by mass-hypnosis through the media? I graduated from the University of Idaho in 1997 with a degree in Architecture. I am 2/3 done with my state license exams. I have been involved with commercial projects for all of my architectural career. I have worked with many materials from wood, concrete, and steel. I have only experience in low rise buildings no higher then 3 stories.
I believe from my professional experience and from reviewing the footage that the building collapses, were not from fires or the plane impacts. From my studies of building collapse in college structural courses no building collapses that we studied collapsed such a uniform manner, and speed. There is only one way that this occurred and that is for internal explosions on the structural support columns similar to a demolition of a building would occur. There was not enough damage to building 7 to cause a structural collapses. This is my opinion on the collapses, a basic understanding of structural properties of steel and concrete, a knowledge of physics, and some common since have brought me to this conclusion.

Not necessarily disputing geo-social origins of: the hi-jacked plane(s), etc. My opinion is strictly limited to the physical collapse. - - In my opinion, the collapse(s) were possibly mechanically / explosively-assisted. By many accounts these buildings housed some very important tenants, which may keep very important information files, etc. There is the possibility that these buildings have been pre-wired to be demolished if security were ever to be breached in a major way. Anecdotaly speaking: remember the opening scenes of the original Mission Impossible?...this tape will self-destruct in 30 seconds. In my opinion the term pull it had to do with orders to destroy the properties due to un-avoidable security breaches that would ensue as a result of a myriad of persons going into previously secured areas of the buildings....thus the twin towers and the third building. This is my own opinion, I have never read this nor heard this anywhere. It is only my opinion/theory.

It is so obvious that WTC 7 could not have fallen so perfectly given the official story. There must be a truly unbiased investigation conducted.

I think there are enough questions about the collapse of the Twin Towers and, in particular, Building 7, that further investigation is essential to know what really happened that day.

There is no scientific means that the crash of the jets and subsequent fires could have caused the structural failure and collapse of Tower 7 and Towers 1,2. If well observed in all collapses one can see demolition blasts sequences as the tower come down. Surely they must be thermite charges because they are the only type explosive that could generate the heat for structural steel failure and sequential collapse. Also when one sees the vaporization of human and material remains and the debris pike below glowed at 3000 degrees f with thermite traces, it is obvious it was a black ops operation.

On 9/11 I felt, no that cannot be, that is not right. I just saw 3 buildings destroyed by controlled demolition. It immediately made me perk up and pay attention. I began to wonder what this meant. after a week of news it became apparent this was much more than everyone was thinking. The witnesses were saying there were explosions / I thought the idea of pancaking was contradictory to the structure I knew the towers had. These buildings just could not free-fall without some kind of explosive help getting rid of key core columns.

We have 8 architecturally trained and professionally qualified CAD production teams in 4 countries.
For years I have been curious about the real nature, not just of the collapses of the three Manhattan towers, but also the 9/11 terrorist attacks in Washington, DC and Pennsylvania. I have attended several AIA sponsored seminars on the subject, but none of them presented any probing questions about the disasters.

Seems to me that since explosives had been planted in WTC towers before 9/11 and the fact that the WTC 9/11 plane crashes weren't random (the towers were the target). It seems quite logical that some additional explosives were planted within the towers via insider or security breach to increase destructive impact of attack on towers.

The need to find out the full truth about the collapses, whatever it is. Concerned about the fact of absolutely all-sided perfect symmetric drop down, while both burns and TOP collapses were absolutely asymmetrical. Concerned about the totally simultaneous drop of floors, ceiling cage AND core. Every structural logic tells us that the core must stand or fall over later. These are two strongly visible feats. Besides hundreds of little details.

A couple of years ago I attended a seminar on controlled demolition. It was after the 911 attacks but it didn't ring a bell immediately. A few months ago I watched a video and began to understand what I saw. After serious research on 911, I have decided to sign the petition.

I have seen several books and films on 9/11 events as well as seeing the events on the day of. - - The WTC and building 7 collapses appear to be a controlled demolition exercise. - - (I smelled a rat when the White House tried to head off an investigation of 9/11 events. It seems that the Administration engineered a broad cover up.) - - In spite of the fact that much evidence has been destroyed, a new, fresh investigation of 9/11 events and related matters is now required.

NIST has ignored many critical facts and denied basic laws of physics in order to arrive at their fairy tale conclusions. We need a serious investigation done by licensed professionals who are not directly or indirectly on the government payroll.
