PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Owner of WTC admits publicly that they pulled building 7. Pulled means controlled detonation. Controlled detonations take months sometimes years of planning and permitting before they actually drop a building. Building 7 came down the same day just hours after the collapse of 1 and 2. This would only have been possible if the building was already rigged to go. Its doubtful that even the most skilled demo team could have or would have rigged a building that fast and brought it down. Correct me if I am wrong but structural steel needs temperatures of more than 2000 F to weaken or melt. JP8 or common aircraft fuel burns at around 900 F No building in history, even after hours of intense burning, has ever fell down because of the heat. The WTC towers were built to withstand just such an impact from a large passenger airliner, I recall that they were built to withstand a direct hit from an even larger plane than the ones that hit them on 9/11.

Today I am a private small business owner of an Energy Services company. Formerly, I worked for 28 years for Eastman Kodak as a building design engineer, construction manager, construction division department head, and Corporate Real Estate Director. I am a mechanical engineer by education. Part of my training was in statics and dynamics. I participated in the design and construction of a 26 story high rise building. Additionally, I was licensed and taught Kodak management executives a proprietary process for problem analysis and decision making. As such, I am a logical thinker that reacts to data rather than emotion.
Because of my experience with the design of a box frame high rise tower, I have always (from day one) been troubled by the official explanation for the 9/11 building collapses. Based on what I know from my experience, these buildings could not collapse in the pattern that they did from the heat of a plane crash. Simply stated, it is not physically possible. I have kept my thoughts mostly to my self. But when my grandsons questioned the truth, I decided to look into the available data to help them form their own conclusions. I do not yet know - just as anyone else - exactly what was the cause. But I do know that the cause is not as supported by our government.

I have seen many accidents and crashes of military and civil aircrafts. In cases of a crash, you always can see the side rudder and elevators from the tail, the engines, and the hull of the aircraft. I am an architect who retired in 2010 from the State of California Department of Transportation, Division of Engineering Services, after having worked a combined 29 years in Transportation Architecture and Project Management. Buildings I designed include numerous maintenance stations, an equipment shop, roadside rest areas, a tunnel ventilation building, and light rail transit stations. Many of these buildings were steel frame, all were in California. Before coming to Caltrans, I worked for Liske, Lionakis, Beaumont, & Engberg Architects and Engineers, where I designed the Pacific Telephone Administrative Complex in Rohnert Park, CA, which is also a steel frame building.
' Why were two extremely tall buildings (110 stories - 1,362 feet), completely destroyed, after burning for less than two hours, each coming straight down, symmetrically, at freefall speed, all elements characteristic of a controlled demolition, rather than toppling to the side and failing only partially if at all? - - ' Why did Building 7collapse? It was 47 stories high (571 feet), steel frame, more than 300 feet from the nearest tower (WTC 1), was not hit by an airplane, had no significant fire, and yet it too was completely destroyed coming straight down, symmetrically, at freefall speed as if by controlled demolition. - - ' What materials in the WTC provided the fuel to generate enough heat (2,500 degrees F) to create the pools of molten steel reported by firefighters and cleanup crews, when jet fuel has an open air burning temperature of 600 degrees F and a maximum burning temperature of 1,800 degrees F? - - ' Why did the US Government spend only $600,000 to investigate the collapse of all three WTC skyscrapers, when it spent $40 million to investigate Clinton's sex life?

I have viewed every video, photograph etc I could access; many of them several times. I cannot believe that airplane crashes and open fires resulted in the destruction of the Twin Towers and Building 7. My reasoning is based on the undeniable appearance of any number of squibs, the vertical collapses, the pulverization of structure and building contents, impossible to achieve via structural failure, the speed of the collapse, the production of and weeks-long persistence of molten steel impossible to produce in an open burn, the inexplicable failure of the core columns and of the welded and bolted two way floor trusses,The failure of the steel frame core trusses. the total failure of fire protection (My partner in MMG was Ret. Navy Commander William Scott, PE, former president of national Asbestos Association, I believe until 1989 or 90) the pyroclastic discharge, the photos of heat-cut stubs of massive columns with molten metal running down them, some steel members perfectly distorted into semi-circles, the multi ton steel beams and column pieces stuck into nearby buildings, performance of the tower in the 1975 fire, the statements of any number of highly credible engineers and physicists, the statements of credible eye witnesses including many public safety personnel, the rush to remove evidence, the lack of any real investigation, the 911 commission report... i believe that any one of these things would indicate a need for unbiased investigation to ascertain the truth of the matter. I don't know the truth of the matter, but I strongly support an in depth investigation. Thank you.

I retired from the Corps of Engineers on January 3, 2013 after 39 years of service as a Civil Engineer holding several different positions. Most of my career I worked on Missouri River basin civil works projects specializing in Missouri River bank stabilization and navigation as a designer, operations manager and program manager. I say the WTC collapse was a demolition due to the fact that steel, with a 2800 degree threshold, does not buckle in 1000 to 1800 degree heat. It would have taken at least three hours at 2800 degrees for steel to even start thinking about melting, let alone turn into a pile of molten goo. That is just my unprofessional opinion, I'm no subject matter expert on this, but I did get past the sixth grade in school. These buildings had much more than office fires and didn't buckle.

No one with a high school level of basic physics and demolitions would believe that a commercial airliner could.produce enough force to bring down two buildings with a uniform implosion YET not be destructive enough to destroy the intact Saudi passport of one of the alleged perpetrators. Ford engineers all immediately told me those buildings had to have had explosives implanted on all four corner girders for the towers to fall to the ground like professional demolition does. Reportedly, there were building elevator inspections a few months prior to 9/11 in which supposed elevator technicians entered the building access areas to inspect. Also, you could see small explosions occurring shortly before the buildings came down.

Not much to say here. I left school at 17yrs, got involved in concrete construction and after a few years migrated to steel construction.
From what I have learned about steel construction or construction in general, I do not believe that the structures of WTC could have fallen the way we saw them on 9/11/01 without the help of explosives. It simply undermines everything known about construction and therefore all buildings built under the same guidelines and since must be deemed unsafe for human inhabitants. We cannot have buildings that will fall into their footprints because of fire. A full independent investigation in absolutely necessary to determine the safety of all building guidelines.
