To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The towers were designed to be hit by fully loaded jets. Would the designers be so negligent as to forget that those jets would be loaded out with fuel? Why have other steel skyscrapers burned, some over a dozen stories for hours and not collapsed? Why did the towers fall at free-fall speed? Why were the steel remains of the columns at bedrock melted?

I am a graduate Masters student, currently at Georgia Institute of Technology. I received my bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College, PA in 2009. I grew up in Japan, since my parents were overseas, and was in Japan when the horrors of 9/11 happened. The effects of terrorists are well known in Japan and many other countries, and 9/11 seemed like a classic case. However, after reviewing the evidence and looking more closely, there is NO possible way that these seven destroyed buildings were the results of the two passenger planes. The evidence that the building was compromised with internal explosives or weakening agents seems undeniable.
The evidence of internal explosives is overwhelming. Especially in the case of Tower 7. The refusal of government agencies to properly investigate this act of ruthless cruelty - whether it turns out to be terrorist or criminal - is unacceptable.

Being a civil engineer and understanding the laws of physics, I know that a building cannot fall a free fall speed without the floors already falling also giving no resistance. I wish our congressmen were as smart, and also showed some backbone and got a truly independent investigation going. Also, this 911 truth movement has shown to me that our press is as every bit controlled and spits out as much propaganda as I thought Pravda did for the old Soviet Union. My eyes have been awakened to many things, and I have come to learn that we do not live in as free a country as I thought we did, and with the passage of the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, it has become even less so. Let's elect Ron Paul and bring our country back under the Constituion!!

The speed of the collapse (near free-fall), the symmetry of the collapse, the evidence of squibs, witness testimony of explosions in the buildings, etc. are all indicative of controlled demolition. The political implications of this are too scary for many to face, but we have a responsibility to our fellow Americans to expose the ugly truth that we are being lied to by the people we trust to steer the ship of state. Any thinking person who cares about preserving the American traditions of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness has a responsibility to investigate 9/11 and to expose the lies that are moving this country towards fascism.

After research about the evidence, pro and con I find the research about the question of WTC 7 provides probable cause for a criminal investigation. I have experience as an FBI witness on two criminal cases. This issue is to provide probable cause for the federal investigators. I did this and convictions were gained. The key part of my Ph.D. dissertation included evaluation of over 200 engineering science research programs done by Lawrence Livermore National Lab. I gave scores. Thus my national experiences hunting for engineering errors and my dissertation provides evidence I am skilled at finding quality or errors in research. The research by the federal agencies and commission was less than poor and demostrates they chose to cover the actual facts. The perfect collapse of building 7 was clearly not caused by a fire alone.
