To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Though I've initially learned about the inexplicable circumstances from documentary videos like 'Loose Change', AE911Truth.org (its reports and documentaries) has shown the irrefutable evidence that the WTC towers have been brought down by controled demolition.This conclusion implies a premeditated covert operation, which should therefore be thoroughly investigated, and any and all involved should be brought to justice. This is essential and of the highest urgency, because the 9/11 attrocities have been the pretext to start the perpetual wars the USA continues to wage in order to, according to my opinion, establish a global empire. The existing quantifiable evidence and obvious betrayal of high-school level physics notwithstanding; the mere fact that so many professionals in their respective fields are of the opinion that the three WTC towers could not possibly have collapsed in the fashion portrayed by NIST, should easily be motivation enough to prompt any government to demand a more thorough and satisfactory investigation from its own, trusted professionals. To think that the public at large and elected government can ignore the very people they trust with the construction of their homes, supermarkets, offices, schools, hospitals, bars, gymnasiums etc, and label them conspiracy theorist is nothing short of baffling and deeply disturbing.

I had a college professor in structures who once said, and I paraphrase, Structures don't collapse from the mistakes that engineers design for....there are enough factors of safety to compensate for that...they collapse from what engineers completely miss designing for. - - - - When the towers collapsed, I was shocked and surprised, but attributed the collapse to the idea that...well...the engineers wouldn't have taken into account a large plane hitting them. Years later I discovered that they were indeed designed for a 707 hitting them. That got me thinking! - - Having spent many agonizing hours designing the structure for a church, I felt certain that the engineers of the towers would have overdesigned their structure to, if nothing else, still be standing until the last little old lady in a wheel chair escaped, unharmed. - - - - Call it gut feeling, with some practical engineering experience, but the idea of the tower collapses and especially the building 7 collapse being caused mainly by fires are suspect. The true cause or causes of these total failures certainly need to be re-investigated.

Finding out who orchestrated that event might give you some clues as to who was behind this. - - - - What amazes me is a coordinated effort like this involves a lot of people from the material suppliers to the field installers etc. I don't know how they are able to keep every person involved silent regarding such a horrific event.

I have found that starting with the complete impossibility of a Boeing 757 hitting the ground in Shanksville at 500+ mph and disappearing completely, is a better starting point than the WTC discussion. People seem to be able to wrap their mind around the physics of that (non)event easier. This usually imparts some skepticism in them and makes it easier to then ask 'where's the plane' at the Pentagon. Then wait for them to have their own 'ah-ha' moment. You usually have earned some trust at this point and can dive into the WTC discussion. I of course have several relevant photos and videos on my phone to refer to which I believe reduces the preachyness aspect.'
