PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My career in aviation spanned 38 years. As a pilot and Certified Flight Instructor, I specialized in the most basic concepts of flight which I have long since found is woefully absent from most flying curricula. As an ATCS, I earned OTJ Instructor and OJT Examiner ratings. I have worked in an Air Traffic Control Tower, a Radar Control Facility, an Automated Flight Service station, an air traffic data processing facility (as a system analyst), and in private industry, I worked in an Automated Flight Service Station Hub.
First, as a certified flight instructor, I can say that no pilot with the experience level of the so-called hijackers could have possibly flown ANY of the three flights that struck their targets. As far as collapses of steel structures with enormous amounts of steel re-inforced concrete throughout the structure, I can say that, since 911, I have aquired many, many photographs of such steel structures that burned more than 10 and more than 20 hours at far higher temperatures with far, far less billowing smoke (meaning a hotter and a more well fueled fire). None of these buildings ever collapsed. More importantly, as it clearly visible in the second strike against the South WTC tower, most of the aircraft fuel was expended in the initial contact with the building. And just as liquid jet fuel (kerosene) was observed in the North Tower raining down through the elevator shafts, any kerosene that was not initially ignighted was of little threat to what is possibly the most re-inforced steel structures ever built. Lastly, the famous video of the first airplane to strike the North WTC tower was filmed by the Naudet brothers who, by chance, just happened to be in a place where they would film the alleged B767 striking the North Tower. These brothers also happened to be the perfect position to film the second strike of an alleged B767 sticking the South Tower. However, in BOTH CASES, the Naudet brothers DID NOT film the aircraft in flight, rather, they focused (quite literally) on the strike point that these aircraft would eventually hit. And, as I have been informed, the Naudet brothers were later in the perfect spot to film the collapse of WTC7 which suffered no serious damage prior to its perfect, state-of-the-art collapse into the exact footprint that it architects drew on their original blue prints. And as a final note, although I never acted as an ATCS in an ARTCC (commonly known as an air traffic control center), I am well aware of the responsibilities of these air traffic facilities when an aircraft loses both radio and radar communication. There is no way I could EVER conceive that even a SINGLE passenger jetliner would proceed as long as the first aircraft did, let alone four aircraft. In short, IT DID NOT HAPPEN! Please review 3 ten minute videos that I believe show the most likely scenario of 911 as well as an in depth expose of the Naudet videos that just happened to have had the best shots of the two strikes on the TwinTowers and was also focusing on the collapse at the very moment that the building inexplicable collapsed, and from the best angle that anyone could have wished for to take that video.

I have 10 years of experience in the construction industry as an architect, mostly in conservation (as well as sustainable architecture). Conservation necessitates looking at old buildings and existing evidence of what happened in the buildings life. Looking at how buildings deteriorate or fail sometimes and assess method of rescue, reuse, adaptation and so on, is part of my everyday livelihood and experience.
Looking at the evidence of the 9/11 it makes me question what the media and government had broadcasted at the time, and that the debris was swept away so quickly without scientific investigation is not right. We need to learn from the experience, not run away from it. If we are to protect people's lives in the future, we need to know what the real destruction process was, how any aspect could be improved (whether it is building design/layout, engineering or security... ) and not let the distraction of the crashing planes play smoke and mirrors with us. Facts, for better understanding. Truth, for building a better future.

The Environmental Engineering Program was part of the Department of Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on water and waste water treatment. I have over 20 years of experience working as an environmental professional, providing compliance support to companies on the following topics: air quality, hazardous materials/risk management, solid & hazardous waste management, storm water program requirements, waste water permitting, underground and above ground storage tanks, oil pollution prevention, PCBs, and asbestos.
I first became aware that the official government story regarding the building collapses was suspect after attending the 911-Inquiry Conference in San Francisco in March 2004. Since that time, I have been part of the 9-11 Truth Community, and have kept abreast of the developments arising from the ongoing research efforts of a number of dedicated individuals. In particular, watching video footage of the building collapses, hearing the numerous eye-witness accounts of explosions prior to the buildings collapsing, and learning that molten steel was present in the building debris (which, due to the laws of physics, could not possibly have arisen from a hydrocarbon fire--even under ideal circumstances--given the significantly higher melting temperature of steel), lead me to believe that the official story is simply not plausible. Learning more recently that evidence of nano-thermite was discovered in a sample of the building material, was particularly disturbing and I believe strongly that we need to push for a new investigation into the events of 9-11.

I'm not sure exactly what happened, but what is extraordinarily apparent is that we have been lied to and there has been a cover up. Because this incident was used by the gov't to justify the violation of our inalienable rights as US citizens, through various legislation including the Patriot Act, transparency of the highest priority and integrity was necessary. Yet, the People of these United States of America have been left with more questions than answers, while we have witnessed blatant contradictions and discrepancies in official stories. The only thing that is clear is that our own government was hiding something then, and it's hiding something now. And this hidden something has been used in blatant contradiction and in opposition of the guaranteed LIBERTIES of the US Constitution which cannot be lost or stolen or given away under any circumstances. It is well past time for the truths surrounding these things to come to light. Initial viewing of the devastation and loss was mind numbing and heartbreaking. However, watching video of the disaster a couple of years later, with special attention to WTC7, it became apparent that that building was brought down intentionally in my opinion and NOT by fire. Reviewing WTC 1&2 revealed indicators similar to WTC7. AND the fact that all three bldgs imploded near perfectly into themselves is like a dead giveaway showing the observer clue after clue. Fire alone couldn't bring down WTC7 and demo squibs are visible preceding the pancaking of both towers as well as enormousbooms emanating from the basements of the first tower prior to free fall of upper section.
