To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The official story leads us to believe that over 40,000 tonnes of steel, what would take us almost 3 years to produce, turned to dust. "On 9/11, I was watching the events at work with another electrical engineer. When the south tower collapsed, I turned to him and said, ""It is not possible for a building to collapse like that from fire. The building looks like a demolition."" His response was, ""It must be possible because it just happened."" Since then, I wish I had added, ""The buildings came down through the path of highest resistance but fell at near free-fall speeds. That is not possible unless the resistance of lower floors was removed. That is the definition of a demolition"". I have no idea who is behind these demolitions or their full motives, but I am convinced that these three steel structures were intentionally demolished on 9/11/2001. Nothing else makes sense."

I am not a physicist or an expert in explosives. I am not an expert in anything. I am a normal guy who thinks the victims of 9/11 and their family/friends deserve a full and open examination of the facts.

With reports of evidence of military grade explosive around the site and body parts thrown far and wide, it would seem apparent that the cause of death for many was not simply fire and building collapse. The proof in the videos and the write-ups is consistent and convincing. Fires from furniture and offices cannot melt steel --- is a quote from one of the videos that won the day for me. There should be a detailed investigation into the role of explosives, to bring down the Twin towers.
