To the Members of the House of Representatives and of the Senate of the United States of America,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

All of the three World Trade Center buildings that were destroyed on September 11, 2001, including 1WTC, 2WTC, and 7WTC, collapsed due to explosives within a controlled Demolition. Buildings 1WTC and 2WTC were not brought down as a result of planes crashing into them, nor did they collapse due to any effects that the planes had on the buildings. WTC7 was not brought down from fire burning nor damage caused by debris from the other buildings. There is sufficient evidence to conclude with certainty that these were all controlled demolitions which were planned in advance and executed after the planes crashed.

It has become very obvious over the years that the 3 buildings collapsed in free fall in what can only be a controlled demolition. For a fire to have simultaneously melted all columns causing collapse from one floor and then to another is physically impossible. That the 3 buildings are the only structural steel buildings to have ever collapsed in such a manner in history and all on the same day is reason enough to raise questions about the accuracy of the original investigation. For the sake of the freedom of humanity, questions need to be answered and people must be held accountable to discover the truth of what occurred on 9/11/2001.

Originally earned an Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT in Melbourne. Then worked for 7 years at Alcoa of Australia, Geelong, starting as a Plant mechanical Engineer and finishing as the senior Mechanical Engineer for the rolling mill. Married my first wife Jan 1976. Then completed a Degree in Agricultural Engineering over 2 years at the university of Melbourne. For the next five years grew crops and wool and fat lambs on a 4500 acre property north west of Sealake, and did research for University of Melbourne into energy conservation and solar energy in agriculture, plus agricultural engineering consultancy for large properties as far north as Queensland. After the 1982 104 mm drought leased the property and for three years was a senior lecturer in Agricultural Engineering at Marcus Olham Farm management College. Then 7.5 years with VicRoads starting as a principal research officer and moving to a Group Manager than Manager of Road Safety Research and Investigations. Then worked for 4 years at Technical Manager Land (Road and Rail) Transport for BHP Transport including work across Australia, in Indonesia, Peru and USA. Then a year at Roaduser International, a small international road transport research and consulting business. Finally set up my own consultancy John Lambert & Associates P/L. About 60% expert witness reports for legal or potential legal cases related to injury or death or damage associated with materials handling, forklifts, road transport, heavy vehicles, railways, or Agriculture. Around 30% expert engineering advice to road and rail transport related to loading, restraining loads and unloading etc.
I was an observer on TV from near the start. I knew the WT Towers were the tallest steel buildings in the world and that they had no concrete central lift towers. And in order to get to that height all the steel members were load sharing to high levels, and fire protection to steel weight minimized. I reasoned it was possible the initial explosion/ impact had blown the fire protection of a lot of steel members, and that the fire had then caused the steel to heat up over time until it was weakened to the degree that a floor level failed - outside steel members being thrown outwards - and the impact of the top of the tower dropping caused the next floor to fail and so on. However when the WTC Report came out I became aware of the failure of WTC7 and that raised a lot of queries for me especially as there was no plane impact or plane fuel fire. As a result I eventually became aware of AE911Truth and joined.

As an engineering student I was very early fascinated by the amount of focused effort, strictly controlled environment & energy that is required to melt & form steel.An aviation spirit fire does not come any way near with any of the above criteria to cause such a free fall collapse as witnessed at WTC1,2, & 7. The RB211 engines of a Boeing 757 should have left a much larger footprint at the Pentagon then was visible with the released film clips of the resulting explosion & fire etc..

I have studied the collapses of the Twin Towers and Building 7 for a while now and have come to the conclusion that they were brought down in a controlled demolition. The theory that it collapsed from damage and fire violates several laws of physics. The two most important being the Law of Conservation of Momentum and the law of Angular Momentum. Building 7 was a classic example of a controlled demolition. The fact the Building 7 was never mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report is alarming. We need a new investigation into the events of 9/11.
