PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The entire scenario of how the buildings fell especially the height and rate of fall does not correlate to any know demolition except for a controlled or planned demolition. I also can not accept the findings of the 911 commission due to the absence of critical data such as thermite presence and witnesses who claim there was an explosion before the planes hit. WTC7 is a complete mystery all its own. This country, the victims and the survivors deserve better than what has been furnished and it should be viewed as treason to expect the public to swallow this entire situation as it has been presented by our government.

I have witnessed controlled demolitions in the past and at my first inclination of watching in present time as the plane struck and then the world trade center building collapse that it resembled a controlled demolition. After getting over the shock of such an incident I was convinced that the buildings were brought down intentionally into what is called their foot print.
Since there were dozens of witnesses, fire fighters as well as citizens who told of explosive devices going off; and then architects and engineers backing up what I was sure of; I was more convinced than ever it was an inside job. I examined material on the internet very closely about Building 7 and the alleged cause was by fires when it was 300 feet from the Twin Towers and I was more convinced than ever it came down by a controlled demolition. How can anyone deny the facts presented by over 1000 Scientists over the political explanations by politicians? It is ludicrous.

I have been a registered Architect for 27 years. I have been responsible for over half a billion dollars worth of construction. This construction includes medical, institutional, commercial, residential, multi-family residential, and spiritual architecture. Building types include wood frame, heavy timber frame, masonry, steel frame and concrete, pre-cast concrete, post-stressed concrete, poured-in-place concrete.
After watching the research version DVD, I am absolutely convinced that all 3 buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. The question is why? I hope and pray this is the answer: The CIA knew the plan to fly the planes into the buildings, but they did not know when or how. In case the CIA could not stop Al-Qaeda, they were afraid a portion of the building(s) could slide off and destroy many more buildings in the surrounding area. They decided to paint the core with thermite and wire the buildings in the event they could not stop the terrorists. In the event the planes crashed into the buildings, they could at least control the demolition and save more buildings of NY City. Dropping Building 7 throws a monkey wrench into my theory, except its proximity to the others and the damage from the debris???

In my former life as an obsessive/compulsive banjo picker, I worked at different jobs to support my music habit, including a few stints in the construction trades. As a union carpenter, I worked on various state-of-the-art steel and concrete structures, including two high rises. Tn the course of gaining this experience, I've seen these materials subjected to diverse stresses and I have an understanding of the energy required to reduce cured concrete to powder and to deform and/or cut steel beams.
Have you ever seen someone break up, say, a section of sidewalk with a sledge hammer? Note that the hammer has a metal head. What would happen if we were instead to affix a piece of the sidewalk itself onto a long handle and use it to try to bust up a bigger section? Common sense and Newton's third law of motion both tell us that this kind of hammer head would itself shatter in the process, and long before the task could be completed. By this basic logic we can see at once that NIST's explanation for the collapse of the Twin Towers is a silly canard. The notion that a small section of a high rise can, in two cases, fall upon the much larger, sturdier sections below and so thoroughly destroy them is a fantasy. That's my argument against NIST's theory: The kinetic energy of the small sections is insufficient to wreak the kind of damage observed. Based on the active thermitic residues that are pervasive in the dust of the towers, logic promotes explosives as the strongest candidate for squaring up the huge deficit in the energy accounts.

I was scheduled on a flight to Chicago for a meeting with other Network Associates engineers when my wife was watching the collapse of building 2 on September 11, 2001. I was stunned and felt that there was something wrong with the picture. A few years later I saw a video of the collapse of building 7 and recognized immediately that it was a planned demolition. At that time, I became truly outraged at the lies that were being told. As I watched the video, I realized that 9/11 was probably a 'false flag' attack. All my friends thought and still think I am crazy. Signing this petition is important to me in my role as a teacher of Buddhist Meditation in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. We must have the truth be told so that our confidence in the government can be restored.

With my limited knowledge of high rise structures, I could not understand how the buildings could have collapsed even thought the foundations were not rattled. It is time for an independent investigation to be conducted into the way the towers collapsed. Increased evidence over the years is mounting against the veracity of the circumstances surrounding the way in which the collapse of the twin towers was reported to the American people. The collapse videos show it to be more consistent with a bomb detonation, very similar to what is used for building demolitions. First-hand observation accounts also indicate hearing explosives at the time.

I have worked in architecture since 1994 as a drafter, designer and project manager on residential, commercial and institutional projects, before that my experience was in residential construction.
I have worked in the construction and building design industry with an architectural firm for over 15 years. I've worked on many steel-framed structures and like many of my colleagues, I cannot imagine a total structural failure of this type of construction due to fire. I reluctantly bought the 9/11 Commissions story of the pancake theory to explain how the WTC buildings imploded on themselves demolition style. But I knew it seemed improbable that the World Trade Centers 1, 2 and 7 collapsed because of fire - the first three steel-framed buildings in history to collapse due to fire. This is the smoking-gun of the conspiracy. They fell at the speed of gravity and into their own footprint defying logic, physics and the 'official' investigation reports. Is the 9/11 Commission Report really full of holes and fallacies? Do we need a federal criminal investigation? Yes.

Worked as a licensed welder with the Ironworkers Union (have used Thermite), licensed as an Ontario Millwright (with Interprovincial Red Seal), have a diploma as a Construction Engineering Technician (Loyalist College), have worked with the Canadian Military Engineers and have been a Graduate Technician with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists.
The 9/11 videos clearly show active thermite flowing from the towers, and without the aid of a controlled demolition it would be physically impossible for the towers to have fallen at the evident free fall speed without encountering shear resistance.

I have read into the 9/11 truth movement and from my research and deep discussions with structural engineers, the only possible explanation for the collapse of tower seven is from a controlled nature. Buildings do not implode onto themselves from small fires. It is like dropping a cigarette on the floorboard of your car and having it crush like a beer can around you. Not gonna happen.

The collapses and demolitions are disintegrations. If a 20 foot tree suddenly turned into sawdust in less than a second, you'd consider that odd, wouldn't you? I never watched the television footage of the when it was in the media until four years, and I was introduced to it through Ken Jenkins' Perspective on 9/11. For four years I assumed the buildings fell sideways. I used to work in the towers.
