PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have studied building destruction, for visual effects reasons, and have found that the way the buildings' collapse just doesn't make any real sense. There is something behind all of this that doesn't add up. Too many holes in the 9/11 commission report. Supposedly there had been a major structural steel frame building collapse at near free fall speed due to very minor structural damage and fire only (WTC 7). If that was actually the case then at the very least the structural building codes should be reviewed and revised as needed. And then with that new code in hand every steel-frame high-rise building in the country should be evaluated with probably most of them requiring retrofitting and redesign. Do you see any of this activity? Wouldn't that be the responsible action to take if WTC 7 and the other buildings had actually failed as the official government story? - - - - The buildings were brought down - that's not a conspiracy theory, that's a fact.

Scott Ritter, U.S. Marine, following 9/11, predicted our invasion of Iraq, and has further predicted a planned invasion of Iran. The U.S. government needed a reason to enter Iraq, and I believe 9/11 was it. I have watched Mr. Richard Gage's compelling video How the Towers fell, and I believe after watching it that he is correct. Controlled demolition, an inside job. A truly independent investigation is needed!

What can I say? One has only to look at the collapse of Building 7 to dispel all doubt that the official story is a lie. Futhermore, it is impossible that 3 buildings should collapse at free fall into their own footprint within brief hours of each other where no high rise has ever come down in this manner before and where other fires burned much hotter and much longer.

The background of Robert Sogge is unique in that they include training, teaching, research and practical consulting in the specific area of soil-structure interaction. Specifically he has made significant contributions in the areas of anchored sheet piles, laterally loaded piles, reinforced mat foundations systems, and buried arch culverts. His thin-arch designs have been verified by full-scale HITEC tests on a 28 ft span structure. With partners he founded a design-build company to construct such structures.
As to the 'conspiracy' theory, I don't get into it ' instead, I look at the failure of just Bldg #7 that came down at 5:23 pm after only being hit by a small 40 ft by 40 ft section of steel beam. The building constructed of steel came tumbling down. I, as a designing Civil Engineer, would not want to design with such a material if that were the case. So it is said to have failed by 'progressive failure'. Where is the research, conferences and study on this topic. Where is AISC in defending their product as they always used to do in comparisons to concrete structures? Where are our professional groups like ASCE on this topic? I notice that ASCE sponsored a 'paper' on the Pentagon Bldg failure ' but the study was a joke in that concrete walls were replaced by columns in the analysis. When the Teton Dam failed in the late 70's, the cause of the failure was investigated. The failure generated much research and subsequent conferences on Hydraulic Fracturing ' the culprit. Thank you for finally creating a voice for those of us who would like to correct the facts for the public and preserve the profession we work in and love.

I have spent my life in pursuit of scientific explanations for the world around us. I am a construction contractor and have built many buildings. I weld steel and aluminum on a daily basis.
The building collapses cannot be explained through forensic evidence, anecdotal evidence, or any knowledge of the behavior of the building materials used in the constructions of WTC1, 2, and 7. The energy required to demolish a building to the level seen on 9/11/2001 could not come from a combination of jet fuel and gravity. Even badly constructed buildings are VERY difficult to break down into parts that can be transported by truck. There is no evidence whatsoever that these were badly built buildings, nor has there been ANY mention in the media or in government forums that the buildings were badly constructed. If the official story is true, everyone living or working in a tall steel-framed building should live in constant fear that their building could turn to dust at any time.

I retired in 2006 after being a conference interpreter since 1975. I live in Brussels. I was a lecturer at University College London from 1965 to 1975. I studied in Cambridge. My schooling was in France. I travel a lot, especially to India. I am interested in politics, in history and in the future, as well as in literature and art.
The official story doesn't add up. The investigations were incomplete. It's disturbing not to know what's really going on. This area of darkness fuels all kinds of speculations throughout the world. A lucid account needs to be made, stating what's known, what is discovered and what maybe remains unknown.
