PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

Retired Firefighter. Fought many, many fires in my career as a firefighter, including the high rise Meridian building fire in Philadelphia in 1991. The building burned for 18 hours, yet I never feared building collapse. I am more than positive that the Firefighters who died on 9/11 never suspected those buildings to collapse either.

Consider the sheer mass of the building compared to the mass of the jet. Buildings don't fall faster than free fall. The buildings falling resembled controlled demolitions. What happened to building 7? Why were 4 foot cross sectional I-beams cut at 45 degree angles? Why were they finding hot molten steel in the sub basements weeks afterward?

I think that is almost impossible that the three Buldings collapsed like that: -The undamaged parts of the building is collapsed like the damaged parts. -An almost vertical collapse -The debris ended up in the basement like a controlled demolition. Why the Pentagon when hitted by the plane of the same type has suffered so little damage?

I regard neither the official highjackings to be credible, nor lack of USAF response. To describe the destruction of the Twin Towers, in about 10 seconds as a 'structural collapse', howsoever caused, implies physical impossibility as any such (non-demolition) collapse must necessarilly proceed much slower than the free-fall speed of just over 9 sec from 1365 ft. To be destroyed so fast, it must therefore have been demolished. The buildings did not collapse in their footprint but turned substantially to powder and blew away in the wind. No plausible conventional mechanism for this exists, especially the impact of aeroplanes & any subsequent fires. The unusual top-down demolition of the Twin Towers appears to have required the presence of the 'planes to mask the major destructive event that travelled downwards ahead of the 'collapse wave'. WTC7, however, was clearly different and bears all hallmarks of a classic demolition job. I view it as implausible that it collapsed solely due to fire, both due to the manner of its collapse, and the lack of any precedent. And furthermore, certain eye-witness statements clearly indicated pre-knowledge of its destruction (as did media reports), while others heard explosions before WTC7 finally collapsed. I also understand NIST failed to carry out any search for explosive residue, even though it is clear this would have been the most probable cause, and as required by the building code. This indicates, at best, incompetence and makes the case for revisiting the investigation overwhelming.

Regarding the Twin Towers and Bldg 7 specifically, I am in 100% agreement that buildings do not just fall down into their own footprints at freefall speed from fires OR from airliners crashing into them. I watched that fateful day as the buildings crumbled to the ground, not questioning how or why they fell because I was in a deep sense of shock. I didn't even want to see or rewatch the videos until years later when as most people did researched the internet on the topic. This is where I came upon your website. I have watched your videos, listened to your interviews with true professionals in the field and I am in total agreement with your findings. I am truly disturbed that our own government agencies have dismissed these professional's questions and opted to lie and hide the real supported evidence in an effort to make it go away. Qualified in 1990, I worked from the summer of 1989 to March 1998 for Project Architects, a Dublin Practice for which my work on the Park West development helped win the coveted Building of the Year Award in 2000. My initial thought on hearing that Osama Bin Laden was the alleged mastermind behind it all was this - There is no way that some guy sitting in a cave in Afghanistan was behind all this. Given my knowledge of how buildings behave in fire and having seen many videos of controlled demolitions I have no doubt in my mind on a professional level that WTC 7 was a controlled demolition. While there are other circumstances involved including two impacts, I am persuaded by the rate of collapse and the cover up of forensic evidence that WTC 1 and 2 were also controlled demolitions.

No building would ever simply collapse like the Twin Towers did without explosives. My father, an engineer, was interested in skyscraper demolition and for years had me watching films of building demolitions . Plastic injection molding has been my trade for 17+ years. I have been using scientific molding principles for 3 years. I use advanced technology like cavity pressure sensors, high temperature controllers and statistical analysis software to determine repeatable processes.
I have been suspect of this since the day it occurred. I was watching C-SPAN two weeks or so before and there was a man talking about how he was going to reduce the size of the military by closing down many overseas bases. This cannot be ignored as it was clearly a threat to the industrial military complex that this nation depends on so much for economically. I was working second shift that year and was home that day. Upon hearing the news my supervisor called me and I even mentioned that this could be an inside job designed to start a war. This was all said before the towers even fell. The fact that they all three fell straight down like a controlled demolition is so unlikely, unless it was controlled.

I am scheduled in April 2012 to take the NCEES exams for licensure and registration as a Civil Engineer in the state of California.
NIST's report concluding that WTC 7 collapsed as a result of structural failure caused by fire is incomplete at best and disingenuous at worst. A new independent investigation is warranted and should be commissioned to fully investigate the possibility of collapse by controlled demolition.

I am currently an undergraduate student at Liberty University enrolled in the practice of Computer Engineering. I have been exposed to fundamental concepts of both the Sciences and Mathematics, with fresh experience in the world of physics and engineering.
The moment my eyes saw the way WTC7 collapsed, something felt by far unnatural. From watching the tech briefing on how WTC7 collapsed from the NIST, it only raised my suspicions further due to their weak explanations on the matter. My opinion on the matter is simple; someone, whether it be one person or a group of people from the NIST, is going through great lengths to not be assumed responsible for something that we don't know yet. With regards to their statement of endangering public safety on the investigation of how WTC7 truly fell, it can be speculated that the truth behind the events would enrage fellow citizens that were deeply impacted by 9/11. To sum up my thoughts into one coherent conclusion, NIST's explanation is just unfeasible. Even though I'm just a student, it's pretty obvious with common sense that WTC7 was NOT pulled down by office fires, and this only makes them ever-so-suspicious with regards to their declination to investigate the area.

I have been performing construction starting at 13 years old in HVAC/sheet metal Fab.Also doing odd jobs in residential construction up to age 17 when I opened a subcontracting company to beform interior buildout in a commercial industry.a list of jobs worked on while company was opened as reads Hannible elementary school,Oswego Town Hall,Hilton Garden Hotel, Syracuse hulers wearhouse/office building, [OCC,TC3,Morrisville colleges] with many more working as an interior contractor .Then closed my company at 19 while working on the Golisano Children's Hospital in Syracuse NY were I worked as a plumber pipe fitter for 1 year for NCMI. I was on the project from ground/roff up it was a 6 story addition off the top of the working hospital. I know four trade of construction proficiently ,I now how to build structures many different ways they are constructed and so on.
As above I have been there and built that I do know how buildings are constructed and what it takes for them to fall. I have always watched demolition crews in person and on TV bring down big ,small,tall, short ,wide, narrow ,structures be demolished and have taken part in predemo while seeing the first tower fall in perfect proximity yet only having damage to the upper 1 corner i said to my self and others around that that was a perfect drop and from what I know about doing so [which is not much ]that it was not caused from the plane. In order to do something of that magnatude with that precision that it was a highly planned event from pro's. Followed by whispers of the towers having so called problems in the months and weeks prior to 911. With crews in and out during that period I have and always believed that it was a conspiracy by our Goverment/ I for one of probably a few million know that a building of this size could not nor would not fall so perfect unless it was extensively planned for months.

Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow Scotland. 2007 to the present day worked as a mechancial engineer for ExxonMobil.
A primary concern is that the NIST report did not even test for explosives. There is certainly enough evidence to support the hypothesis that the building collapsed by controlled demolition. This should be enough to motivate a new investigation to address the oversight of the NIST study.

I am industrial engineering student at UW-Milwaukee. I will be graduating in December 2012. My limited technical experience includes the following: November 2010 - April 2011 I worked as a research assistant in an ergonomics laborotory. I collected data on different tests designed to look at stroke survivors' ability to grab and hold items. February 2011 - Present I currently work as a systems engineering intern for a company that designs and assembles conveyor and associated conveyor components.
I have been researching the 9/11 incidents for close to 5 years. Taking into account: first responder interviews (found all over YouTube), comparing the collapse of all three towers against a controlled collapse, collapse at or near free fall acceleration, no precedent for a high-rise collapse due to fire in human history, the incendairy thermite and nano-thermite found everywhere in the dust particles, and, the mid air pulverization of tons of steel and concrete I have come to the conclusion that the official story is false. A new investigation is completely warranted.

I watched the second plane fly over and hit the second tower from my terrace, nine blocks from the WTC. My life changed forever that day and I have never recovered. Having lived in NYC for a long time, all I can say about the original location was that the towers were so alive and beautiful and the people who worked there were full of hopes and dreams for their future. What they got was not the American dream. It brings tears to my eye every time I think of 911 and the friends who were lost there.

Repair electronic devices, repair TV's, repair motors. My main thing is solving problems. I am 62 years old, 40 years solving problems. I can fix motors and anything electronic. I also rebuild houses.
These buildings didn't fall down. They are built of steel and cement. This was done by a demo team. They lied about how it happened. Radio controlled planes? Number of people who died on 9/11? They lied about all that happened. Don't trust anything they say.

The physical evidence does not support the official explanation of 9/11 WTC building failures. An independent and publicly accountable investigation is in order.

Ddesigned Commuter tunnel up to 1979 (a 300 million $ project) in Philadelphia. Became bridge Enginner expert in Cable and orthotropic decks. Wrote paper on probabilistic stregth of cables damaged by corrosion. Coauthored manual on same subject.
Aside from the explosions and the melting of steel, I find it impossible that the top pancake could detach from all of its supports at the same time. The failure of those connections, if caused by fire should be slow with visible deformations of the Building, they should be random and at time intervals. I do not believe that the potential energy of one floor relative to the flor below could cause release of such violent energy

The manner in which the buildings collapsed makes me believe that they were destroyed by more than the plane crashes. The most likely cause was controlled explosives.

I did not realize that there was actually a formation of a group or organization that is stating the thoughts that I only have kept in my mind. It amazed me to think that a plane alone could actually bring down a building as these did. These ideas expressed on this site only seem too logical and obviously should be investigated, if only to make the practice of architecture and related construction and building fields take heed and learn from them.
