On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I was formally trained by the government in aerospace technology: airframe structures, hydraulic and pneumatic power systems and the materials and methods for repairing and replenishing these systems. I was also trained and refreshed annually in aircraft firefighting. I was involved in aircraft accident recovery efforts and reconstruction. I worked as an aircraft corrosion specialist dealing with composition and subsequent treatment of metal alloys and their deterioration properties. This included metals subjected to many different stresses such as heat, vibration, acids, salts, biological attacks, and deterioration due to improper alloying.
Based on my past experience with aircraft fuel fires and their documented effect on metal structures, I simply cannot accept the official version of what happened to the three buildings that fell on 9/11. Given the temperature at which jet fuel burns, and the quantity involved in this particular incident, I believe it is patently impossible for it to heat a steel structure of the kind found in WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7 to the point of catastrophic, free-fall collapse such as was exhibited by all three of these buildings on that day. I have personally witnessed mild-steel structures subjected to repeated applications of burning jet fuel over the course of days and weeks with no significant damage resulting to these much weaker structures. There is simply no logical reason to accept the NIST evaluation of the fuel fires on 9/11.

I am not an Architect and not a member of your group, but I have been a member of ny9/11truth, ny9/11t-action and nyccan.org for the past 6 years. I have collected many signatures for the 9/11 Ballot Initiative here in NYC for a new independent investigation of 9/11. Unfortunately our hard work and determination were slighted when the 70 000 signatures were eliminated by the NY City Clerk, thus gagging the voices of 70 000 New Yorkers. I am German born but a naturalized US citizen, traveled all over the world as a PAA in flight purser, retired now, but not retired to do everything in my power to get the truth out about 9/11.
My initial response to the collapse of the towers and building 7 into their footprints was that no building would collapse in this fashion having been hit by a plane. Building 7 in particular was strange, as it was not struck by a plane, and the fires that one could see smoldering and not raging were not enough to bring the building down in such a fashion. For a while I was in denial, but then I heard Dr. David Ray Griffin speak here in NY at a 9/11truth meeting and he convinced me that not all of what our government had been telling us was true. After that I continued reading, especially the scientific data and became an active member in ny9/11truth.

As I watched the collapse occur on the morning of 9/11/01 I was shocked because I had been sure that the buildings would not collapse as I watched for the time between the impact and the collapse. The failure mode made no sense to me as I watched it. I read the article in the New Yorker about the structural engineer of the building about a month later. He wondered if the fault lay in a cost cutting measure at the time of construction that was forced on him - one in which less insulation was wrapped around the steel. He blamed himself for the failure. I find the 9/11 Blueprint for Truth Evidence far more convincing.

I work at Mittal Steel in East Chicago, IN. I run a kress pot carrier and dump gigantic pots full of molten steel/iron and slag. I understand the temperature needed to melt steel and iron, and that there is no way that any steel skyscrapers fell that day because of an office fire. My iron worker brothers that built them with their own hands, and my fellow operating engineers that hoisted those beams into place, will all agree, office fires is baloney! I find that the video and other forensic evidence of the destruction observed in New York on September 11, 2001 was not properly taken into consideration during the government's investigation. Key pieces of information appear to have been disregarded to make the models work the way in which they did. One of the most obvious things that I see is that the probability of asymmetric damage causing a symmetrical collapse of ONE building is extremely low, yet on that day it happened THREE times and each building accelerated in its descent at a rate near or equal to the acceleration due to gravity - meaning that something ELSE had to have done the work of removing the buildings' support members. We need to determine for certain what that something else was, and why it was employed if it was deliberate.
