PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

In view of the pervasive reluctance of officials to release critical evidence, the numerous scientific and engineering anomalies and research results regarding the event, an unbiased investigation is imperative. Anomalies include: uncharacteristic free-fall collapse of buildings, hit or not hit by planes, complete destruction of buildings specifically designed to take impact of large airliners, never-before seen collapse of steel-frame buildings due to fire, persistent molten iron well beyond the temperature of burning fuel, projection of massive debris far from the towers, upward ejection of debris, complete pulverization of concrete and, it appears, even steel, evidence of thermate in dust plus the quick removal of twisted, severed steel columns from crime site. These are professional technical assessment issues specific to WTC 1,2&7. There are a multitude of other anomalies, and a chain of suspicious behaviors and subsequent hasty legal and foreign policy activities with suspicious basis, all which strip validity from all the ad-hominem attack arguments and scientifically untenable studies which have sought to discredit anyone honestly skeptical. Truth and reconciliation came to south Africa. In the land of the free and home of the brave, justice can and must be carried out. If the government story holds water, those who advocate it would only be vindicated and so no objection is reasonable.

I remember being very surprised by the collapse of the Twin Towers after the planes struck. Despite the damage and fires, it did not seem possible. I also remember reports of Building 7 being evacuated because it was expected to come down from sustained damage. I accepted the explanations given by the media. It wasn't until years later that I started examining the research of experts on this and other websites and rethinking my discomfort with the official account. From an understanding of steel failure, I would expect any collapse to be gradual and asymmetric. If the official story were true, it would be a major embarrassment to the US design and construction industry that these towers failed so catastrophically, especially Building 7. I want to stand on the right side of history. We all deserve a real investigation with subpoena power, that explores every possibility.

In fact, the evidence points to a controlled demolition. I was in New York City from Sept 12th through Sept 16th in 2001. I distinctly remember the smell of sulfur and the smell of magnesium in the air downtown through those days. I never put it all together on why those smells were present at the time. Watching AE911Truth confirmed for me the reason why I was smelling sulfur and magnesium in the air. A new and in depth non biased investigation needs to be held on why these hard target structures collapsed. The American people deserve to know the truth. I work at Mittal Steel in East Chicago, IN. I run a kress pot carrier and dump gigantic pots full of molten steel/iron and slag. I understand the temperature needed to melt steel and iron, and that there is no way that any steel skyscrapers fell that day because of an office fire. My iron worker brothers that built them with their own hands, and my fellow operating engineers that hoisted those beams into place, will all agree, office fires is baloney! I find that the video and other forensic evidence of the destruction observed in New York on September 11, 2001 was not properly taken into consideration during the government's investigation. Key pieces of information appear to have been disregarded to make the models work the way in which they did. One of the most obvious things that I see is that the probability of asymmetric damage causing a symmetrical collapse of ONE building is extremely low, yet on that day it happened THREE times and each building accelerated in its descent at a rate near or equal to the acceleration due to gravity - meaning that something ELSE had to have done the work of removing the buildings' support members. We need to determine for certain what that something else was, and why it was employed if it was deliberate.

The visual, physical, and forensic evidence, supported by the laws of mechanics and physics as known to date, clearly indicate that WTC Buildings 1, 2, & 7 collapsed onto their respective foundations via some form or method of 'controlled demolition'.
