PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have been project designer for the San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (Skyway, East Tie In, and Oakland Touch Down Detour) and the Benicia Martinez Bridge (CA) as well as numerous other bridges valued at over $200M. I am currently working on the planned demolition of the old San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge (east cantilever truss) and the new Gerald Desmond Bridge at Long Beach Harbor in California. - - - - I have provided construction engineering services for several major bridges including precast and cast-in-place, prestressed concrete box girder bridges constructed by segmental methods, a major concrete arch structure. a cable suspension bridge, and steel truss bridges. - - - - I was Principal Investigator for the Applied Technology Council project ATC-32 for the development of seismic design recommendations for California bridges as well as serving on several other ATC projects. I have taught several courses on the seismic design and retrofitting of bridges for FHWA, Caltrans, UC Berkeley, etc., and was recipient of the ATC Award of Excellence for Extraordinary Achievement in Seismic Design and Retrofitting of Bridges. - - - - I have conducted forensic engineering studies and served as expert witness for the premature collapse during demolition of the Chile Bar Bridge in California, and participated in the forensic investigation of a steel eye-bar failure on the existing San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge.
It is clear from the additional evidence uncovered by A&E for 911truth that the people have not been told the whole truth about the building collapses during the events of 9/11/01. New evidence may point to sinister participation by elements within our own government. Because of the impact of these events on our current political and financial situation and on the future of our republic, it is imperative that the investigation be reopened to either lay these suspicions to rest or to expose any wrong doing. This will be necessary before we can heal as a nation.

I am a licensed mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience in the areas of mechanical design and combustion.
I have spent a lot of time researching the WTC failure modes and the one conclusion I have drawn is that the official explanation fails to explain the events of 9/11. Some example questions I have are: 1) Where does the recent finding of the explosive thermite in WTC dust fit into the official explanation of the WTC collapse? 2)An open fire consisting of office debris and jet fuel will burn with a maximum temperature of ~1800F. (as a side note, on 9/11, the fire was much cooler as proven with the orange flames and black clouds of soot). It is well known that structural steel will lose ~1/2 its yield strength at 1800F. So my question is how does a structure designed to be 100 to 1000 times stronger than required fails when only 50% its strength is compromised? In other words, the structure would have had to lose over 99% of its strength to have failed when in fact worst case it lost only 50%. 4) What are the odds of all three buildings failing with the same symptoms and questions as outlined in questions 1 through 3? If someone can find answers to these questions that is supported by physics, I believe we will be heading in the direction of truly understanding what took place on 9/11.

After completing his PhD formed a company to produce nano composites. It was immediately obvious from examination of dust from all three towers that nano materials were used to damage the floors after aircraft impact resulting in smoke clouds of Al2O3 + micron spherical Fe particles. Also the supporting columns were cut using nano thermite.

Recently Pilots For 9/11 Truth have analyzed the speeds reported for the aircraft utilized on 9/11. Numerous aviation experts have voiced their concerns regarding the extremely excessive speeds reported above Maximum Operating for the 757 and 767, particularly, United and American Airlines 757/767. These experts are captains who have actual flight time in all 4 aircraft reportedly used on 9/11. These experts state the speeds are impossible to achieve near sea level in thick air if the aircraft were a standard 757/767 as reported. Combined with the fact the airplane which was reported to strike the south tower of the World Trade Center was also producing high G Loading while turning and pulling out from a dive. The whole issue becomes incomprehensible to fathom how a standard 767 can perform such maneuvers at such intense speeds exceeding Maximum Operating limits of the aircraft. This is so especially for those who research the topic thoroughly and have expertise in aviation.

I understand basic physics and work with some very large companies within engineering, but it has taken a long time to actually assess the evidence and realise that the collapse of the towers is totally impossible. 9/11 was a constructed event, used as the justification for invading multiple countries and killing millions to serve the interests of the corporations and elite. I was only 13 years old by the time 9/11 happened. I remember watching it in the news with my family not believing that it's really just happening. After the first shock and when I saw the twins fall down I knew immediately something just wasn't right. My personal opinion is that I didn't need all those schools to know it and everyone who dares to think for himself rather than just accept what the authority tells us has to see at least a hint of something that is missing in the whole story. Later when I became an exchange student in the US and made friends there I was curious about their opinion on 9/11 and I was so disturbed that most of them believed the official version not accepting any further discussion. I think people need to know the truth and therefore I am glad for this initiative and call for independant investigation.

Having researched various information outlets regarding 9/11 I have no option but to conclude that what was witnessed that day was a carefully instigated act of mass murder, orchestrated by people in powerful positions, be that political or other, as a means to an end. I took several physics classes in college. I was also an official physics college tutor for the athletic team in college.
I read the 9/11 NIST report, Popular Mechanics debunking article, and many youtube videos on 9/11. To me, the NIST official report is pseudo-science which merits no credence. Here is an example taken directly from the report: 'During Stage 2, the north face descended essentially in free fall, indicating negligible support from the structure below. This is consistent with the structural analysis model which showed the exterior columns buckling and losing their capacity to support the loads from the structure above.'It is quite obvious, that if that was really the case, and only the north face was in free fall, we would have seen a much more asymmetrical descent of building 7, like in their model. But we saw the entire building descending at the rate of free fall. The NIST simulation model clearly doesn't match with what we see in the videos.Also, in the WTC South Tower, the top of the building which was above the crash zone had snapped off, but it was clearly detonated before the portion of the building below the crash zone started to descend. If it hadn't been detonated, it would have fallen off the building or descended as one piece, since it wasn't affected by the jet fuel fires.

I have a craft apprenticeship (mechanical/power stn maintenance) tool maker. Built 30 ft 14 ton sail boat sailed to the Caribbean. I worked repairing mega yachts. I also worked as chief engineer on mega yachts. I became captain of 400 ton 160 ft gentleman's yacht. I am now retired... sailed to pacific, Galapagos etc and back to the UK.
It is a blatant black flag operation. 9/11 is a pivotal time for the world. They murdered and maimed without a care to pursue their sick need for unlimited power. You guys are brilliant. Thank you for this opportunity.

WTC buildings 1,2, and 7 were obviously brought down by demolition.
