On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

From my experience with aluminum and bronze alloys in the casting industry, I am aware of the difference between the melting temperatures of certain alloys such as aluminum and steel. At the same time, my experience with mechanical and physical testing of materials makes it difficult to believe the NIST conclusion that the collapse of WTC building 7 was attributed to the fire in that building alone. The basic fundementals of mechanics of materials and structural analysis of the steel columns makes the NIST conclusion difficult to accept based on scientific and engineering principals. A futher investigation using a scientific approach applied to the steel columns of this building was required in order to determine the actual contributing and root cause of the building collapse including the distorted condition of the salvaged steel from 09/11/2001.

I have over 25 years of refining and petroleum engineering and project management and construction experience. I graduated with a BSCE degree from Montana State University in 1982. I was also a nuclear reactor operator in the US Navy prior to college. Although my degree is in Civil engineering, my career has centered on multi-discipline engineering design and the project management required for developing surface oil production facilities or refinery modification and expansion projects. I currently work for an engineering consulting firm in the Pacific Northwest. I have completed engineering projects for most of the major oil companies during my career. Typical projects range in capital cost from $5MM to $40MM.
The destruction of the WTC buildings had to be accomplished by a well-planned, designed and engineered controlled demolition. Richard Gage does an excellent job in identifying key physical evidence to prove controlled demolition was used to destroy all three WTC towers. The evidence he presents can be intuitively grasped by ordinary people and should be even more convincing to engineers experienced with the physics and engineering mechanics.

There is no doubt in my mind that the 9/11 event was a false flag op conducted by *** and ** and ****** The way the event was presented in the media real time had all the marks of a prepared event, for example, the EARLY BBC reporting of the collapse of the Sullivan building 7,while it was still visibly standing over the correspondents shoulder! Various ''strange'' breathless characters that were interviewed and who gave details that were not witnessed by the majority present to implant false memories in the still shocked public's mind and ad credence to the ''fairytale'. This is a typical method of brainwashing by the CIA, which they learned at the end of WWII from Germany. The removal of the debris so as to hide the condition of the steel girders that had obviously been ''sliced through'' by something. The free fall collapse and the failure for the building to just buckle and lean over as in other large building fire collapse. The constant use of the word ''terrorists'' by the leaders in the early hours. the fat they want us to believe that a fire was so intense that it made a massive building fall free fall and melt steel did not even singe a passport found at the foot of the site which was supposed to be from one of ''the terrorists''. The fact that the ''patsies'' accused of flying the craft attended a flying school in florida that is used by the CIA! and that the local aviation authority was told to ''back off'' when they wanted to do a check on the school pre event. We are led to believe that ''novice pilots'' did what a Luftwaffe pilot would find challenging. The fact that the weekend before the collapse there were power failures in the building and many technicians were seen to be entering and leaving the building throughout the day and night supposedly fixing ''the lights''.The fact that the twin towers security was controlled by a Bush member is also a perfect coincidence. Also how could a building that holds so many people have its escape doors to the roof LOCKED! was that ever officially addressed? I also suspect that the plane that went down in PV was shot down, as the debris was not that expected of a typical commercial plane crash. Also telling is how the US government had the ''Patriot act'' ready to go!UKUSA had already in place various other bills that prepared them for the invasion of the middle east only weeks prior this event. The debris from the collapse was not that of a fire collapse. The fact that the twin tower site was a ''white elephant'' but was acquired only weeks previously by Larry Silverstein who took out an insurance that would cover terrorist attacks by aircraft. The 9/11 event is probably one of the greatest evil plans the world has ever seen where the perpetrators got away with it. "I have many doubts about the collapse of the Twin Towers and the Building 7 was explained only by the action of the two aircraft crash, the fire and the gravity according to the official report. These reasons do not explain the symmetrical collapse of the buildings and their free fall. It makes no sense from the structural point of view that deformation of the horizontal trusses by fire broke the external pillars because they was designed to withstand the load of the beams. Nor does it explain that the core structure had collapsed first. Nor does it explain the successive explosions seen and heard by hundreds of witnesses. Or why they rush to collect all the steel pillars of the structural core for melting before being studied, or why they found steel pillars cut to 45' and V shaped, or why the steel was bent and melted, or why the concrete was pulverized instead of finding the concrete slabs one upon another as ""The Pancake Theory"" says about collapsing, or why remains of office furniture and equipment has not been found, or why the victims was pulverized, or why high temperatures between 400' and 1300'C were recorded in the rubble until three months after the collapse of the three buildings, etc..."

My experience with operating coal fired boilers that utilizes large volumes of fuel oil allows me to question that fuel oil created sufficient heat to create molten steel. It would be very difficult to utilize fuel oil to produce damage to structural steal. Black smoke is unquestionable evidence that the fuel oil from the jets in no way achieved sufficient heat to cause structural steal failure. The fuel oil would have had to be atomized with oxygen, not air, in exact amounts to heat to iron and even then it would have been a slow failure.

WTC 7 clearly was brought down by a controlled demolition procedure. The official explanation of WTC 7's collapse, by NIST report, contradicts the laws of physics. WTC 7 clearly came down at free fall. NIST should not withhold the data used for the software model they used to simulate collapse of WTC7; that information should be released to the American public. I understand the dynamics of aircraft and under which limitations they are designed. Aircraft have a very stringent area of design criteria, strong enough to fly under various load conditions though have to be light enough for fuel efficiency. Basically, an aircraft would crumble on impact and create very little penetration into a building constructed of concrete and steel, let alone, fly through the building, explode and bring an entire structure crumbling, this is completely impossible.

I have degrees in electrical engineering and economics. I graduated Magna Cum Laude in engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, an accredited engineering college.
Specifically on WTC7, I doubt you need an engineering degree to see that collapse of the building was a controlled demolition. Even controlled demolitions often don't fall as well as this building. There is probably one in a million instances where that building could have fallen the way it did without a demo crew. And I guess that's what the NIST report was designed to show.

Seeing building 7 come down without being hit by a plane is proof that the investigation's results are flawed, incomplete, and faulty. An aircraft hit the Empire State building, and barely damaged it. Why would the newer, stronger WTC Twin Towers be more susceptible to an aircraft strike? And stop telling us that jet fuel melted steel. It simply can't generate enough heat to melt steel, no matter how much carpet and office furniture you ignite with the fuel. You can't make the thermodynamic case for metallurgic failure that would produce complete structural failure. The dynamics don't work out, either. The mass and kinetic energy of the airplane impact is not enough to trigger a catastrophic structural failure.

It is impossible to ignore the profound body of evidence that those Towers were not brought down by those planes. Even more incredulous is the impossibility of the WTC 7 building being so rapidly symmetrically demolished by a simple building fire started by the flying debris from the Twin Tower. It appears that there is very surprising information about the possible destruction mechanism of the Twin Towers that has not been made public by the government. The implications of possible intentional and deliberate destruction of the towers by explosion are tremendous, and very disturbing. The notion of a government cover-up and involvement in the tragedy is still very hard to believe, although the evidence from the video on YouTube is hard to ignore. Therefore, I believe a full and proper investigation should be mounted to uncover the true facts and assign responsibility to the perpetrators.
