PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I tend to view conspiracy theory material as a skeptic, and this is how I approached this issue. After reading peer reviewed studies done at Brigham Young University, I began taking the issue seriously. The fact that many other high-rise structures have sustained fires for long durations without structural failure really makes me question how Jet A fuel burned at atmospheric conditions (sustained fires, post-explosion) could possible generate heat necessary to compromise the structural integrity of the steel to result in structural failure. The near free-fall collapse speeds (documented on video) of the buildings doesn't seem possible from a localized structural failure. If there was structural failure as a result of fire and impact, I would expect an asymmetrical failure of the buildings however the buildings almost entirely upon themselves. I would like to see some more research done upon this subject.

The official explanation of the collapse of the twin towers and building 7 overlooks key evidence that absolutely should be incorporated into the investigation. The fact that building 7, with limited office fires in a relatively small portion of the building, collapsed instantaneously and symmetrically at the acceleration of gravity with almost no resistance at all from the concrete and steel below is alone bizarre enough to warrant further investigation. The investigation should be about truth and nothing else.

I attended a conference where a janitor from the WTC claimed he heard explosions in the basement prior to the collapses. I cannot fathom how WTC7 could collapse due to a fire.

Saw the towers come down on CNN in luderitz, Namibia on 9 Sept 2001 - as far away from that world as you could get. Bought into the bush conspiracy immediately and thought nothing more about it until I was looking for some images of the world trade centers towers in July 2007 and came across the vast amount of info on the net about the incidents and the alternate theories (some very wacky and out there) to what happened. Then I saw both Richards slide show and Steve e Jones power point on the net and found the facts presented did not added up to what had been presented as the truth at the time. When you step back and have over view , what Richard is asking for makes complete sense. The research presented by Richard is sound. Buildings do not collapse the way these three did by themselves.

A series of free fall collapses are not scientifically justifiable, against two of the highest principles of physics, Newton's Third Law and the Law of Momentum Conservation. I left the Con Edison Communications control room and I watched the 2nd tower go down from the roof of 111 8th Avenue I witnessed the amount of federal people and national guard resources that were already on the ground before the towers collapsed I participated in some of the mapping events of NY OEM - Office of Emergency Management using GIS systems to locate critical damaged utilities I talked to many people who swore they would deny they spoke to me if quoted A collected over 1000 photographs of the WTC disaster - many of which came from my Bell Atlantic /Verizon cousin from within 140 West Street which was like being in the the 1st tier stage mezzanine of an event I realized why the substations had to be taken out and the exact footprint it would render corporate and residential occupancy uninhabitable for months I talked extensively to IBEW Local 3 - A Card electricians that were in the towers on 9-10 and the days that led up to 09-11 , from which I learned some very disturbing things about the unidentified squads of people that commandeered the freight elevators that week and an unprecedented amount of fire drills that insisted on evacuation all the way to the lobby I am a firm believer in providing the facts to people to determine for themselves what happened rather than be guided by emotions or using the reflexive 'conspiracy theories' verbiage 7 WTC with two full power substations within in it with floors and walls reinforced to withstand the highest category of hurricane and or earthquake - and professional engineers stand at a microphone telling other engineers that a fire caused the building to immediately and completely collapse I write in again to Engineers and Architects for 9-11 Truth noting that as of the time of this writing it is May of 2018 and the Cortland Street subways station beneath the 2nd WTC tower is still not yet opened and completed reconstruction That in and of it self sheds quite a bit of light on the abnormality of the whole situation

I'm a Electrical Engineering student at SJSU. I have been following for years all the investigations surrounding the events on 9/11, and I think the only irrefutable evidence of the cover up is the demolition of building WTC #7. This fundamental piece is they key to demand an investigation by independent scholars.
The videos showing the close to free fall demolition of Building 7 at the WTC on 9/11 have been often ignored by the media for all these years, which induced the consequent state of general amnesia amongst the general public. Most of very well informed people are unable to recollect the demolition of the 47-story structure. Thanks to this organization for raising awareness about these facts.

There is an abundance of eyewitness statements and video evidence that contradicts the official report of the WTC destruction. Based on my experience, having witnessed first hand the destruction of a steel frame structure due to fire, having studied the deformation, twisting of steel portal frames, I disagree with the findings by NIST. I do not accept that the three main structures involved collapsed at freefall speed through the path of greatest resistance. Resistance that increases the further down the towers collapse given that steel columns would be of huge proportions at lower levels in order to carry the significant loadings from upper stories. It just does not make sense and defies basic physics.

I've been involved in structural engineering for the automotive industry for over 20 years. I understand and am competent in full FEA (Finite Element Analysis) mechanical physics and material behaviours.
I thoroughly know that, from witness accounts, mechanical physics and material properties, at the very least, WTC7 was professionally demolished. This would take weeks, if not months, to set up correctly and safely. With that in mind, a demolition date was set, prior to 9/11. I do not pertain to understand the motive behind this, nor who did it, but the narrative is completely false as portrayed in the media and the NIST investigation. WTC7 is the smoking gun. WTC7 was not brought down by 'office fires'.

After reviewing your presentation, along with others, it is obvious that the narrative we were given by the Bush government could not have been plausible. No way a jet brought down a building! The fuel would atomize as the wings disintegrated into the steel beams, and this would instantly flash off from the sparks and the arcing of the electrical service cabling throughout the structure. Keeping in mind that the flooring was encased in asbestos and the building had the strictest standards of fireproof materials and furnishings in the books. No way!

The dismissal of certain facts are what drew me to the issue initially. First, the issue of office furnishings being unable to create a heat source sufficient of melting the steel structure. Second, the issue that when the buildings collapsed there was zero resistance making them fall at the rate of gravity.

As soon as I saw the video of the towers and bldg. 7, I knew something wasn't right. The supposed stock airplanes (aluminum cans with wings) should have crumpled on impact hitting a structure of steel and concrete. Then the obvious collapse of the buildings due to demolition type explosions just didn't fit the governments narrative.

I do not believe the American public has been told the truth about the events of 9/11 nor do I believe a thorough and complete scientific investigation was ever completed. Even the official 9/11 Commission stated as much. I would very much like to see a full, complete and comprehensive scientific investigation completed with full access to all of the information regarding the events of that sad day.
