On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I am by no means convinced on professional grounds that collapse of WTC buildings resulted from weakening of their steel frame structures (their buckling) due to fires as declared by NIST. From first hand experience, the process of melting solid iron or steel requires enormous amounts of energy either in an arc furnace or a blast furnace. We did not use hydrocarbon fuel or burning office supplies to melt the iron. There is ample evidence on this website to compel a new investigation: molten iron, chemical signatures of thermate, lack of pancaked floors, multiple eye-witness testimonies of explosions before the collapse. Mr. Gage and others like him are heroes for standing up for our country and telling the truth about what really happened on 9/11.

I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. I managed large gun programs for the military. I have experience in root cause analyses when the unanticipated occurs.
Here is my synopsis of the situation: 1. The 3 World Trade Center buildings that collapsed were designed to withstand commercial jet impact and the subsequent fire. Unless the design margins were compromised, they should not have collapsed. 2. If the design margins were compromised, and they were reason for the collapse, the buildings would still not have collapsed in the extremely controlled fashion that was observed. Thus, design margin does not appear to be the cause of the collapses. 3. In searching for a plausible cause, the evidence first pointed to explosives. Evidence of explosions was provided by the numerous people that reported hearing them, by the evidence of high velocity radial trajectories of debris, and by the degree to which the debris field was pulverized. 4. The evidence then pointed to demolition-class explosives. Evidence of demolition-class explosives was provided by people seeing molten steel in a fire that should have been at least 1000 F below steel's melting point, by the debris field being permeated by bb-sized steel-based spheres that shouldn't have been 'vaporized', by the presence of elements unique to a demolition-class explosive in the debris field, and by the fact that all 3 buildings 'free fell' to the ground as if their infrastructure had suddenly disappeared (as is typical of demolition). 5. The evidence finally pointed to the use of military-grade demolition-class explosives. 6. If the conclusions from this evidence prove true, and to date they have not been refuted, the group of people responsible for the destruction of the WTC buildings remain at large, and the threat that destroyed the WTC buildings remains. 7. Unfortunately, the official root cause report does not account for the use of explosives at all. 8. For the United States to hold its own in a rough world, the reality of the situation must be irrefutably determined, and appropriate corrective actions taken. The current official report may be right, incompetent, or a cover-up. If the current official report does not withstand challenge, and the demolition claim stands, corrective actions must be taken against the people responsible, as well as the people that authored the root cause report, either for incompetence or for a willful cover-up. To do otherwise is to encourage a repeat performance.

I've been working in the construction field for more than 3 years now, on an structural design approach, for public and private organization in Colombia. I studied six months structural steel design in Mexico as well.

What I saw perplexed me as from my background, I determined that a 757 could not have possibly fit into a 16-foot hole and leave little to no debris field at that. Afterwards, I contacted a friend who works for a governmental agency (commercial building engineer) and asked him how it is possible that aviation fuel could burn hot enough to 'melt' the steel trusses and supposedly causing a 'pancake' collapse. Then I asked him how WTC 7 fell. He only answered that fires were hot enough in WTC 7 to cause its collapse. The last time I spoke to him was in 2001 and he will not return my phone calls. He defended the WTC 1 & 2 official 'pancake' explanation. I've since listened and printed out many theories as to why these buildings fell. Steven Jones suggestion about thermite or thermate is intriguing. Others have suggested a mini-nuke device was implanted at the base of the buildings. It is obvious WTC 7 was a controlled demolition. But I wanted to hear from the experts, such as those on this site. My biggest objective now is to find out why the evidence was removed before experts could examine it - especially the steel. Why did fires keep burning under the rubble for over a month? But most important is why the investigations are being obviously covered-up. This is why I appreciate your site and will gladly sign the petition.

1st love: cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats; I want to make 'em go faster, handle better & have had success in that field from drag-racing to land-speed-record racing. But I got involved in the commercial building industry in the early 1990's & have worked on projects including the 60-story Bank of America headquarters in downtown Charlotte, NC, and hurricane-proof buildings in Florida. I would not qualify myself as a structural engineer, but I've been a mechanical engineer for over 40 years & have worked on projects which required an understanding of how buildings are built, why this works & that doesn't. I also understand how buildings are prepared for demolition.
Although there is a great deal of evidence regarding what caused the collapse of the 'Twin Towers' & the cause of the collapse of WTC 7 is quite clear (controlled implosion), I cannot say I know exactly why the Twin Towers collapsed. However, I can say, with 100% certainty, that the official Gov't. report can't possibly be true. The laws of physics do not change & the Gov't. report defies the laws of physics.

It is obvious that the twin towers were each demolished by controlled demolition. It is obvious that WTC Building Number 7--never hit by any airplane-- was demolished by controlled demolition. Molten metal, found at or below ground level at the twin tower rubble and lasting in the molten state for weeks, could not have been caused by jet fuel. Commercial Airliners flying at approximately 700 to 800 feet per second, at less than 2000 feet above sea level would most likely fall apart due to air density and drag. Since the horizontal margin of error allowing for total airplane penetration into each Twin was only 25 feet, it is impossible for the inexperienced southern asian people at the airplane controls to negotiate the collisions at the stated air speeds. Experienced pilots have said they could not do it. Finally, why was there no significant debris field at the Pentagon? At Shanksville, Pa. why was there only a relatively small hole in the ground instead of a debris field?

I know for a fact that WTC7 was indeed a classic controlled demolition. How does a 47 story building fall into it's greatest path of resistance at free fall velocity into it's own foot print? I have reviewed the material you and some others have presented and I have reluctantly concluded that the collapse of the WTC7 tower was, as you and your group have stated, probably due to controlled internal explosions; and that this may also apply to towers 1 and 2. I have no idea why or how all this took place, but it does seem that it would have been difficult for terrorists to achieve this on their own.

A pool of very high temperature liquid metal / steel flowing from the WTC's one of its floor is not possible in no normal fire of any kind. 4. Every fuel/fire has some range of flame temperature. 5. to melt steel--- very very fast --- huge reservoir.----high temperature say 5000 C --- spot/focused fires are needed--------ridiculous for jet fuel in limited O2. 6. Thermite is one possible option with many many possibilities.......... 7. Controlled thermite reactions are unstoppable, leave no traces of the reactants--no slag/glass as with WTC high molten steel--nano particles of iron+booster (e.g.,Ca oxides/chlordes/nitrates/sulphates etc and others in combinations will increase the temperature in times/X not in percentages even vaporize the portions of the steel structures simultaneously with self ignition---auto internally O2 releasing compounds at critical / elevated temperature will do superb job. 8. Auto /self ignition steel/iron +other metals + their nano powders +metal oxides/salts + oxidizers (O2 releasing) +highly pure & pressurized O2 in small diameter pipes attached with the steel structures will not only melt but may even vaporize the steel parts in unstop able short/retard able times.

Five years of formal mechanical drafting in general architecture and bridge design with many additional years of independent study in the design and construction of residential and light industrial structures and barn restoration with additional experience in building demolition and explosives.
Truth be told that anyone examining the vast amount of video evidence available can bare witness to the simple fact that the destruction of any and all of the WTC buildings bares way more resemblence to a controlled demolition than a natural collapse due to fire. Anyone who cannot see the obvious discrepancy between the gathered body of evidence and the official story either has not looked at it or is lying.

I was 9 years old when I watched over 3,000 people die on live television and was smart enough to know how to use my own critical thinking skills from then on to realize that I was being lied to about everything. The years that followed were a nightmare. I had no innocence growing up, it was stripped from me. I watched family lose their homes in an economic catastrophe that no one went to jail for, to the same degree as 9/11. Graduating High School I was left with 3 options: Fight in a War that my cousins and friends returned home from with only painful haunting memories, Pursue a College Degree at the cost of a lifetime of Debt with no guarantee of success, Or be given a hammer and crowbar and remain a slave in the area and on the farm I was raised with no hope of building the future I dreamed of having. That's why I'm signing this petition. Not just to expose obvious lies and treachery of the highest order. I am signing this petition in remembrance of those fellow countrymen and their loved ones who grieve to this day. I am signing this because I demand the truth. Almost every American knows exactly where they were when they first discovered just the beginning to the most horrific event in modern American history. We dont know whether it was an inside job or a very well orchestrated terror attack. Which ever the case, the commission report gave us completely bogus information. Maybe it's our government not releasing classified info on how 9/11 was orchestrated; the info could become a blue print on how to stay undetected and create massive damage. And let's not even talk about WTC seven collapsing 9 hours later. And the commission report came telling us because of fires on a few floors. Never in history has a skyscraper fell due to a fire.

Why if the official version of the events of 911 are true have their been no modifications to the building regulations to prevent it happening again? Why was the US Govt. forced to have a enquiry into the events of that day, the worst criminal act against American citizens to ever have occurred?
