PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

The background of Robert Sogge is unique in that they include training, teaching, research and practical consulting in the specific area of soil-structure interaction. Specifically he has made significant contributions in the areas of anchored sheet piles, laterally loaded piles, reinforced mat foundations systems, and buried arch culverts. As to the 'conspiracy' theory, I don't get into it ' instead, I look at the failure of just Bldg #7 that came down at 5:23 pm after only being hit by a small 40 ft by 40 ft section of steel beam. The building constructed of steel came tumbling down. I, as a designing Civil Engineer, would not want to design with such a material if that were the case. So it is said to have failed by 'progressive failure'. Where is the research, conferences and study on this topic. Where is AISC in defending their product as they always used to do in comparisons to concrete structures? Where are our professional groups like ASCE on this topic? I notice that ASCE sponsored a 'paper' on the Pentagon Bldg failure ' but the study was a joke in that concrete walls were replaced by columns in the analysis. When the Teton Dam failed in the late 70's, the cause of the failure was investigated. The failure generated much research and subsequent conferences on Hydraulic Fracturing ' the culprit. Thank you for finally creating a voice for those of us who would like to correct the facts for the public and preserve the profession we work in and love.

Initially I worked for Servomechanisms Inc for 2 years, then Nortronics on the Polaris Missile System for 2 years before joining Canoga Electronics. My work there for 8 years was on digital interfaces. I briefly worked at Sagetec, a startup, before forming Data Works in Los Angeles in 1973. Three years later it was purchased by Fairchild who moved it to San Jose. In 1978, myself and two partners bought it back from Fairchild and started ICS Electronics which specialized in GPIB computer to instrument interfaces. I was president and ran the company until was sold in 2018. Construction has always been a side interest of mine as we built two buildings for ICS and our own home in the Bay area. I am currently retired and doing some consulting for ICS.
The video about the collapse of 1 WTC has always bothered me. I am qualified with a Masters degree in the first class in the subject of civil engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK. Since graduating in 2004 I spent six years as a civil engineer in Manchester, working mainly in the area of structural design and including over 2 years of construction site experience. Having researched every aspect of the collapses using sources such as the videos presented on the A&E website, it is my dedicated opinion that controlled demolition was responsible. Drawing on my structural engineering experience, my knowledge of physics, the evidence presented in numerous credible websites and books, and above all basic common sense, I consider gravitational collapse to be a wholly inaccurate description for the collapse mechanism as it is not in keeping with any of the physical evidence. Such evidence is easily accessible online for anyone who is willing to do their own research, though willingness appears to come second to willful ignorance in many cases, then worst of all there is apathy. Out of the many unexplained anomalies uncovered in the official story of 9/11, the building collapses (particularly WTC7) are the aspects most communicable to the public in raising awareness of these anomalies along with the puzzling fact that we do not yet have any proof of who orchestrated the attacks.

I was a registered Architect in the State of California from 1970 until 1997 when I retired and moved to Maine. I had my own Architectural practice in San Diego for about 25 years, before which I was a head designer and Architect for SGPA Architects, and Mosher, Drew Architects in San Diego, California.
There is very little question in my mind that the collapse of all three WTC buildings was the result of planned controlled demolition based on the evidence that has been presented. Most importantly, all three buildings came down at nearly free-fall speed directly into their footprints, molten iron with traces of sulfur and magnesium were found underneath the rubble of all three buildings weeks after 9/11, and nano iron spheres and unexploded thermatic material has been found throughout the dust at numerous locations. This must be re-investigated based on all of the newly discovered, and the 911 commission report omitted evidence. Three thousand innocent people died that day, and to date, nearly that many have now died as a result of breathing the toxic dust produced by these murderous acts. Congress, we demand an new independent investigation with full subpoena power.

There is some doubt that the Trade Center towers could have collapsed without demolition explosives being utilized. What caused the third tower to fall? It might be more reliable to have a non-governmental citizens' investigation convention comprised of experts and participants who are not under the influence of past or current administrations, congress, the pentagon or other agencies, or political lobbies. It might be possible for pro bono legal specialists to initiate and monitor a broader freedom of information act so that additional evidence and facts can be ascertained. Others, including volunteers or paid investigators, journalists, and the media (PBS, C-Span) can play a role. Americans deserve answers to their questions, from reliable sources best able to gather and present the findings.

As for the building THAT WASN'T EVEN HIT BY A PLANE: WTC7 - there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY a wide-scraper with small fires on one side could CRIMP IN THE MIDDLE & then freefall into it's own footprint with almost perfect symmetry. On 9/11 I took a short cut to where I would have been doing the make up for a Fashion Week show. When I got off the subway, the North Tower had been hit. All those around me kept saying it was an accident & a small plane that had hit. A few minutes later, I heard a thunderous noise coming from the NW. I looked to the Hudson & saw the second aircraft. I was standing on the North side of the South Tower. The aircraft hit high above my head. I didn't run but attempted to dodge all that was raining down. During this time, all I remember was jumping out of my skin numerous times from massive explosions which went off in both the North & South Towers causing even more debris. It wasn't until I began researching what happened that day, as the media never talked about anything I saw, including what I heard & smelled, that I finally found out the truth. The actions of not only our government but those around the world is chiefly due to the official 9/11 tale that continues to haunt me and will until the truth is revealed to all.
I was at the North side of the South Tower when I watched the second aircraft fly down the Hudson and crash into the South Tower directly above my head. Unlike most, I didn't run, I had gone into shock & did my best to dodge all that was raining down upon me. What I saw, heard, smelled, was never talked about within our media. There were many very loud explosions which made me jump out of my skin & after each, more debris, body parts, etc. came raining down upon me. I have no recollection of how long I was there, nor how I got to the ferry to New Jersey. But right as I was getting on the ferry, the South Tower collapsed. I surely would have been dead. After moving back to California in 10 days, I received EMDR treatments for my PTSD, I began researching the truth of all I experienced that day because all the media accounts contradicted everything I know I saw, heard, smelled, etc. This opened a Pandora's box so massive & unending that I continue to research to this day. The health problems I have continued to have since then are many. The CDC tested me & said I was fine. I went to be tested independently with the results showing positive for 5 very toxic substances that are found in bombs, not buildings. Those who heard, saw & experienced the bombs going off please come forward so we can join together as a force to bring about justice & the truth of what honestly happened that day.

I am a social worker who was living in NYC 9/11/01. Soon after I had training in the ACS Children's Center on 29th St. & 1st Ave., which was converted to an emergency center for families trying to find if any loved ones survived WTC, plastered with victims' photos. Walking by the local Fire Station with co-workers, we viewed the memorial to Firemen that Station lost in WTC, and the Firemen stared into our eyes silently, giving us the strong sense they wanted to tell us something but couldn't. It makes sense now that I am hearing they are being threatened with jobs/ pensions, etc. if they disclose what happened in WTC. Handing out DVDs in a local group for the 911 Truth Movement via 911truth.org, I met the 1st person to tell me they were in WTC, who said he heard sequenced explosive detonations on many floors. This corroborates all the news footage I'm only seeing now on YouTube.com taken that day of survivors.
In the PBS Documentary 'Why the Towers Fell,' building owner Silverstein said of Tower 7 the decision was made to pull it. It takes weeks to set up a demolition, proving it was planned. Silverstein profited $500 million off the insurance of Tower 7, plus BILLIONS off 1 & 2. Tower 7 had SEC files on Enron/WorldCom $MULTI-BILLION scam investigation, which was dropped as files were lost. Enron & WorldCom have Illuminati symbols in their logos, as found on the back of a dollar. Besides that & the fact that no video of a plane crashing into the Pentagon or Shanksville PA (near Pittsburgh) are produced, the strongest proof may be that a plane allegedly hit the most militarily protected building on earth 80 minutes after the 1st hijacking. There's no way it wouldn't have been shot down.

Watching the symmetry in which all three three towers collapsed directly into their individual footprint was both momentarily hypnotic and totally unbelievable. During the myriad of replays I viewed, before and during each tower collapse, I saw and heard different events taking place that fully convinced me other forces were at play bringing these buildings down. To name a few: 1) explosions coupled with smoke appearing at the base of the towers moments before the collapse. 2) squibs appearing to shoot out from various floors far below the initial damage area. 3) the manner in which the dust and smoke seemed to be expelled up and out from the building like an explosion as it descended. What also disturbed me was the area was totally void of being treated like a crime scene by police and government officials. Structural material was readily hauled away and shipped to foreign lands without any scientific or engineering analysis being performed. I was Senior Project Design Engineer in charge of the design of the electrical systems for the WTC Complex in NY. Employed by the consulting and engineering firm, Joseph R. Loring & Associates, Inc., I was also a licensed Professional Engineer and was directly associated with ongoing projects at WTC for some 35 years before retiring in mid 1997. Though an electrical engineer by trade, I was also very familiar with the structures and their conceptual design parameters.
On September 11, I watched the live TV broadcast of the progressive collapse of the World Trade Towers with disbelief, as the mass and strength of the structure should have survived the localized damage caused by the planes and burning jet fuel. I viewed the presentation of Richard Gage and other related material, which compels me to believe that the fuel and planes alone did not bring the Towers down. I, therefore, support the proposal to form an international group of professionals to investigate all plausible causes for the virtual freefall and the almost total destruction of the WTC structures.

One, just one angle-cut column with the slag on the (wrong), outside (which indicates it was cut from within!?) as found on many pictures, is sufficient proof of prepared demolition. During clean-up, I understand, Thermate or Thermite wasn't used. I know a good and proper heavy steel-cut done by blow torch when I see one, many years regular on the job. The very irregular ragged, deep cratered cuts I see on pictures of the various column parts aren't done by blow torch. Long before 9/11 the USA government knew what was coming, warned many times by various services inland and foreign. Instead of dealing with these threats properly, rogue forces, NWO of government anticipated these events by preparing the WTC buildings with explosives and also planning large scale black ops involving air traffic control. I have studied the collapses of the Twin Towers and Building 7 for a while now and have come to the conclusion that they were brought down in a controlled demolition. The theory that it collapsed from damage and fire violates several laws of physics. The two most important being the Law of Conservation of Momentum and the law of Angular Momentum. Building 7 was a classic example of a controlled demolition. The fact the Building 7 was never mentioned in the 9/11 Commission Report is alarming. We need a new investigation into the events of 9/11.

Thermite cannot be ignited below 4000 degrees-Fahrenheit. Jet fuel burns no hotter than 1800-2000 degrees-Fahrenheit. The mere existence of thermite products in the WTC shows that it could not be ignited by the burning jet fuel. Just to ignite the thermite, there is a discrepancy of 2000 degrees-Fahrenheit.

They always flew that United flight to California every year. I was at Toyota in Needham MA unaware waiting for the counter person he was watching TV in the back room with everyone else. When he finally came to the front and told me a plane had hit the WTC I tried to remember which airline and if their plane could have been it. Later I went to their house and played the telephone answering machine the first message was from my niece telling me that they weren't on that plane. Okay now, when the south tower fell, my first exact thought was ''wow it didn't fall over it went straight down'' that was my first thought, and it turns out that my first instincts were right again they usually are correct. My initial exposure to the case for controlled demolition was as a result of a coworker, Ron Brookman, giving me a copy of one of Dr. Jones' papers. Knowing that I had attended BYU, Ron asked me if I had heard of him. I informed him that I had a physics class from him and vouched for his integrity as a scholar and person. Then I read the article. I was not taken easily by the hypotheses at first, and have to admit that, while the science was well-founded, my conscience did not want to let me accept this alternative theory and its startling consequences. I found myself challenging the points made, especially the symmetrical fall theory, and tried mentally to reason my way out of what I was slowly becoming convinced of. In the end, the science -- primarily, the near-freefall speed at which the buildings came down and the evidence of incendiaries in the rubble -- the testimonies, the pictures and video footage, and the structural drawings, which show a central core around which, even if the floors did progressively collapse due to weakening of the steel by heat, would have been left intact -- all these things convinced me that we did not have the full story as provided by NIST, FEMA, ASCE, and the WTC buildings' own structural engineer, Leslie Robertson. Getting to the bottom of what happened on 9/11 requires another serious look at the evidence, much of which has already been destroyed. Our representatives in Congress need to stand up and speak for us, not bow to the powers that, while they do much good, also have a tendency to threaten, incite fear in, and weaken us. I saw a bumper sticker that reads We must speak up, even if our voices shake. Such is the case here. Money, perceived civil order, and temporary stability are not worth rejecting truth - ever. In the end, the hard truth must be accepted, whatever it may be. We must suffer the consequences of our shameful mistakes and then start to heal the wounds. I am concerned with my profession's involvement in this apparent cover up and the media's refusal to address important questions for the reasons stated above. Nothing will happen and this will all evolve into another conspiracy theory, if it has not already, if we don't speak up resolutely now. Finally, I feel deeply for those whose loved ones were lost on 9/11 and indirectly through our questionable involvement in international affairs. I realize that my support of additional inquiries into what happened may seem like stirring the pot for people who simply want closure and to move on. I love my country and the unprecedented freedoms it provides. In order to preserve these freedoms, however, I feel that we must pursue the truth and responsibly deal with it, not close our eyes to it because of how painful it is.

Very hard to understand the 'complete' lack of concrete rubble in the debris field. Even had the basements filled with concrete topping slab debis. There should have been a stack of jumbled building elements about 9 more stories above grade. The core columns were fully welded yet none were longer than 40 ft (max trucking length). This event as portrayed by the NIST Report totally messes with my understanding of how buildings behave. I haven't been able to reconcile the promoted theory of collapse with the way I know buildings to behave.

I have personally worked with box columns and I beams, welding, cutting, rigging pipes onto. I have seen pics of the cut box columns, and I know for a fact this could not be done by jet fuel in any way. I believe Building 7 speaks for itself. A new investigation must be conducted.

this space is too limited to list all of the structural issues and laws of physics/nature that have been violated by the official story, let alone go into the non-physics related issues (ie motivations, who was involved, etc). however i will state as follows: i often ask people 'how many buildings came down on 911 in New York?'. when the answer is (almost always) 2, i then ask them 'why the did not know about the 47 story building, which was not hit by a plane, yet it collapsed approx. 7 hours after the twin towers'. Even with this fact, they still cannot accept that the media has withheld the truth from them and it seems that they wish to remain (willfully) ignorant. As many others have stated, this is the definitive smoking gun. It is impossible for an unoccupied building, which only has 2 very small fires, to collapse. 2 points which i have not seen raised to date: If the pancake theory is correct, then as each floor truss disconnects from the steel RHS columns (both the ~47 core columns and the ~200 perimeter columns), it would mean that the columns should have remained in one complete length (ie over 100m/300 feet long) and as the building was demolished, oops I mean collapsed due to planes hitting them, the columns should have at least remained erect (especially the core) for that height. Or they should have fallen onto the adjoining buildings, at 100m long, causing major damage (in a plan view leaving a shell type of appearance, or like holding a bunch of straws vertically and letting them fall). Second, in the docs I have seen to date, I have not heard anybody talk about the actual floor loads on the building floors, just prior to collapse/demo. As an engineer, I know that every building on earth is basically designed to support floor loads (usually live, furniture/equipment & dead). A 'factor of safety' is included in the design, thus making the completed structure easily able to remain erect, even if each and every floor was loaded to its capacity (ie the building was jam packed with people in every room on every level and each floor was loaded with the maximum amount of furniture weight). Yet the twin towers were nowhere near their floor load capacity, just prior to collapse, (many people didn't go to work that day and many people managed to exit the building prior to collapse, (I don't know the official number of people that each floor could support)), and no people were present in WTC7!!! So, the issue is; How is it possible for empty (or almost empty) buildings, which are not subject to the live load component and hence not experiencing stresses anywhere near their elastic limits or ultimate limits, collapse at free fall speeds, as a result of fire?

When the 9/11/2001 murders occurred in NYC at the Twin Tower sites, I knew something was amiss. The largest crime scene in American history was instantly cleaned up without investigation against all federal and state laws. This Twin Tower's site should have been secured to allow a complete criminal investigation. Within 28 minutes, I heard all television stations give the name of the terrorist organization and the names of Saudi men that had used box cutters. You couldn't even take any metal through the airport security even in 2001 because I took flights several times each week. I like the BBC; however, they reported that Building 7 had collapsed but you can see Building 7 in the background as she reported. I didn't realize why her report was terminated only seconds before the actual the Building 7 collapse until switching to another channel that was showing the collapse in real time. There was a report that said a jet was downed near Camp David; this report just disappeared from the reporting afterward. The same jet flight number that was reported to have gone down near Camp David was now suddenly downed near Pittsburgh, PA near my area; however, there was nothing at that site. The 'official' stories changed, wavered and was just not plausible. Free-fall pancaking was absolutely ridiculous; you could see the metal roof spire just disintegrating before your eyes. Something was terribly wrong with the so-called 'official story' as many men with excellent credentials were suddenly fired from long-time positions as they spoke out against the official story. I believe the US Military and the American Citizen's money were 'used' to secure oil reserves and pipeline routes in the largest criminal activity in history involving trillions and trillions in future transactions. I seized on the idea put forth in some of the very good investigations and CDs regarding 9/11 about thermate. The microspheres of iron and the clearly cut lower basement beams were leading me to the conclusion that the entire building had been wired for demolition. But, where are the steel beams? Looking at videos and pictures from the site, only a few truckloads of steel were ever recorded. Looking at Dr. Judy Wood's web site and knowing about John Hutchinson's research and investigations into alternate energy sources and radiowave and microwave (frequency) experiments, my attention and focus are now on particle beam weapons and time domain experiments. I will not go into detail in this small report; I urge you to look into the Hutchinson Effect by starting with Dr. Judy Wood's group and her lawsuit against the NIST. The 24' ' 44' perfectly round holes in the buildings surrounding the Twin Towers and one in the street with on steel on the basement floors of the other surrounding buildings indicate that the steel seems to have disappeared? There is no debris or steel collapse in those building pictures completely down into the basement in all of those round holes. This was done to all the buildings; you can see down through the entire building to the basement (without any steel beams visible in those holes). There was a FEMA helicopter coming from Tower 2 roof with some kind of conical flashing light pulsing from beneath it aimed at the roof only seconds before the first building 'disintegration. ' I now believe this is, as Judy Wood has stated, the new Nagasaki. It is a 'sick' military demonstration murdering American Citizens using a new weapon's system to start a war on terror, reduce this country to poverty and enslave the American people under martial rule. The particle beam weapon is based on the Hutchinson Effect with modifications to convert an alternative energy production system to a weapon system. The above presented theory of directed energy weapons does not in any way negate any of the findings of the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. It is offered as additional supporting information and is a subject to further investigation. It is a topic that I have personally investigated and have studied in great detail.
