PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I remember watching the event unfold on TV here in Australia. As shocking as the act itself appeared, when I saw the buildings collapse I was incredulous. Tall modern buildings are designed to withstand far greater impacts than airplanes i.e. earthquakes and hurricanes. There is no way that an airplane could demolish (to the ground) a high-rise building.

Finished study of mechanical engineering on 23rd of January, 1985. I started work on 1st of December, 1985 at the German Federal Post, working as an electrical engineer. On the 1st of June, 1989 I became a Federal officer for life dividing German Federal Post, so changed to Deutsche Telekom AG on 1st of March, 1990. I've watched countless hours of video evidence from 911 starting in 2005. The collapse of WTC building 7 is clear cut in that it resembles a collapse into its own footprint due to demolition when comparing to video of other multi story buildings deliberately destroyed by this method. No engineering degree or architectural qualification is needed to know that the twin towers did not fall due to fire - simple high school physics is proof enough. The collapse of both towers happens incredibly quickly - with stories seemingly finding no resistance below as they fell. There are other glaring anomalies such as a top section that was keeling over but then stopped its rotation movement and collapsed vertically ' this makes no sense if the official fire-based collapse is to be believed. Other glaring evidence includes steel beams being jettisoned outwards for huge distances as the tower fell ' there is simply not enough kinetic energy present in a fire-based collapse to cause heavy beams to make this movement outwards. The only explanation can be demolition by explosives. Moreover ' the fires were oxygen starved and cool burning (burning with dark smoke) which allowed people to walk down past the fires to escape and allowed a woman to stand calling for help in the hole created by one of the planes. Such small cool burning fires could never cause the towers massive steel structure to collapse ' the core center girders were several meters thick.

While a Firefighter and a Paramedic I saw numerous buildings collapse. none were steel frame. I was at the Philadelphia Meridian Fire in 1991. 3 of my fellow Firefighters died in that building. 2 of whom I personally knew. While I did not know the third Firefighter, he was my brother. Saddened to the core by the loss of 3 Firefighters? I cannot imagine losing 343 as did my FDNY brothers did on 9/11. As a former Firefighter I can assure you that no one, not one, of the Firefighters present at the Meridian Building fire thought that building was going to collapse. Falling debris from the engulfed floors was a worry, but not the building coming down. I can also assure you that those FDNY Firefighters didn't ever in their wildest imaginations imagine those towers coming down. Brave men and women, but not kamikazes or suicidal. They knew the buildings were not coming down due to fire. Initial command post was in the lobby of the first tower struck. Obviously they saw the damage in the lobby, but the reason for that could be ascertained later. The job at hand was to rescue people and put out the fire. Some of the brightest and most educated Firefighters set up that command post. They are promoted after written testing and verbal scenario knowledge to Fire Chief. In fact there was one Chief on the 78th floor who radioed that he needed 2 hoselines to put out the fire. That tells me that rescue was no longer needed at his level of the building and it also tells me that the fires were not all that great. That Chief and 342 other Firefighters did not know that they were set up to die. I will admit that when I witnessed the towers collapse on 9/11 (on TV), I was in a funk as to why they collapsed. Believe it or not, I attributed the collapses to how perfectly the Architects planned and constructed those towers. As if the perfect collapse was also their design

The theory that the towers came down through office fires is not plausible and incoherent. It does not agree with our knowledge of steel structures. When a scientific theory is rejected by a substantial number of your colleagues, one cannot simply ignore this and pretend to go on as usual. Within the academic world, such an attitude is considered unscientific. Within our post-911 world this attitude is primarily seen as immoral. It is clear that the people want that we stop and account for what has happened. So far, they feel this has not been done. If this is the will of the people, then there ought to be a follow-up. It is indeed a decision between going on and stopping. It is truly a paradox. When we decide to go on as usual our future will come to a halt. Yet, when we stop now and provide an account, a new and certain future will open up that is based on their trust and confidence.

I've been licensed to practice architecture in the State of California since 1987. I've also held a license to practice architecture in the state of Michigan since 2011. I worked for small to large architectural firms in the Los Angeles area since graduating in 1982 until I began as a solo practitioner in 1989 following a 3 month tour of Europe. My experience includes high rise and defense industry work.
That's simply not how gravity works. If only one of the WTC building collapsed on 9/11 it would've been considered a miracle on the order of the immaculate conception. For three to collapse on the same day strains credibility to the breaking point.

I first become skeptical about the official 9/11 narrative while watching the NOVA episode on the subject with my mentor, engineer E. Thomas Casey - who did the calculations for Frank Lloyd Wright's Guggenheim Museum, among other projects - during which Mr. Casey expressed the depth of his disappointment with this particular piece of misinformation by quietly wiping a tear from his eye and simply saying, 'it is not true.'

The evidence presented is very compelling and completely reasonable as to an explanation for what occurred that day. I agree that a fire could never be hot enough to melt the steel as suggested by federal authorities. A 40,000 ton steel structure cannot fall as this one did in a freefall condition.

It is my continuing belief that the events of 9/11/01 were a carefully planned and executed operation by parties other than those officially designated as responsible. The claim that the destruction of the Twin Towers and Bldg 7 was caused by the crash of two jetliners, as directed by a small handful of zealots is, and has always been ludicrous. I grew up north of Boston MA. Received my B Arch from the University of Oregon in 1990. I passed the MA license exam at my first sitting in 1993 and have been working as an architect since.
