PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I have viewed many of the videos over the years.' The failure of the building in a near freefall manner should only happen if the entire structure fails near simultaneously. Even comparing it to the recent Surfside, FL apartment collapse where the floor layers ended up resting resting successively upon each other, one can see it was not a normal collapse. The non-symmetric damage would not result in a symmetric failure.

It seems clear from the evidence that the 'official' version contains significantly erroneous information. The fuel load from the jets plus the fuel load from the building interiors was insufficient to result in melting of high strength structural steel. The building we impacted and damaged asymmetrically. The symmetrical collapse of both towers is improbable at the very least. Likewise, there is also no probable scenario for Building 7, given all evidence. The presence of chemical compounds indicating the presence of explosive materials used in demolition remains an unexplainable fact.

For the media, government, or society itself to ridicule or penalize people who stand behind the righteous cause of seeking truth in what happened during this cataclysmic event, is representative of just how deeply the propaganda machine has entrenched itself into our collective consciousness. 9/11 is not just about the loss of 3,000 Americans. It was the event that led us and the world to a never ending series of wars in which untold millions of innocent lives were lost. It was the event that transformed the military/security/information industrial complex into the unstoppable all-encompassing monster that it is today. It is ultimately what enabled governments to steadfastly strip their citizens of their fundamental rights as citizens of a 'free' nation. Therefore, it is imperative that this event is investigated more thoroughly and independently than any other event in our modern history, and hopefully, the truth is uncovered for all to see so that guilty parties can hopefully be identified and brought to justice, regardless of whom they may be.

The collapses of all buildings appear to be controlled demolitions, particularly building 7, which was not impacted by a plane, did not catch fire, and was not otherwise compromised by heat damage. It was merely hit by falling debris, yet it collapsed, pancaking one level upon another. In comparison to other buildings which have toppled due to outside factors, one simply does not see the pancaking seen in the demolition of the WTC buildings. The official story is bunk!

When I saw the collapse of the buildings on television in Cuba, I remembered what my professor of Resistance of Materials said: the laws of physics can never be violated. When I watched the program on the Discovery Channel about the collapse of the towers I thought one of two possibilities existed: either it was a fault in the design of the building or it was a controlled demolition. The last explains everything without violating the laws of physics.

I recall thinking it odd as I watched the manner in which the Towers collapsed, particularly the manner in which the second Tower collapsed exactly as the first, but did not think much of this for many years as my thoughts were more preoccupied by the safety and security issues presented. Years later when viewing information on the collapse of the Towers, the free fall and symmetrical nature of the collapses clearly stood out in my mind and refreshed memories of watching this on TV the morning of 9/11, but now could view this event with a different perspective and with critical thinking. I may have seen a small blurb in NYC newspapers shortly after 9/11 about WTC7 but did not pay attention to this as coverage seemed minimal. Years later when I was asked about this event I became astounded at the information I was finding particularly WTC 7 and the free fall collapse. I began college at Virginia Tech in chemistry and engineering related coursework and while I transferred from Tech and did not graduate with a scientific degree, I have worked with many experts over the years and have a solid foundation in the basics of physics and related sciences. I became troubled upon viewing a piece of steel at the NYS Museum in Albany, NY at the Empire State Plaza years later and seeing this steel tagged as having been moved to the Fresh Kills Landfill within a day of 9/11 when I thought the WTC was still a Search and Rescue operation. I hope for a new and complete investigation of these events so the Truth may be determined, known and understood by all.

The moment I saw the towers collapse like a controlled demolition, I was in disbelief. A day later, I learned about WTC 7. When I saw footage of WTC 7, it looked identical to a controlled demolition. Accounts of the failure of WTC7 suggest the building came down for unexplained reasons.
