PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I know from the experience of being involved in the design and construction of high-rise office buildings that the pattern of collapse was just too perfect, and that the amount of debris left at the bottom was too small for the amount of steel, concrete, glass, and furnishings that make up structures of that immensity. Also, unless the destruction is carefully planned, there is always some weakness inherent in the construction that will make the building list to one side during a natural destruction. Strange, indeed.

Seeing the destruction of WTC 1 & 2 and the incomprehensible destruction of WTC 7 left me with a bad feeling in my gut, since I know how steel behaves. All three towers seemed to be destroyed as if the steel was replaced by porcelain or even compacted sugar, which offers some strength but with the right energy application can crumble to dust. The 45 degree column cuts at the base of WTC 1 & 2 are clear evidence of horizontal thermite ordnance, which was surely of military nature. It was designed to cut at angles to keep the severed columns from standing on their own. Instead, they slid downwards, guaranteeing a concatenating destruction.

The evidence: The floors below the burning impact site did not hold their weight capacity. These pillars must have been broken or stressed to there yield point before the floors above collapsed, as evident in the near free fall of WTC 7. The building if not pre-demolished would have taken at least 3 seconds more to descend with likely toppling over at the weaken impact site and horizontal shifting not the total vertical drop as with a controlled demolish. Even miles near the heliosphere the joints of ASTM stamped steel girders and beams provide resistance to earth's gravity.The motive: Insurance pay out on a unfilled unit building that is under profit with need of multi million dollar remediation. Plus the profits for us dollar value integrity, oil, gold, and war mongering.

I have a MSC in Physics, with two different specialization degrees, one in Applied Physics and another one in Theoretical Physics.
There are many facts in the official account of the events of September the 11th, 2001, that can't be understood from a physical point of view. But, in my opinion, there is one particular fact which is impossible to explain according to the basic laws of Physics. This fact is the officially accepted free fall movement for the first 100 ft or 32.48 m of WTC 7. As many have stated, this means that all the potential energy was, along this 32.48 m, converted into kinetic energy. Being so, no energy was left for anything else, including the necessary one to destroy those 32.48 m of building through which the top part was falling. Energy must have been supplied in order to remove all resistance from the floors in the way of the falling ones, otherwise, the law of conservation of energy would be violated. Such a flaw would not pass validation for publication in any peer reviewed Physics journal. This, among other unsolved questions, is why I think that a new, independent, peer reviewed, investigation should be carried out.

Most of my professional work was in the semiconductor industry which is not relevant to this problem. I have had some small experience with thermite and am also aware that jet fuel does not burn hot enough to melt iron or steel.
While watching the motion pictures of the skyscrapers collapsing I seem to remember seeing the remains of a vertical steel beam with an upper end melted at 45 degrees. It went by so fast that I'm unsure of my observation.

I am 32 years old. While I have not yet received a degree in my field, I have, however, worked in the science field for about 6 years, mainly only as a laboratory technician. I have worked in various scientific fields such as construction, metallurgy, geology, microbiology and general testing of numerous types of samples (coal, water, seeds, minerals etc). I am currently studying a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Physics.
As a scientifically minded person, and a current physics student, I can't give a definitive answer of what happened. I CAN however give an educated estimation of what DID happen, and it would take someone with zero knowledge of science, physics or even just watching of a documentary of building demolition, to believe the NIST report on how WTC 1 and 2 AND Building 7 collapsed. It is clear to me that explosives were used.

Video and other evidence of the collapse and destruction of WTC buildings 1, 2, and 7 on 9/11/2001 appears to show that the energy required (as described by the official story) is inadequate to accomplish the destruction witnessed. Other more specific evidence which contradicts the official story has also been described. This requires an open and honest investigation, especially in light of the negative impact which this event has had upon our nation and the freedom of its people.

In the interval following 9-11, once the emotional impact settled; I began to think critically about those events. One aspect which troubled me from the beginning was the rush for retribution even before the rationale for the attack was clear. This raised an initial red flag. I have never been an easy believer in conspiracy theories. However, the manner of collapse of WTC7 particularly arouses considerable suspicion. It is impossible for me to believe that such a perfectly-symmetrical building collapse could result from random debris impact and subsequent fires. It is obvious that the hypothesis presented in the NIST report does not fully explain the empirical evidence. Therefore, we simply don't know completely what happened. The obvious omissions raise troubling questions. Considering ensuing political events which have been justified by 9-11 (eg. the Patriot Act & the Iraq and Afghanistan wars), it is imperative that we find out the full and complete truth about 9-11, so that we can hopefully take corrective remedial action.

From the very first time when I saw the collapse of the buildings on TV on 9/11, I could not rid of the impression that it reminded me an explosion. Especially the third building that collapsed with no reasons. I am not a specialist on explosives, but it is absolutely clear that this kind of collapse is a result of controlled demolition. Metals in armature cannot bend and yield at those temperatures induced by local fires.
