PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

I'm a professional engineer with over 40 years of experience. I'm currently licensed in three states: Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. My education and experience relate to the properties of materials used in building port, harbor, and bridge infrastructure. As a licensed civil engineer I have been trained and tested in competency related to civil engineering including structural design and the behavior of building materials. My formal education in engineering and related fields was at the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, and the University of Alaska at Fairbanks. I was trained in arctic engineering in Alaska, where I worked on the Alaska pipeline project for Bechtel. My job included monitoring controlled demolition work to create a cut at the summit of the Brooks Range, in preparation for road and pipeline construction.
Like others who have commented I also have a huge question about how WTC building 7 came down later in the afternoon of September 11th. By visual observation, all three buildings exhibited free fall characteristics very similar to characteristics of a controlled demolition. Reviewing literature that described the structural members I have serious doubts regarding the free fall collapse of the interior columns of WTC 1 and 2 buildings over a distance of close to 100 floors as a result of a limited amount of jet fuel. It seems more likely that the majority of fuel burned quickly near the point of impact, consistent with other aircraft crashes. The huge fireball and black smoke observed shortly after the impact suggests the majority of fuel burned quickly and the fire became oxygen depleted. There was likely not enough fuel reaching the lower floors to cause a complete collapse of either building. There were reports of nanothermite in the dust, of molten steel in the basement, and of local fires burning for a week or more after the event. There were reports of multiple and sequential explosions. Some explosions were even reported prior to the impact of the aircraft. These facts all raise more questions about how the buildings may have actually been brought down.

With the recent publication of the scientific article regarding the presence of nanothermite in the WTC dust, there is scientific proof that these buildings were brought down by controlled demolition. No steel frame building has ever collapsed due to an open air fire because the open air fires cannot get hot enough to affect the steel. When was the last time anyone has ever watched their metal camp fire grill experience a progressive collapse after hours of sitting by a campfire? Never. The collapse of all three WTC towers at free fall speed clearly demonstrates that there was no resistance from the massive steel and concrete - only explosives could have removed that resistance.

When I saw the towers on television, I was surprised to see and hear a controlled demolition. I've seen and heard them before, at close hand. I am a chemist and physicist. I was an aircraft firefighter for jets and Helicopters in the Marines from 1981-1985.
In any airplane crash, even into the sides of mountains, there is always engines, landing gear, and even tail sections left pretty much intact. I saw none of that here or at the Pentagon. The reported cell phone calls from the airplanes would have been virtually impossible for several reasons. Among them are the clarity and quietness of the call. Have you ever tried to make a call from a cell phone in the air? Even today!. How about the constant noise from the plane. There was none of that humming wind type noise. Another thing is the calmness of the people making the calls. Just listen to some average 911 calls from people in an agitated state. These people were on the ground. You could hear a lady in the background saying something like 'You did well' to the flight attendant making a call supposedly from the plane in the sky. There are many other things about this that don't make sense. The mainstream media going from always saying hijackers to suddenly using the term terrorists and the medias use of repetition to hammer their narrative into our brains. They tried to convince us that what we really saw was not right and they put in to our heads what they wanted us to think.

Airplane fuel is comparable to Kerosene in its composition. It doesn't get hot enough to melt steel beams. It was simply controlled demolition and that is the truth.

My father was a machinist, welder, designer, mechanic, tool maker.I worked with him growing up. I worked in body shops before entering the Navy, and was sent to ship fitter school. I worked as a welder, sheet metal fabricator, pipe fitter, fireman, and damage control man. My last command was aboard a fuel tanker rigged for underway replenishment. My division was in control of liquid cargo, JP5 jet fuel, black oil, and 100+ octane aviation gasoline. We did all the fuel testing before we accepted it on board, and tested it again before pumping it to other recipients.
JP 5 will not reach hot enough temperatures to melt structural steel, even with forced air behind it, like a forge or hawk burner, at best the heat is 1000 degrees short of melting steel.Having been a firman in school, we had to extinguish a roaring compartment fire that had oil in the bottom with a good draft, nothing melted. When buildings burn down, they burn fir awhile, parts collapse, other parts calve, but they do not all of a sudden fall in perfect symmetry at the speed of gravity!
