PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

After I saw the second building fall, I instinctively wanted to know where George W. Bush was and I wanted to see his face. I didn't buy the Oklahoma bombing under Clinton or the first World Trade Center bombings, and I wasn't buying this either. I felt that Bush's face and his reaction would be very telling; I was right! He was overly nonchalant, after being told, and went on to say that he saw the first plane hit while he was waiting in his limo; that footage hadn't even aired yet, to the public. And when i saw that he was told at an elementary school setting, about the plane hitting the World Trade Center, it made me suspicious. It felt like an overly innocent setting. It wouldn't be until I found out that George W. Bush, Laura Bush and General Tommy Franks went to elementary school together; that the elementary school setting felt like a creepy homage. And when I saw a video-tape of a former CIA agent, turned whistleblower, that spoke at Portland State University 1-1/2 months after 9-11, there was no turning back, in my mind, that it was an inside job. He started out by saying that while the planes may have been remotely controlled, he wasn't going to talk about that. He was going to stick to what he could prove as fact; his presentation was convincing, even without demonstrating that the planes were remotely controlled. I got cable earlier this year, and started seeing exceptional documentaries, which showed 9-11 for what it was. Now, I don't doubt that those planes were remotely controlled. Especially after hearing from those like William Rodriguez, who heard explosions in the basement floors 7 seconds before the first plane hit. 7 seconds! That's exceptional timing. And to know that citizens who saw the planes before they hit, say that they didn't recognize the planes as passenger planes, but rather, as windowless commercial-type planes. I'm so happy that architects and engineers are finally speaking out!

' As a former fighter pilot, I regard the failure to intercept the first airliner on 9/11 prior to impact, as one of the worst derelictions of duty in the history of this nation. We routinely scramble fighters 80 to 100 times every year to intercept 'unknowns,' some even turning out to be flocks of birds or radar ghosts. An alert interceptor from FLORIDA could possibly have arrived in time to intercept the first airliner. I'm sure it would have broken the pilot's heart to shoot down an airplane full of people: the inevitability of its flightpath makes the math simple: they were going to die, drop them somewhere that minimizes additional deaths on the ground. An airliner switching off its transponder squawk, turning 180 degrees off course and failing to respond to radio calls, sets off alarms across the entire Eastern seaboard. Don't try to feed me the crap the media was spooning out, that Boeing 767's 'disappeared' from radar. Civil air traffic control routinely informs pilots of flocks of birds, which show up well on low-tech air traffic control radar even though their squawks lack airspeed and altitude telemetry, and NORAD TRACKS SCREWS DROPPED BY ASTRONAUTS IN SPACE. Failing to intercept an aircraft in these circumstances is equivalent to gunners smoking and joking on the deck of your ship watching kamikazes crash into it. That's just the first impact. Recall that at that moment, there were two or three other aircraft 180 degrees off course with transponders and radios off: CONFIRMED HOSTILES FLYING TOWARDS OUR NATION'S CAPITAL. National defense policies adhered to for decades require enough interceptors sitting strip alert 24 / 7 / 365, within striking distance of the world's most heavily defended target in the most powerful nation on earth, to get most of a *squadron* on station in the time available. And instead, several news crews perform the intercept successfully WITH HELICOPTERS; so we can watch on TV while it happens TWO MORE TIMES. Next you have two buildings collapsing symmetrically into their own footprints, in defiance of the laws of physics, after taking hits they were specifically designed to withstand. And then a third, that wasn't hit by anything. After that, we watch while for some 200 days firefighters pump water into the steaming wreckage, to cool down exactly what? YOU CAN'T MELT STEEL WITH KEROSENE, right? Black smoke means low-temperature, oxygen-starved combustion, right? Water from fire sprinklers will not extinguish a petroleum fire, fuel spills absent retardant generally burn until all the fuel is gone, right? Why do you suppose the steel scrap recovered from the debris was shipped off to CHINA as quickly as it could be loaded onto trucks and ships, while even routine analyses was FORBIDDEN, if only in the interest of discovering why this steel failed so remarkably--a failure unprecedented in the history of engineering? As a military man you could not look me in the eye and try to tell me that an operation the size of our invasion of Iraq was possible without planning begun more than a YEAR prior to 9/11. I don't give a damn about any 'conspiracy theories,' theories are not relevant to the dereliction, omissions and obviously preplanned fabrications associated with 9/11.

The official story of the collapse of these buildings is not believable to anyone with a working knowledge of construction. It is in the interests of all building professionals to get to the bottom of this. I mean i can understand if the building tipped over or it broke down in several large segments but that kind of destruction down to fine pieces was hard to imagine once i took my classes about the strength of steel and its properties, its just not natural.

The most important issue confronting the United States citizen is the courage to demand the Truth, and not to be satisfied until an independent, objective, through and complete investigation is conducted into the collapse of the Twin Towers as well as Building#7, and also the attack on the Pentagon, and the overall events of the entire day on 9/11. The investigating committee must be well funded with subpoena powers. No one is above these subpoena powers, and Contempt charges must be lodged against anyone not obeying the subpoena. The hearings should be broadcast across the country, around the world every day until they are concluded. The findings will be made public and law enforcement will be expected to continue any further investigation if necessary and to indict anyone suspected of being involved in this national tragedy. The government explanation of the events that day are fantastic and unbelievable. The major media, free press has for the most part disgraced itself. Buildings don't collapse at free fall speeds unless the bottom structure is blown out. Nanothermite is not a natural ingredient found in Manhattan soil. Airplane fuel does not melt steel. Steel structured buildings do not fall from fires. Paper passports do not fair better than steel and concrete. Concrete does not become a powder from collapsing. Buildings do not collapse on their own.

At first I believed the stories that presented by media and the PBS science show NOVA. My educational background is in the Fire Service and Emergency Medicine. I am a California State Fire Marshal certified Firefighter-I and an Emergency Medical Technician - (Basic) with Automatic External Defibrillator, IV Therapy, and Combi-tube certifications, also CPR certified. I became a firefighter January 2001.
Being a firefighter trained in building construction in college courses and in my Basic Firefighter Academy training I find it very difficult for structural steel beams the size of those used in constructing World Trade Center Buildings 1,2, and 7 to fail with just the combustion/heat of Jet-1A fuel aka:(kerosene). What would be left after the jet fuel burned off would be nothing more than a 'room and contents' fire. Essentially carpet, drywall, ceiling tiles, IT fiber optic cable, desks, office chairs and furniture, any and all paper products, office equipment such as telephones, copy machines, and fax machines would simply NOT generate enough heat for a structural failure of this magnitude to occur.

I've learned enough to know that the truth surrounding important events is often hidden. It takes a great deal of work on the part of organizations like AE911Truth.org, journalists, scientists, and others to find out the truth and then get it disseminated to the public.
No official explanation for the collapse of the three World Trade buildings has ever adequately explained how beams on each floor that were designed to withstand a jet airliner crash and resulting heat could fail. And there were at least four of those beams on each office floor of the 100+ story building. The questions surrounding the collapse of the buildings are not going away. The family of the victims and the public deserve an adequate, in-depth explanation for all of the questions surrounding these and other tragedies occurring on 9-11.

Physics does not lie. - - I have no idea how any trained physicist could support any of the shoddy investigations of 9/11. - - You simply cannot crush a steel core building under its own weight. If that were possible, they would be inherently unsafe for human habitation. - - WTC7 collapse is absolute proof that something is seriously awry with every event that day. It was simply impossible - unless some kind of assisted demolition or controlled demolition and/or explosives were used to clear out the support structure.

I have been involved and around firefighting, and para medicine for almost my entire life. I have seen many building fires, and provided safety for many controlled demolitions. I am a primarily self taught computer and network engineer. I work for a metal company, and see metal analysis, and melting almost daily.
In my opinion there is no possible way for the World Trade Center to fail the way the official story claims. I have seen a few controlled demolitions both live, and in video. I have seen housing and buildings fail, both live and in video, as a first responder, firefighter/paramedic. Someone needs to answer these questions.

There should be no doubt to any critical, rational observer (whether a 'professional' or not) that WTC bldg.#7 was clearly a classic controlled demolition. And, the near free-fall collapse of WTC Bldg.#7 was NOT mentioned whatsoever in the 'Authorized' 9/11 version, which even Gov. Tom Kean and Lee Hamilton (co-chairs) said is flawed. I agree - leaving out very relevant and startling facts tends to flaw any 'authorized' report, if indeed we are dealing in facts with regard to the 9/11 Commission Report.

I am a former educator and administrator in the public schools. I have done public and private research and have been awarded state and Federal grants for our schools. These were competitive grants with value of nearly $500,000. I am now retired from teaching. Since my retirement I have completed a bachelor's degree from St. Gregory's University in theology. I continue work in educational and theological areas.
I have done research in the matter of 9/11. There is, in my opinion, enough questions posed by highly respectable men and women in the United States and around the world that should indicate the highly suspect nature of the official explanation of the catastrophe of which I speak. If the suspicions of an over-arching conspiracy are true, then the very fabric of our society is at risk.

As a retired firefighter of 22 years, listening to the radio traffic of the firefighters inside there are things that just don't fit the story. And, as a construction worker it even makes less sense.

I can't find any logical reason for WTC 7 to have pancake collapsed. There are discrepancies in video data that raise enough doubts regarding a commercial airliner actually hitting the second Tower. The ongoing rampancy in the levels of cancer and leukemia among 9/11 responders and survivors is too profound to ignore any longer.
