PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:
On Behalf of the People of the United States of America, the undersigned Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and affiliates hereby petition for, and demand, a truly independent investigation with subpoena power in order to uncover the full truth surrounding the events of 9/11/01 – specifically the collapses of the World Trade Center Towers and Building 7. We believe there is sufficient doubt about the official story and therefore the 9/11 investigation must be re-opened and must include a full inquiry into the possible use of explosives that might have been the actual cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7.

My knowledge of engineering principles tells me that the goverment's explanation for the collapse of WTC 1, 2 and 7 is inconsistent with the observed speed and symmetry of the collapse of those buildings. If the government's explanation was valid it should have significant implications for building codes and the way we design and build high rise buildings. Yet virtually no changes have occurred in structural engineering codes since 9/11/01. I am upset that an NFPA 921 investigation was never done on these three buildings, nor a proper forensic investigation of the structural components of these three buildings.

The last year and a half of my time there I worked in a student research position for the Operator Performance Laboratory. I served as a flight test engineer for human factors evaluation of avionics and I assisted in the design, implementation, and integration of instrumentation for human factors evaluation and testing of ground transportation.
The moment I watched a 10 minute video about WTC 7 on Easter Day of 2006, I knew the official story was a lie, and I am ashamed that I didn't realize it sooner. I don't know what really happened on 9/11, but one thing I do know is that it is impossible for 2 airplanes to cause the complete and total destruction of 3 steel buildings, comprising 250+ stories, at free-fall speed.

For the past 6 years since 9/11, my belief in the official media accounts of what happened to the WTC that day has been gradually but increasingly eroding down to disbelief. Yet, I have been willfully disregarding any 'conspiracy theories' that loudly and obnoxiously point fingers at the Presidency with more hatred than evidence (Bush has some power, but he is not omnipotent!). But, after stumbling upon this site, I find some of my colleagues have been quietly and steadfastly giving this issue a fair and rational assessment that I now think deserves my attention and support. There are many serious questions that have yet to be answered about 9/11, and I am looking forward to being part of the movement towards uncovering the truth, whatever it may be, wherever it may lead us.

There is no scientific means that the crash of the jets and subsequent fires could have caused the structural failure and collapse of Tower 7 and Towers 1,2. If well observed in all collapses one can see demolition blasts sequences as the tower come down. Surely they must be thermite charges because they are the only type explosive that could generate the heat for structural steel failure and sequential collapse. Also when one sees the vaporization of human and material remains and the debris pike below glowed at 3000 degrees f with thermite traces, it is obvious it was a black ops operation.

They were oxygen starved as evidenced by the black smoke. If you dig deeper into the NIST reports they confirm that steel temperatures were low. I presented for continuing education credits at the NFPA World Safety Conference in Boston, MA 6/4/2007 My presentation showed that all three WTC collapses have no resemblance to any previous high rise fire, full scale fire tests in the UK involving much higher steel temperatures, or computer simulations using finite element analysis.

It is obvious from watching the buildings fall that demolition charges were used to bring the buildings down. The official story was provided by those who have committed the fraud. The means of the investigation was clearly not according to the methods that are normally used during a crime scene investigation. As much evidence as possible was loaded onto trucks and then barges and removed from the site to be immediately smelted in India and China, thus eliminating the most damning evidence, the signature of the super high explosives, and Thermate. These very hot explosives were used to cut the massive girders within that building. All involved in this giant scam need jail and capital charges.

I was a volunteer fireman for 4 years in Houston Texas, with the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department. I knew some of the best fire investigators and learned all about the science and chemistry of combustion. Late night in between calls at the station occasionally we would talk about the inconsistencies of the official narrative. I, as a Product Field Engineer for automated tape libraries at the time, was involved, along with my colleagues, in shutting down multiple VTS's (virtual tape subsystems) remotely in nearby buildings in proximity to the WTC immediately after this attack. Based on what little evidence is left, it appears that there is a major coverup of this event. Consider the sources involved, the actual cause of the WTC's collapse, the disappearance of billions of trade records and billions of $, the near immediate destruction of the evidence of the collapses, and the people who had interests in the buildings. No airliner evidence for the destruction of part of the Pentagon, where coincidentally the records section was destroyed with few personnel injuries. Too many coincidences and unanswered questions, such as ties to Saudi Arabia, the Bush's ties to Saudi Oil, and the immediate deportation of OBL's family.

Analysis from the documented data reported about the collapse of WTC#1, WTC#2 and WTC#7, shows that these buildings could not have fallen at near free fall speed - nor could the supporting steel columns and steel beams have reached sufficiently high temperatures to weaken them to make such collapses possible from either Jet Fuel or building furnishings set afire. Therefor the NIST report and Bush Administration explanation of what they say that they think happened can not be correct. Therefor a NEW investigation must be ordered by a U.S. court.

As a well-trained veteran firefighter, and well-educated citizen of this country, I do not believe that fire was the cause of the WTC 7 collapse. We have seen no such building collapse due to fire in history. The collapse of WTC 7 directly mimics the controlled demolition of a high-rise structure, as is seen in many documented cases.

With over 25 years of firefighting and construction training and experience, I can't come up with an official narrative or scenario which could be even remotely possible. The amount of destruction, the scale of devastation, and the way it happened, in my professional training and experience, could not even be remotely caused by fire, jet fuel, airplanes or any other of the official conclusions. I have spoken with dozens, if not hundreds, of firefighters and construction professionals who also can not make sense of the NIST report or any of the official story. It simply is just not possible for things to happen in the way the official report describes. My conclusions are based on experience, science, and the facts as I have researched in depth and from many different sources of varying opinions. A new investigation must be done.
